Parco Folgore is a superstar and film hero from Milan, Italy. He normally spends his time touring the world, giving concerts, and meeting his fans - especially the ladies, who love him. However, he and Kanchomé have come to Japan for a special purpose - to defeat Zatch Bell and Kiyo Takamine. They are defeated rather easily and leave, but Zatch and Kiyo meet them again in England, where Kiyo discovers Folgore singing for a group of sick children in the hospital. They become friends after that, although Kiyo still dislikes Folgore's womanizing ways.  Folgore has two hit songs, "Chichi wo Moge" (translates to "Groping Breasts"; changed to "Hey Hey Let's Dance All Day" in English versions), and "Muteki Folgore" ("Invincible Folgore" in English), the latter of which has the unusual ability to revive him if it's sung by Kanchomé. He also frequently plays an "invincible super spy", 00F, in his films; this character has his own theme song as well, "00F's Theme".

Nanafushi is a ninja from the Valley Country. After learning of the attack by Sand and Sound on Leaf, he travelled to the country to probe its power and take advantage of the village in its vulnerable state. He impersonated a disguised Gai and was pulled into taking part in Rock Lee&#039;s dojo challenge.

  Mondai and his friend Poccha came to Konoha seeking to learn its secrets. Mondai and Poccha were not trained in the shinobi arts, but they hoped they could learn enough secrets to bring their village more missions. They also hoped the fame would bring them a ton of affection from the village women. The exact location of their village is unknown, it may be within the large Fire Country, or it may be in a neighboring non-shinobi nation.    Mondai impersonated Maito Gai when they entered the village, unable to Henge, they instead wore costumes. Kakashi met the two infiltrators and easily recognized they were fakes. He reported their presence to Tsunade who decided to have fun with them, ordering Sakura, TenTen and Katsuyu to put them through gross and labor intensive missions. They two men agreed in the hopes they could gain favor with Tsunade. Unfortunately Naruto fell for the disguise of the two men and worked alongside them as training. When the two men finally had enough, they left the village and met Gai and Lee who were returning. Lee and Gai were surprised by their impersonators. Poccha and Mondai tried to attack the two, but the real Gai and Lee easily kicked them far away, ending their fun.

The idiot son of Captain Morgan of the Marines. After Luffy defeats his father, he joins the Marines with Coby. Later on, he is seen in along with Coby and is part of Luffy's Grandpa's marine crew and is much stronger from training with Luffy's Grandpa, Vice Admiral Garp.

Mr. 9 is Princess Vivi's assigned male partner during her infiltration within Baroque Works. He wears a crown decorated with nines and fights with acrobatics coupled with steel bats. He and Vivi meet the Straw Hats while trying to kill Laboon the whale for food.

Goggles is a soldier in the Scout Regiment fourth squad under the command of Hange Zoë, who is noted for his trademark glasses, or "goggles". He participated in the 57th Exterior Scouting Mission and often accompanies higher ups, such as Hange and Levi, on serious missions.

Dream god Oneiros (夢神・オネイロス Mushin Oneirosu?) is the leader of the gods of Dreams. He is absent in Greek mythology, for his very name in the myth is spelled as Oneiroi, the colloquial term that referred Morpheus, Icelos and Phantasos. This hints his true power, as Oneiros is the only son of Hypnos without a power of his own. Instead, after challenging Capricorn El Cid and Pegasus Tenma, he merged with the power of his brothers (fulfilling his role as union of the three Oneiroi, Phantasos, Icelos and Morpheus). In this state Oneiros&#039; body ends in his hips, and instead of legs he has a massive armored centaur-like creature, plus two additional arms on his shoulders. With his Guardian&#039;s Oracle (ガーディアンズオラクル Gādianzu Orakuru?) he can extinguish the souls of their enemies preventing them to reincarnate. Oneiros in this form is immune to the cut of El Cid&#039;s Excalibur, as he shows by rejoining his body after being split in half. Bill is the father of Dan Kouzo and the husband to Barbara Kouzo.

George resembles his father Jonathan and his son Joseph. He is only seen wearing a military dress uniform.

Assumed to be a capable fighter pilot, George was one of the first to fly an aircraft during World War I. It's hinted that he may have had a talent for the Ripple much like his father and son, though he was never given any training to properly use it.

Higure is often called an &quot;Otaku&quot; by his rival Masa, mostly as an insult. In Japan the word &quot;Otaku&quot; means a person who extremely obsesses over something, to the point that their lives revolve around absolutely nothing but their obsession. In Higure&#039;s case, it&#039;s rare chip collecting.     Higure has his own Rare Battle Chip shop in town, as well as his own Net Navi called Numberman. Higure doesn&#039;t get along with Masa, as they are both trying to compete for Mariko-sensei&#039;s affections.

Captain Nezumi (ネズミ大佐 Nezumi Taisa) is a Marine Officer of the 16th Branch, in the East Blue. His appearance and manner are rodent-like (as "nezumi" is Japanese for both "mouse" and "rat"), and he is arrogant and decidedly corrupt. Nezumi takes bribes from Arlong, so the Fishman pirate can keep a low profile. Acting on a tip from Arlong, he uncovers the treasure that Nami had been hoarding in order to buy back Cocoyashi Village and confiscates it from her. After Arlong is defeated, Nezumi attempts to intervene against the Straw Hat Pirates, but he is quickly defeated and forced to return all that he stole. His report back to his superiors is what prompts the Marines to assign Luffy with his first bounty.

Tsubaki is a fiery male spirit who is the only Shun Shun Rikka capable of direct attack. He often strikes anyone who gets on his nerves (including Orihime). Because he is primarily focused on attacking, he is vulnerable to counter-attacks and has been injured several times. The stronger Orihime&#039;s anger and killing intent, the more powerful he becomes. However, Orihime&#039;s timid nature limits his overall power and has contributed to his injuries in the past. At one point, Tsubaki was killed by the Espada Yammy Riyalgo, who crushed Tsubaki into tiny pieces. Orihime was distraught by this, and since the pieces were too small to find, she couldn&#039;t bring Tsubaki back. But due to meeting Hachi, who said Orihime&#039;s powers were similar to his, Tsubaki is restored by Hachi despite having no pieces of him

A Chimera that swore loyalty to Greed. Like Nina, he was fused with a dog; however, he has retained his human appearance. Because he is part dog, he can use his new-found speed along with his great swordsmanship, and his sense of smell is superior to that of a normal human. However, he is noted saying he is &#039;too loyal for his own good&#039;. In the manga, he is often used as comic relief. Such as when Martel (inside Al at the time) should see him pee with one of his legs in the air, much like a real dog. He, like Martel, was not in the war in Ishval but was in the war in Aerugo.
