The Second Hokage is the younger brother to the First Hokage and Tsunade's great-uncle. As the brother of the First, the Second Hokage was a member of the Senju Clan of the forest. The First and Second together fostered Konohagakure into a growing village. He was once the teacher of the Third Hokage. He was hailed for being the greatest master of water jutsu, being able to create water from nothing, allowing him to use any Suiton jutsu without requiring a source. He is later revived from the dead by Orochimaru using Impure World Resurrection to fight the Third Hokage during the Destruction of Konoha arc. His soul is eventually sealed into the stomach of the Death God, along with his brother and Orochimaru's arms. Together with his brother and Madara Uchiha, he was also one of the founders of the Hidden Leaf.

He is a talented mad engineer, inventing many useful weapons during the war.

Kuro is the former Captain of the Black Cat Pirates. He is known as "Kuro of the Thousand Plans" for his elaborate plans that virtually never fail. Thusly, he earns the title of the second most intelligent person in the East Blue behind Ben Beckman.  He has super-human speed with which to deliver his attacks. His skill is such that at full speed he is only able to be seen as a vague blur or by the damage his attacks cause. He primarily uses a special attack called Shakushi (Death Scoop/Death Ladle), that allows him to sweep a large area, killing anything his claws connect with at random, including his own crew. The technique travels roughly the same speed as CP9's Soru ability. The difference is that when Kuro uses that technique, he cannot see what he is attacking, whereas CP9 have mastered this ability and therefore can.

Tanjuro Kamadou was the husband of Kie Kamado and the late father of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Takeo, Hanako, Shigeru, and Rokuta.

Tanjuro was a quiet, calculating, forgiving, charismatic and loving person. He had a peaceful relationship with his family and regularly lectured Tanjiro about life.

While he appeared calm on the outside, he showed a decent, noble aura with a quiet perception to his surroundings. According to his son, he did not like standing out or displaying his true abilities to others.
