The protagonist is reborn in an alternate reality of 1913 as an orphan girl named Tanya. Spending the first years of her life in a nunnery, her outlook for a good life initially looked slim. Worse, she's living in the Empire (the equivalent of Imperial Germany), one of the nations that is fighting in World War I (or their alternate equivalent of it). Luckily to her, Tanya has exceptional magic potential, a rare talent sought after in the Empire. After she's discovered to have magical abilities, people quickly expected her to be conscripted into the Empire's military once she reaches an appropriate age.

Tanya however thinks ahead of this, and she volunteers to join the military at the age of 8. Her reasoning was that the Army was the only institution of the Empire where women are treated equally to men. She intends to rise in ranks and then live a comfortable life in the back lines away from danger, both for her sake and in order to spite "Being X." Yet even though Tanya is successful at impressing the leadership it backfires as her talents make her a necessary asset on the front lines. She's heartless, selfish, amoral, and terrifyingly ruthless. Yet at the time of the bloodiest war of this world, she might be described as the "ideal soldier." Katsuya became a positive influence in her life, and they worked through difficulties in a joint effort. ~!When he died from illness, however, Kyoko descended into a deep, almost depression-like sadness, neglected Tohru, and almost committed suicide by throwing herself into the sea, thinking she could go meet Katsuya (Kyoko had never seen the ocean before, so Katsuya took her one day). When Tohru disappeared one day as a young child Kyoko was in hysterics, even going so far as to threaten the police if they did not find her. After she was eventually found by Yuki Sohma, who had heard Kyoko's description of Tohru and lead the confused girl home, Kyoko was overjoyed.    

Jessica who is a Scarron's daughter, is the draw at the pub run by her father.

Finally as they all infected a lot of girls in the school, Tiffania managed to snap them all out with a "forget" spell. During the last few episodes of the Anime Series, she and her Father managed to give the "rescue party" of Tabitha, some disguises, which were circus costumes, and belly dancing outfits. !~

Misaki first appeared when she contacted the Sakuragi Institute after her Pochama found its way to Kuchiba City and was brought to the Institute by Satoshi and Gou. The two arranged to bring it to Sinnoh for her. Misaki met them soon after they arrived and was reunited with her Pochama.

Nikotama is a outgoing girl with her acquaintances but with other persons she tends to be reserved. She was not seen in action however her showed had a great knowledge about various games and tactics. Felicia is a great observer too,demonstrating this in a lot of moments, principalyl in the confrontation between Haruo and Hidaka.
