As a member of Lugnica's nobility, Julius acts in a proper fashion, always having an air of nobility and conviction. He is also considerate and doesn't forget to show care toward others. He also shows a strict side, giving out accurate assessments of others whether they're good or bad, which is a result of his upbringing as an elite, and in actuality, he believes that he and others can do better than they currently are.

Julius doesn't like those who forget their place, leading him to have bad relations with Subaru for a while. While both have apologized to each other after the battle with the Hakugei, Subaru told him he still hated him. Julius said he didn't intend to be friends. They both became very intimate very quickly during the planning and attacking the Witch Cult. In the end, Julius directly considered Subaru as his friend.

Reiji also has a rather sadistic side to him, having his goal to destory a beyblade, and the beyblader&#039;s hearts during a battle. An example is when Reiji started to unleash several serpents from his beyblade and they started to attack Hyouma&#039;s Aries. Hyouma started to beg Mizuchi to stop but this did not change his mind about destroying Aries.  It is also clear that when Reiji was facing Kenta that he did not understand that Beyblade was fought using the bladers feeling and heart. This caused him to go insane and then unleased his dark spin technique again which destroyed Flame Saggittario.    Overall Reiji is a character with a cold, super insane and sadistic personality who enjoys to destroy his opponents Beyblade without any regard for their feelings.

Rock is a recurrent character in Osamu Tezuka's manga series, and he is an important part of Osamu Tezuka's Star System. Rock is a young boy with shiny dark hair. He first appeared in the manga series Detective Boy Rock Holmes, as a child detective. While most of other Tezuka child characters stayed the same age, Rock grew up throughout the years and his character was reused for more mature "roles" in Tezuka's manga, where he gradually developed a darker personality.

Datto is a ghost who was killed in a car accident and helped Keiichirou in training for race. Since he died by being hit by a car while he was training to win the race game of the sports festival, he slashes off and gathers legs of sprint runners. In the end of episode 5 he was about to slice Keiichirou&#039;s legs off with a scythe, but instead he stopped the scythe when it was about to hit him because of what Keiichirou said about who he wants to winning the race for Datto&#039;s dead friend (who is in fact was Datto) and the words of Satsuki that Keiichiro believed him to be a friend. After that, Datto was put into spiritual sleep after he blocked the scythe. In the end of the episode Keiichirou tosses the medal he won to the sky for Datto.    This ghost has two distinct personalities: one is of a boy who runs barefoot at incredible speed, while the other is a diabolic hare-like scythe demon.

Eustass Kid known as the "Captain" is an infamous pirate. He is one of The Eleven Supernovas who are all renowned pirates on Sabaody Archipelago whose individual bounties are greater than 100,000,000 when the Straw Hats arrive in the place. He owns the second highest revealed bounty that is still active, surpassed by Luffy's bounty of 400,000,000, and the fourth highest number seen so far in the series, after Donquixote Doflamingo, Gekko Moriah and Monkey D. Luffy. The reason his bounty is so high, is because his crew has caused huge numbers of civilian casualties in the course of their activities.

Eustass Kid is notorious for causing a huge amount of civilian casualties. He is generally either angry or making sarcastic jokes. When he feels that he's been insulted, he is quick to resort to violence, attacking Scratchmen Apoo apparently for staring at him.

Kid has the same dream as Luffy, to find One Piece and become the new Pirate King. Because of this, and Luffy's recklessness, he seems to have a great deal of respect for him. However, while they often encounter the same problems, Kid deals with them in his own way, apparently killing everyone who ever laughed at his ambition. He also seems to believe that possessing the determination to achieve the impossible is necessary to survive in the New World.
