Yamada Asaemon Fuchi is the 9th rank Asaemon in the Yamada Clan and was chosen to be [Tamiya Gantetsusai's](https://anilist.co/character/137264/Gantetsusai-Tamiya) assigned monitor. 

Fuchi is a rational thinker that has a good sense of judgement in situations and carries a no-nonsense view when it comes to matters that he deems are unscientific, pointless, and illogical. He has great pride as a Yamada Asaemon and does not tolerate anybody speaking disgracefully about the Yamada clan. He is very close with his Asaemon comrades and gives them nicknames instead of using honourifics. Even though the Yamada clan mainly deal with testing new swords and executions, Fuchi preferrs, and has a deep passion, for studying the human anatomy to improve medical science that came with the trade. He whole-heartedly believes that anatomical research would save lives and despises those who thought so little of this study.

Although he was an executioner, after his experience working together with the surviving convicts, Fuchi found that both "crime" and "evil" were entirely different from one another, with Tamiya Gantetsusai as an example. From a scientific view point, Fuchi found that samurai and criminals were not so different since they are structured the same and had a will to live, which was reason enough for the survivors to band together in trying to return home. !~

Touka is the main character in the Yuusha ga Shinda! manga. He's a farmer from Cheza village, the same as his childhood friend, Yuna Yunis. Touka has a thigh fetish and loves putting kneesocks on vegetables he harvests to engage his fantasies. Touka's simple life changes when a demon attacks his village. Touka digs a pitfall trap and baits it with cooked bacon in order to kill the demon and protect the village. However, the demon dislikes bacon so it continues to destroy the village until the Hero arrives and defeats it. The hungry Hero is lured into the pitfall trap by Touka's bacon and falls to his death.

To avoid blame for the Hero's death, Touka convinces the villagers to bury him in secret and pretend the Hero is missing. Touka believes his plan has worked until he wakes up the next morning in the Hero's body. One of the Hero's companions, a necromancer, has transferred his consciousness into the Hero's dead body and captured his original body so that he'll be forced to take up the role of the Hero. Unfortunately for Touka, this does not stop the decay of the Hero's body and Touka ends up walking around as a skeleton.

He's more open to eating monsters than Marcille is, but like her, draws a hard line at humanoids. He generally goes along with whatever the party does, but will speak frankly when they do something that can get them killed. His job as the party rogue puts him on edge, as failure to undo or avoid traps can lead his companions to immediate mortal danger. When his party members ignore his warnings, he quickly becomes agitated. He prefers to keep his private life separate from his work, so he doesn't tell his party a lot about himself.
