Clow Reed is the magician who originally created the Clow Cards, and their magical guardians Cerberus and Yue. Born of an English father and a Chinese mother, Clow created a new type of magic that blended both Eastern and Western magical elements. His plan was to hand down the magic to people who would use and protect it while meeting all of the qualifications, however few people could learn his brand of magic. The character of Clow is only seen in flash backs, as he has long been dead before the series starts. Few details are revealed about his character, personality, or life.     ~!When Clow knew he was about to die, he chose his then unborn descendent, Sakura Kinomoto, to become the new guardian of the cards and the new master of Yue and Cerberus. Clow&#039;s magical ability allowed him to foresee most of the future and plan many of the situations that would enable Sakura to succeed in taking full possession of the Clow Cards. He also deliberately made the sealing wand for the cards pink, reflecting that its future user would be a young girl. He also split his soul into two reincarnations, Eriol Hiiragizawa who had all of his memories and magic he possessed, and Fujitaka Kinomoto, Sakura&#039;s father.    In the anime adaptation, Clow only splits his soul into a single reincarnation. In the first anime film, the &quot;Madoushi&quot;, the spirit of a woman who had fought bitterly with Clow the appropriate use of magic is introduced. After she died, she attempted to continue the feud by having used her powers to embed her spirit in a book. After Sakura accidentally releases her Madoushi, the sorceress refuses to believe Clow is dead and attacks Sakura and her friends for trying to trick her. When Sakura is able to convince her that Clow has gone, the spirit realizes that she had truly loved Clow rather than hating them as she believed. Accepting he has died, her spirit vanishes.!~

Cell is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama, followed by Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. He is the ultimate creation of the scientist Dr. Gero, cloned from the cells of several characters from the series. As a result of the cloning, Cell is labeled the "perfect warrior", possessing genetic and even personality traits and abilities from almost all of the Dragon Ball characters. Hercury is Sergei's friend dating back to their start in HRL military academy. They formed a long term friendship that lasted for many years until duty resulted the two out of touch.

A longtime friend of Helmut's and a former member of the Mach Storm team, Haldo is now a transport pilot who hauls goods in his Gustav. He still supports the team by offering them work, and has helped them out on several occasions. He provided Sigma with his Leostriker, and later helped smuggle the team out of the city after being imprisoned by Alpha. He has piloted several Gustavs in his lifetime and has the control stick of each of them in a display case.

Kami was the good half of the Namekian that came to be the God of Earth, with his evil half becoming the Piccolo Daimao. In the anime, he competed with Garlic for the position and won. 300 years later, Garlic's son Garlic Jr., bearing a perpetual grudge, attempted twice to fight for the title and lost. He then watched over the planet for centuries to ensure its safety.    Seeing the spawn of his other half Piccolo threatening the planet, he goes to Earth in secret and competes in the Tenka-ichi Budōkai by possessing a human. After advancing to the semifinals he battles Piccolo, trying to trap him in a bottle using the Mafūba. Piccolo is able to overcome it by reversing the attack, trapping Kami in the bottle himself. He then swallows the bottle for safe keeping before losing Kami in his match with Son Goku.
