Richard Mardukas is an overly protective aide of Tessa&#039;s who insists on guarding her with his life. He holds the rank of Commander and is in charge of Mithril&#039;s TDD-1 when the Captain, Testarossa, is not on board; appropriate, given that Mardukas&#039; position is that of Executive Officer. Lau Chan (ラウ・チェン, Rau Chen?) is a leading Chinese chef and is also a master of the legendary martial art Koen-ken (Or Tiger Swallow Fist.) A quiet man, he nevertheless has the air of resourcefulness and skill seen only in those skilled in the art of Tiger Swallow Fist. His cold appearance belies a gentle nature. He achieved one of his life&#039;s ambitions when he was awarded the Grand Prix at the world&#039;s most renowned competition for Chinese chefs. As a perfectionist by nature, he enters the World Fighting Tournament to achieve mastery in another craft&mdash;at the cost of abandoning his daughter, Pai.    He is from Northern China, Shandong Province. He was the strongest fighter and winner of the First World Tournament (Virtua Fighter). This made him happy as his martial arts school was looking for a successor and the requirement was for him to win the Tournament. After the First Tournament, he retreated to the mountains to train and develop new techniques to improve his ultimate art.    Although he is from China and his native language is Chinese, due to the game&#039;s Japanese origin, he is voiced by Shigeru Chiba (Wiki).  

One of the truly hilarious characters in the series , he is Toshio's demanding Section Chief, who oversees the Detective's Division of the Inunaki Precinct. Nothing really is known about him, even his full name is never disclosed. He is constantly at odds with Toshio over his handling of the Cat's Eye investigation, and scolds Toshio at every opportunity.

Bartley Asprius is a large and balding Britannian general who commands the Code R research team.    ~!After the assassination of Clovis, he is stripped of his rank by Jeremiah and sent back to Britannia as a prisoner. He subsequently returns to the military under the command of Prince Schneizel. He oversees Jeremiah Gottwald's transformation into a cyborg and tries in vain to stop Jeremiah when he wakes up prematurely. After V.V. recruits Jeremiah, Bartley is ordered by the Emperor to help finish Jeremiah's modifications, which he does not seem happy about. After completing his task, he expresses the desire to leave, knowing that the Emperor's plans could mean the end of the world. During the Black Knights assault on the Geass Directorate stronghold, Bartley is killed in the attack. Before his demise he sees C.C. and laments to the deceased Prince Clovis that they should never have captured her. !~ (Source: Wikipedia) 

Lorenzo (Japanese: ボンゴレ Vongole) is a primary character from Pok&eacute;mon Heroes. He is the grandfather of Bianca, and is also curator of the city's museum, a gondola builder and the protector of Latios and Latias. He is a kind man with much wisdom but can be stern and angry at times.     He first appears during Ash's visit to the museum where he explains the history of the city and the Defense Mechanism of Altomare (DMA). Ash is distracted by the presence of Bianca (although it was Latias in disguise who Ash saved - Ash is just confused by their likenesses) and nearly gets in trouble for leaning on the DMA. He follows Bianca, and Latias to the secret garden of Latios and Latias. Lorenzo arrives just in time to prevent Latios from harming Ash and Pikachu, and allows Latias to play with them. He shows Ash the Soul Dew and explains he knew the father of the two guardians, and how he became theirs after their father died.     Lorenzo, Bianca and Ash leave the garden, they cut through Lorenzo's workshop where he constructs gondolas. He is later knocked out by Annie's Espeon . He is later found by Bianca and they go to the museum where they are captured and bound by Ariados. They can only watch helplessly as the DMA is used by Oakley and Latios is hurt by the effects. Ash, Latias and Pikachu come to save them and stop the DMA. Lorenzo warns Annie not to touch the corrupted Soul Dew but she is too slow to hear him and causes the DMA to go out of control. Lorenzo is present at the sacrifice of Latios and is the first to realize he has died. He later bids farewell to Ash, Misty and Brock as they leave the city. He is seen in the credits with a construction crew appearing to be either rebuilding or fixing the DMA in the museum.     

Space Butler first appears in the second episode of the anime series, Quack Experimental Anime: Excel Saga. Space Butler, standing quite tall, is an old man. Aside from being dressed in violet, and having a wacky mixture of colors for hair, it isn't to hard to guess that Space Butler is indeed a butler. We first meet Space Butler on the mothership of the Puchuu Clan. He just can't stand how cute 'em little Puchuus are, doing their war dance and all. Space Butler is actually on a mission.

The lead scientist in the 00 Cyborg program, Gilmore was a dutiful worker who hid a deep distrust for Black Ghost's plans. (In the 2001 series, he only begins to have serious misgivings about the time 005 is built - his superiors force him to install a lower-grade part, because it would lead to more revenue - and has a much less prominent role in creating the rest.) After the cybernetic enhancements for the first nine 00 Cyborgs were complete, he intentionally let himself be "taken hostage" by the cyborgs. Since then, he has been the team's advisor and father figure, not only helping to formulate the team's plans but also assisting them with the nuances of their newfound mechanical bodies. Leader of the bandits of Grape Valley on Titan, Antales is guardian to a large collection of children orphaned by the human-hunting Count Mecha. (In the TV series, he was simply stealing in order to care for his own children.) He hates the machine people, and technology in general. Antales tells  Tetsuro to seek out the pirate Emeraldas  if he wishes to find the location of Count Mecha&#039;s Time Castle, and advises the youngster to shoot the Count without giving him a moment&#039;s pity. His body still contains a large number of unexploded energy bullets, which go off at the most inconvenient moment, just as he is about to warn Tetsuro of an important secret regarding Maeter.
