Sailor Galaxia is one of the strongest Sailor Senshi in the universe, and is known as Soldier of Destruction and the commander of Shadow Galactica. Under the influence of [Chaos](https://anilist.co/character/12417/Chaos) she has destroyed numerous planets in search of star seeds. Her followers were individuals from destroyed planets who swore loyalty to her. 

Numerous details of her character vary between the manga and anime. In the manga, Galaxia was already cold-hearted and followed Chaos willingly to pursue more power for her own sake. In the anime, she was kind-hearted but became possessed while fighting with Chaos which led to her evil actions against her wishes. Her exact powers, goals, and fate are also different between the anime and manga. 

Cooan is the youngest of the sisters (oldest in the dub) with the attack called &quot;Dark Fire&quot; (&quot;Ice Fire&quot; in the dub), and represents a counterpart of Rei Hino. Her name is short for kouankou, the Japanese word for kermesite.  In the manga, Cooan tells Rubeus she feels someone like her that is kindred to fire and could be convinced to join the Black Moon. Rubeus gives her &quot;Code001, Operation Re-cruit&quot; to convert humans to their cause. She poses as a student named Kurozaki Cooan at the T*A Girl's Academy where Rei Hino attends and becomes the leader of a paranormal club called the Black Moon. The leader of the other supernatural club on campus is disturbed by how cold her hands and eyes are, and a black saucer-shaped object flies away after she leaves. Rei later has a nightmare about Cooan using her powers to burn the body of a child. At the school's culture festival, she sets up a booth telling fortunes of how and when her clients will die, but when Rei appears, tells her that everyone must die, but those who follow the Black Moon will die better. After Rei uncovers droids disguised as nuns, she transforms into Sailor Mars and defeats them, at which point Cooan reveals herself. In the ensuing battle, she blasts Sailor Mars with fire, and, in retaliation, Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask kill her using the Cutie Moon Rod. Mars, who was still stuck in Cooan's flames, is then abducted by Rubeus.  In the anime, Cooan is, like all of her sisters, very vain about her appearance to the point of swearing death upon anyone who smudges her make-up or ruins her hair, and she relies on her charms to get what she wants. She believes that she and Rubeus are in a relationship, and competes with her sisters for his love. However, upon getting him a gift of cologne, he cruelly crushes it in front of her and tells her that her next mission will be her last if she fails him. While trying to survey the Hikawa Shrine for the appearance of Chibiusa, she appears condescending of the relationship Rei and Yuuichiro possess and often compares them unfavorably to her perceived strong relationship with Rubeus. She later gets caught up in a discussion with Rei and Usagi, when Rei claims that the most important thing in a relationship is you believe in and love the other person, and Koan disagrees, claiming it only matters how much the other persons loves you. Her beliefs are put to the test when Chibiusa finally arrives and Cooan goes to kill her. Yuuichiro and Rei (as Sailor Mars) both get seriously hurt trying to protect each other, which surprises Cooan because of how she had perceived the two of them before. She ultimately fails to kill Chibiusa, and Rubeus appears to evaluate her. She begs him for his help, believing their love will be enough, but he tells her he has no use for her anymore and that he never loved her. He gives her a time-bomb and tells her to kill herself and the Sailor Senshi, and then abandons her. Before she can use it, the other Sailor Senshi arrive and knock the bomb away from her where it explodes harmlessly in the sky. Cooan finally starts attacking everyone in a blind rage, believing she has nowhere left to go, but Sailor Mars, after getting hurt protecting Cooan from the other Senshi, convinces her that she can have a second chance. Sailor Moon then purifies her with the Silver Crystal and she becomes a normal human woman. She later talks her next oldest sister, Berthier, out of killing herself and the other Senshi after she too is tossed away by her sisters and Rubeus, and later convinces Petz and Calaveras that they too are being used.

