Bob is an agent of Ghomvak Security &amp; Investigations and brings prime jobs to Gren and Iria (and elementary jobs to Fujikuro). He often helps out on these jobs as well and is severely injured by Zeiram on the Karma job. Following his escape from the Karma his personality is transferred to a computer by Puttubayh. Major Alex Louis Armstrong, the Strong Arm Alchemist, was born into an elite family of alchemists and has mastered his family's techniques. Members of his family have, in the past, filled the highest military and political positions in the state. He acquired his alchemy titles for his skill of using arm strength in his alchemy. All though he may look intimidating, he is really friendly and (overly)affectionate, and often stays behind or risks his life for the safety of others. He also has a tendency to show off techniques passed down to him to his enemies, and make them feel somewhat awkward during a battle.

Umibouzu (means "sea bonze", which is a ghost in Japanese mythology; real name: Hayato Ijuin), is a "sweeper" in the underground just like [Ryou Saeba](https://anilist.co/character/2065/Ryou-Saeba). With his giant body and his superb combat skills, he doesn't really need a partner. He is Saeba's equal in most things, and the two have somewhat of a rivalry going.  Umibouzu fought against Ryou back in Central America and had his eyes damaged by Saeba. This should make them enemies, but both men shrug off the past since what happened in the war was not personal. That doesn't mean that they don't fight, though. They often find each other on the same case, but on different sides, and have dueled more than once.

Tonpetty is a minor ally featured in Part I: Phantom Blood. He is a Ripple master who trained Will Anthonio Zeppeli as well as Straizo and Dire.

Weisslogia was a Dragon known as The White Dragon, and the foster father of Sting Eucliffe. Aria is part of the Element 4 group as well as it strongest member. He is a very large man that towers over the other members. Despite his large appearance he seems to cry a lot. Aria&#039;s magic is called Drain which drains it&#039;s opponent of his or her magic power. Once it&#039;s drained it floats in the air and eventually disappears. The greater the magic power of the opponent the more damage Drain causes. His power is so great that he has to keep his eyes closed to contan it and only opens them for the strongest of opponents. Benoît Allemane is a French actor who specialized in dubbing. He is known for being the French voice of Morgan Freeman. 

After his graduation from the *École Nationale de Théâtre de Strasbourg*, he moved to Paris where he performed various plays and came into contact with voice acting. He did not feel very comfortable doing this so he gave up to focus on others aspects of his profession. 

Around 10 years later he gave dubbing another try after gaining experience from doing post-synchronization for the local television and never stopped since.
