George Saotome is an oni working with Koenma as his personal assistant whenever Botan is on Earth. Koenma sometimes clashes with him and primarily vents his anger on him if he is anxious over a situation. In the second to last episode of the anime, it is revealed that he is also the narrator of the series, a joke on how they have the same voice actor. In the English version he is referred as Ogre or Blue Ogre and not by name.

This series' version of Professor Utonium. His real name is unknown, aside from his family name Kitazawa. In this incarnation, he has a son named Ken, who is responsible for all those affected by the Chemical Z lights, especially the Powerpuff Girls Z. Professor Utonium was originally experimenting with the substance Chemical X and strove to find a way to change its chemical properties. Professor Utonium has created several inventions throughout the series; the most important one being his Chemical Z Particle Ray, which allows him to transform those affected by the lights back to normal (although it doesn't prevent recurring transformations nor is it able to work on all black light victims). He seems to be aware of the effect Ken's lack of a mother has had on his son, assuming that it had caused him to be a bully to the girls. However, this does not change his behavior towards Ken. He appears to be a gentle father figure like the original Professor Utonium was in The Powerpuff Girls. He treats the girls like members of his family and is very close to the Mayor and Miss Bellum. While he is very gentle and serious, Professor Utonium may, at times, act a little less mature than he usually does.    (wikipedia)

Nobuyuki is the father of Tenchi Masaki.  He works as an architect.  He appears to be the main source of money for Tenchi and the girls while they are on Earth.  In Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki, Nobuyuki is only a minor character, a distant descendant of Yosho (Katsuhito). Originally, he and Tenchi lived in the city where he would work and Tenchi would go to school. But after Ryoko  was awakened, Nobuyuki saw Tenchi with her and was surprised that Tenchi had a girl in his room. Nobuyuki attempted to record their private session, but then Ayeka arrived and Nobuyuki was miniaturized along with the house by Ryoko while escaping from Ayeka.  Afterwards, the house was permanently relocated next to the Masaki family shrine and Nobuyuki eventually moved back into the city living in an apartment with an old friend of the family, Rea Masaki. He and Rea became engaged and at the end of the series they were married.  Before the ceremony, Tenchi at first was angry when he found out that the story he was told about how his late mother Kiyone died was fictitious. Eventually Tenchi and Nobuyuki talked and Tenchi apologized for his earlier behavior and chose to accept his father's new wife Rea, as she had been more of a mother figure to him than his real mother and having her around won't be any different. Nobuyuki admitted that it was because of that fictitious story that they hesitated to tell him about the truth behind Kiyone's death or that Kiyone was also a prankster.  Due to his Juraian heritage and training (enhancement) at the Galaxy Academy, Nobuyuki has lived longer than any normal human, and is currently around two hundred years of age.  (Source: Wikipedia)

Shirasagi is the leader of the Green Team.

A very mysterious man who works at Schaft Japan. He is in charge of the Griffon project. He seems to smile all the time and gives off the impression he&#039;s happy-go-lucky, but in fact he&#039;s very calculating, eccentric and cunning, and will stop at nothing to get the desired result. 

Occupation: Chief scientist and administrator for the International Science Organization (ISO), a powerful group that leads the war against the Gallactor Syndicate. Mentor/dispatcher/sponsor of the Kagaku Ninjatai.

Nambu is a respected alumnus in several prestigious universities, including Harvard and Cambridge, and his field of expertise is astrophysics. He is a ruthless leader and a stern disciplinarian who is used to having his orders followed. Dr. Nambu adopted and most likely trained the five young people that became the Kagaku Ninjatai. He is physically and mentally much tougher than he appears.

Iketani is the leader of the Speedstars and drives an S13 Silvia. He has great pride in his racing team and cares for everyone, including some oppenents. He doesn't know how to drift, but he is working on the back-brake-skid. His driving skills are fairly weak and is scared when the car begins to skid. However, he is getting over his scare and is willing to try almost anything to improve his skills. 

Iketani is often called "senpai" by Itsuki and Takumi (because he is older than them and watches out for them most of the time). He also works at the Esso (GS in the anime) gas station with Takumi and Itsuki and loves to talk about cars non-stop! Iketani is one of those guys that are somewhat dense about women (his relationship with Mako) and often jumps to conclusions too early. However, he learns from his mistakes quickly and even under the heaviest pressures, tries to remain calm and collective.
