She was born with severe birth defects confining her to a hospital since birth, Rico's parents signed her over to the SWA on her eleventh birthday, where she was given a new lease on life due to her cybernetic operation. Rico loves her new body and life at the SWA, viewing each day as a blessing. She maintains a happy disposition, despite her treatment as a machine by her handler, Jean. Rico is only one who clearly remembers her past: that she was in a hospital, that her parents fought, and where her father works.

Haru is the lone member of Cherryton School's gardening club. She is earnest and forthright which, in addition to her sexual promiscuity, has earned her a sleazy reputation. Haru is broadly confident, but a defeatist side sometimes peaks through her facade.
In spite of her caring nature she tends to keep people at an emotional distance.

Introduced in the third story arc, Michiru fights alongside her partner and lover Haruka in defending the Solar System from outside threats. In both versions of the story, she is elegant, sophisticated, capable of sharp anger, and sometimes cold. She is fully dedicated to her duty as a Senshi. Her Senshi alter-ego is Sailor Neptune, one of the "four soldiers of the outer solar system". As Sailor Neptune, her element of influence is the sea(not with water in general as Sailor Mercury's powers are); as with many of the other Senshi, this element is closely associated with her planet, which is named for the Roman sea god, Neptune. She is one of the Senshi who has natural psychic powers, alerting her when danger is near. She seems to be a character with a very deep understanding of things, sometimes even surpassing the other Outer Senshi due to her unnaturally high psychic endowments. Michiru's wavy aqua hair and turquoise eyes are intended to evoke images of her element.   



A high school student who suffers a pancreatic disease, having her lifespan cut in half. She has a diary called "Living with Dying" where she writes about her daily experiences, since her illness was first diagnosed. 

Despite her situation, she keeps her smile and even makes jokes about it.

Natsuki is a reserved girl who is seen rarely talking, and she has an aloof and calm attitude. It is later revealed that the second-years are like this because of an event which occurred the year before Kumiko Oumae's first year at Kitauji.
However, Natsuki is normally friendly to everyone, and tends to be mature and calm in most situations. She is also understanding of situations and takes everything quite nicely.

The young empress of the Chinese Federation, thus far referred to only by the traditional title attributed to the Chinese Emperor -- Tianzi, "the Child of Heaven". In practice, she serves only as a "symbol of the state and the unity of the people", a living divinity whose sovereignty is entirely ceremonial. Actual power is held by the governmental organization known as the "High Ministry". Appearing in season two, she is currently in talks with Kaguya Sumeragi, before the latter returns to Area 11.

Ul is a very powerful ice mage that trained both Leon and Gray. While Ul and her first apprentice Leon were walking through a town where the evil demon Deliora had just rampaged they found one lone survivor who happened to be Gray. From that day on Ul had trained both the boys to become ice mages and even began seeing them as her own two sons.   It was later revealed that Ultear is Ul's daughter and Siegrain commented that if Ul was alive, she would most likely be one of the Ten Holy Mages.    ~!Ul sacrificed herself in a battle with Deliora that was caused by Gray. He had run away from Ul and challenged Deliora himself. In order to save Gray, Ul used Iced Shell that turns the user's body into ice and thus freezes the enemy. Even so, she didn't actually die; she was turned into an ice, and it was proven when Deliora died from being frozen in the ice for too long.!~

A Leánnan sídhe that watches over Garland's Household. Her name was given to her by Chise Hatori.

Karura was the wife of the Fourth Kazekage, and the mother of Gaara, Kankurō, and Temari. Against her wishes, her husband had the spirit of Shukaku sealed within Gaara before he was born. During his birth, her life was used to power the sealing process. Before she died, she cursed Sunagakure, hoping her son would avenge her death and the horror she had been put through.

Nashiro Yasuhisa is an artificial one-eyed ghoul who impeded Ken Kaneki's pursuit of Madam A alongside her twin sister Kurona.

~!She was fatally wounded in battle, and abandoned to die by Akihiro Kanou. Her sister claimed that she survived on as a parasitic mass on her stomach, but Kanou claimed this to have been nothing but a delusion to cope with Nashiro's death.!~
