Lancer of "Black" ("黒"のランサー, "Kuro" no Ransā) is the Lancer-class Servant of Darnic Prestone Yggdmillennia of the Black Faction in the Great Holy Grail War of Fate/Apocrypha. 

Lancer's True Name is Vlad III (ヴラド三世, Vurado Sansei), the Lord Impaler (串刺し公, Kushizashi Kō) (1431-1476), the greatest hero of Wallachia, whose feats in war caused him to be known fearsomely as the "Impaling Prince" to the Turks. Due to the legends associated with him, another name has been spread across the world, The Little Dragon, better known as the vampire Count Dracula. While the nation was small, he was a hero who ascended to the throne and managed to turn back the numerous invasions of the Ottoman Empire that had trampled over every other country. Though the model for Dracula, he was not a vampire, but a man of devotion and great hero.

It is said that the difference between him and his counterpart is their aspects being different, Fate/Apocrypha's version being Vlad III's aspect as a King, while his Fate/EXTRA counterpart is his aspect of a Warrior.

Zeru is an alien from a planet located 220 years light away from the Earth in the Sagittarius constellation.

Honda appears as one of the more prominent characters to appear in the second half of the anime, unlike a majority of the characters that were not heavily involved in the backstory of the game. He is voiced by Daisuke Gōri in the Japanese version, and Richard Epcar in the english dub. His personality is relatively unchanged from that in the games, however his goal is shown to be to fight for cash compared to his in-game goal of proving the strength of sumo to the world. Several aspects of his character appearance here saw usage in the Street Fighter Alpha series much like many other characters, but moreso in the Capcom vs. SNK games, where outright nods (such as his run anim being a direct copy of his attempt to charge into Bison) were included in the game.  He's first seen wrestling with Dhalsim in Calcutta to win prize money. Dhalsim manages to slip away from his grip however, and attempts to mentally subdue Honda. Ryu's presence however distracts Dhalsim enough for Honda to regain control of the match and win due to forfeit. Honda catches up with Ryu, recognizing he helped him win and the fact Ryu is a fellow Japanese fighter, giving him half the prize money as well as a place to stay for a while.  Guile then Bison find Ryu eventually however. While Ryu tries to deal with a brainwashed Ken, Honda charges forward to take on Bison, only for Bison to teleport out of his path and Ken to send him stumbling forward, straight into Balrog. He and Balrog end up fighting, eventually with both of them falling off a nearby cliff. However Honda seems to recover quickly enough, seen lugging both the unconscious Balrog and Guile back just as Ryu and Ken defeat Bison.  (Source: Wikipedia)

The smallest of the convicts physically, he is later being shown as the most deadly. He is the only convict whose crime is known, that he killed a dozen men in prison as a test bed for his new skill. He uses a special martial art called Way of the Void (空道, Koudou). In this style he practices Vacuum Palm, Whip Strike, Poison Hand and many others. Yanagi is also very good at using weapons, such as a rope sickle during fight with Baki Hanma, or the Bagh Nakh during fight with Goki Shibukawa. ~!He also used a katana to cut Hector Doyle's head off, and he nearly destroyed his arm with this blade.!~

Hannya is a pupil of Aoshi. The village he was born in was poor, so he was abandoned at birth to reduce the number of people to feed. Hannya survived, but he could not return to the village so he wandered around like an animal until Aoshi found him and gave him a position in the Oniwabanshuu. Hannya is the master of disguise within the group, an ability he gained by removing all his prominent facial features, which is why he wears the demonic mask on his face. As Aoshi gave him something to live for in the Oniwabanshuu, he is very loyal to him, he even disfigured his face so that he could easily disguise himself as anyone and gives his life to allow Kenshin enough time to retrieve his sakabatou to defeat Kanryuu and save Aoshi. Hannya's style of combat evolves primarily from his discipline from Aoshi. However, he adds his own bit to it by having painted his arms in horizontal stripes, giving them the appearance of being shorter than they actually are, thus luring opponents into a false sense of security regarding distance of attacks.
