Arles is an Almiraj Xenos. As a Xenos, Arles is far more intelligent and powerful than a normal monster. Arles has white fur and red eyes. She wears a large blue battle jacket and a broken pocket watch around her neck. Arles isn't able to speak. She has taken a liking to Bell.

Holding Rank 1 in the Onishima Alliance and is the strongest member of its alliance after Douji. She has an interest in strong men, but she shows her feelings through acts of sadism, reveling in breaking their spirits. Under Rokudou's power, she sees him as an exaggeratedly strong man that progressively intensifies during their fight. Rokudou "defeats" her after rescuing her from falling out a window, causing his power to exaggerate his appearance so much that she faints in bliss. In the aftermath of the fight between the Onishima Alliance and Amori High, she leaves the Onishima Alliance. Part of her surname, Yashi, means Palm Tree.

Sayo is a calm and composed person, part of which is attributed to her being a shrine maiden. As shown in the flashback leading to her making the decision to become Magia Azul, she is also a brave person who does not hesitate to help others.
Due to being restrained and tormented by Schiavo multiple times, Sayo began to develop masochistic tendencies. Her masochism and obsession with "fighting" with Enormeeta has gone to the point where she shows envy when Magenta or Sulphur get the chance to fight them but she does not, as seen when she glares enviously and drools after seeing Magenta without her panties after the latter fought Nero Alice.

Hakua Igarashi is a Defense Force officer in the Third Division.

However, after [Ranmaru](https://anilist.co/character/329313/Ranmaru-Mori) tried to confront her, she fell in love with his vampire identity. She has a similar pure personality to Rihito.
