Seth is an employee of the GM automobile company, and one of the organizers for the race. He is the one that proposed the race to the company's upper management as a way of showing off the company's work by winning. To publicize the race, he has spared no expense to organize parades, plan festivals, and hire Dylan. He has past experience as an engineer designing race cars.

Genzo Wakabayashi is an extraordinary goalkeeper who can catch almost anything thrown at him. Not many shots can come past Genzo. A charismatic guy, Genzo is also loyal to his friends and he is firm with his decisions. Genzo always keeps his feelings to himself and people close to him as seen in Shin Captain Tsubasa, when he&#039;s willingly criticize his teammates&#039; performance in order to make them realize that football in Europe is different than what they play in Japan. His actions caused a lot of Japanese players to dislike him and Genzo only told Tsubasa his true intentions. From early childhood, he has aimed to be the best goalkeeper in the world. He tended to be selfish, and brag about his skills before he met and played a couple of games against Tsubasa. After his match against Tsubasa, he has learned to enjoy the game with his other teammates.

As the leader of the Shichi&#039;nintai, Bankotsu is referred to as &quot;great big brother&quot;  by the other six members because he is the strongest member and the founder of the group, however is also the youngest. He retrieves his giant halberd Banryū from a castle whose previous lord participated in a plot to put an end to the Shichi&#039;nintai because they were too strong and stirred great fear among the rogue military leaders. Although it takes the strength of three of the lord&#039;s strong soldiers to merely lift Banryū, Bankotsu wields it single-handedly, and is a significant challenge to InuYasha in one-on-one melee combat without his Tessaiga.

Bright is the leader of the White base crew during the One Year War. He had several opinions of the war, but rarely expressed them due to his lower rank. He often looks after Amuro and helps him make the right decision.