Formerly one of Moo's Big Bad Four, Pixie left Moo after Genki opened her eyes to the truth of Moo's evil. Although her exact age is not known, Pixie appears to be in her early twenties. Pixie is based on the pure-bred pixies depicted on the Monster Rancher video game. Her overall appearance is that of a slim young woman with red hair and a pair of leathery wings. Two silver horns jut from her head and she has a whip-like tail that ends in a small spike. Her usual garb is a reddish-pink bikini-like outfit. Pixie is one of the most physically powerful characters featured on the Monster Rancher series. In addition to seemingly superhuman strength and speed, Pixie can fly and generate massive energy surges and fire walls. Pixie came to play a semi-regular role on Monster Rancher, and helped Genki and his friends time and again until she was mortally injured by Moo. By the sacrifice of her follower, Big Blue, Pixie was healed and reborn as Granity. After this transformation, Pixie took on an almost angelic appearance. Her wings became feathery and her hair turned green, and her reddish-pink clothes were replaced with stone battle armor. Chaos was the final villain Eternal [Sailor Moon](https://anilist.co/character/2030/Usagi-Tsukino) faced. It was said to be the source of all evil in the galaxy and influences others despite not having a physical form for itself. Even when defeated, it is not fully destroyed and is sure to eventually return.

In the manga, Chaos is a being that was trapped in the Galaxy Cauldron and missed out on becoming a star. It sends out incarnations in the form of Sailor Moon's major enemies, and eventually uses [Sailor Galaxia](https://anilist.co/character/4900/Sailor-Galaxia) to steal Sailor Crystals so it can free itself and rule the galaxy. Chaos does not appear explicitly in the anime, but is a force which possesses Sailor Galaxia.

Ikuko is kind of quirky and clueless regarding her daughter&#039;s extracurricular activities (just like her husband, Kenji). She&#039;s a housewife and very good cook, but is often frustrated with Usagi&#039;s bad grades, messiness, and laziness.    (Source:  Absolute Anime)

Under the guidance of the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, Koharu and her teammates, Hiruzen and Homura, completed numerous missions and became close friends. When Hiruzen became the Third Hokage, Homura and Koharu became his councilors. With their years of experience and knowledge and their unending effort to make Konohagakure a better place, they eventually gained similar respect and social status as the Hokage himself. She holds the belief that the group is more important than any of its individual members. Because of this, she always tries to do what she thinks is the best for Konoha, even if it goes against the Hokage's or her opinion. She is also quite demure, but does not let this stop her from voicing her opinion. In fact, despite this, she is one of the few people able to put the Fifth Hokage in her place when she oversteps her authority. Like Homura, she is more militant than the Hokage she served under have been, and sometimes leans more to Danzo's point of view.

Nekobaa (ねこばあ) is an old woman who lives in an abandoned city together with her granddaughter, Tamaki. She runs a supplies shop that the Uchiha clan used to use. She lives with lots of cats, including talking ones like Denka and Hina. Sasuke Uchiha comes to her to buy some items for his Hebi. She tells Sasuke she remembers how Itachi and he were once &#039;little kittens&#039; and that she can&#039;t believe they want to kill each other now.    (Source: Narutopedia)

A female droid summoned by Esmeraude in episode 79 to help her corrupt the Animal Kindgom - a petting zoo and animal sanctuary loacated on one of the Negative Points that could be used to open the Dark Gate - with Dark Power. The veterinarian and the caretaker of Animal Kingdom had been rendered unconscious by Esmeraude. Dogba assumed the form of the veterinarian and took complete mental and physical control of all the animals present. At first she amused visitors by having the animals perform a variety of impressive tricks, but then she used her power overthe animals to make them attack the onlookers, thereby contributing to the corruption of the Negative Point with Dark Power and the growth of the Dark Hinge that had been placed in that location. Artemis tried to prove his worth to his friends by trying to stop Dogba himself, but Luna tried to rescue him. Dogba and her creatures dealt with the two cats, and may well have ended up injuring or killing them, had it not been for the arrival of Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus. After this, the other senshi arrived to rescue THEM. While they managed to neutralize the droid&#039;s army of animals by combining their attacks without harming any creatures, they were nevertheless caught off guard and temporarily incapacitated after Sailor Moon began prematurely celebrating their victory. In the end, Artemis attacked Dogba, distracting her long enough for Sailor Moon to free herself and destroy her with Moon Princess Halation. While Dogba could control any species of animals, in group or individually, her power was ineffective against highly intelligent animals, such as Luna and Artemis. Not only did Dogba have the ability to control animals, but she also had a large red energy whip capable of electrocuting whoever it touched and rendering them unconscious. She could even throw armlets which she wore around her upper left arm which would assume the form of gold energy rings and solidify around the necks of her opponents, forming collars complete with chains to restrict their movements.
