Umibouzu (means "sea bonze", which is a ghost in Japanese mythology; real name: Hayato Ijuin), is a "sweeper" in the underground just like [Ryou Saeba](https://anilist.co/character/2065/Ryou-Saeba). With his giant body and his superb combat skills, he doesn't really need a partner. He is Saeba's equal in most things, and the two have somewhat of a rivalry going.  Umibouzu fought against Ryou back in Central America and had his eyes damaged by Saeba. This should make them enemies, but both men shrug off the past since what happened in the war was not personal. That doesn't mean that they don't fight, though. They often find each other on the same case, but on different sides, and have dueled more than once.

Gold Roger was the Pirate King, the strongest pirate alive, and owner of the legendary treasure known as One Piece. Born in Loguetown, Roger was famed as the man who did what no one thought possible — he conquered the Grand Line. Even before setting out, he was the only man who truly did not fear the dangers of the Grand Line and was even excited about venturing out there. Even with warnings about ships never returning from that ocean, he did not care; in fact, he even declared that was the reason for him going.  He was said to be completely fearless, and those who witnessed his execution even claim that he grinned just before his death. Many people who've met Monkey D. Luffy and knew Roger have commented that the two are very similar.

Lord Enma is a giant red oni who judges the dead. Residing in the Other World, it is his job to decide whether dead people go to Heaven or Hell. He is based on the Hindu deity Yama. He is first seen when Son Goku is killed by Piccolo during the battle with Raditz. He was until then the only person who has ever run all the way along Serpent Road, but grants Goku permission to attempt this in order to get to North Kaio's planet, which is at the end of Serpent Road. He is apparently skilled to some degree in fighting, as he claims he bested Raditz when the latter attempted to break into Heaven while passing through his realm. According to Kami, North Kaio is stronger than he is.

Gozaburo was the original founder and CEO of Kaiba Corporation, which at that time was a successful arms manufacturer. He was also a world famous chess champion, which is how Seto and Mokuba heard of him at their orphanage. When Gozaburo visited, Seto challenged him to a game of chess, telling Gozaburo that if he refused, he would tell the press he was scared of a little kid. Gozaburo, confident he would not be beaten by a child, agreed to a single game, with Seto stating the stipulation that if he wins, Gozaburo will agree to adopt him and his brother. In the manga, Seto cheated. In the anime, Seto had spent time studying Gozaburo's strategies and how to overcome them, and thus defeated him. Gozaburo had to keep his end of the bargain.  However, he was a cruel father to Seto, forcing him to spend all his time studying and forgoing any of the joy or fun usually associated with childhood. At this point his biological son Noah died as well. With his intended Kaiba Corp heir digitized, Gozaburo decided to breed Seto as his heir, pushing him even further. His fatal mistake was when he gave Seto 2% of Kaiba Corp shares as part of a mission to earn 100 times the amount within a year- something Seto does easily. Later, Seto, along with the board of directors, aka, The Big Five, buys 49% of the company. Gozaburo, also with 49%, is ousted from power by Seto's 51%. He is reported to have committed suicide by jumping from the top floor of the Kaiba Corporation building. (in the English anime, he ran away and disappeared.)   ~!It is revealed that Gozaburo instead digitized his mind like he did his son's, and hid inside the Kaiba Corp computer banks. When Noah lures Seto and others, including Yugi Muto, into the Virtual World, Gozaburo has Noah and the Big Five try and defeat Seto and company. When they fail one by one, Gozaburo reveals himself as the mastermind of the capture, and unveils his plan to digitize mankind, and rein as the king of the Virtual World (this is in the English anime: the Japanese Gozaburo plans to use missiles to destroy the world). Noah pretends to lead the group to an exit to escape, but instead splits them up, leaving most of them wandering a Virtual Domino City while Noah, realizing his father was only using him, uses Mokuba's body to escape, and initiates the fortress' self-destruct sequence, intending to destroy everyone inside while he escapes.  While Yugi and others try to escape, Seto and Gozaburo fight a duel, with Gozaburo intending to use Seto's body to escape to the real world. Gozaburo, still bitter over his loss to Seto in chess years ago, challenges him to a duel to give Seto the same type defeat he delivered Gozaburo. As a further insult, Gozaburo uses the monster Exodia Necross- a ghostly dark version of Exodia the Forbidden One, the monster who handed Seto his first defeat in Duel Monsters. Exodia Necross gains 1000 attack points every time it attacks, and cannot be destroyed in any way. However, its special abilities depend on having all 5 Exodia parts in the Graveyard. Seto uses Soul Demolition to remove the parts from play, neutralizing Exodia Necross. Now stripped of its powers, Exodia Necross is destroyed by Seto's trademark Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Gozaburo loses the duel, and his chance to escape the Virtual World.  With the fortress about to be destroyed, Gozaburo attempts to take Kaiba's body by force. Yugi enters and helps Kaiba escape to the roof. Noah, having had a change of heart, appears on Gozaburo's back, immobilizing him and opening an exit to the real world. As Seto and Yugi emerge on the airship and escape, the fortress explodes, deleting Noah. Gozaburo lives for a few moments, somehow becoming 'real' as a beast of flame, erupting from the ruins of the fortress. As he attempts to destroy the airship, Seto activates the airship's thrusters, jetting out of Gozaburo's grasp for good and leaving him to sink into the waves.  Although this is Gozaburo's first and final appearance in person, he appears in flashbacks before and after the Virtual Arc. Kaiba's goal to defeat Yugi at Alcatraz (Kaiba Corp Island) is not only a mission to defeat Yugi, but to overcome Gozaburo's legacy and put it behind him. Kaiba feels that only when he is crowned Duel King atop the Duel Tower, amidst the rubble of the military factories Gozaburo had built there, that only then can he forget his past and step out of Gozaburo's shadow. Alister (Amelda in the Japanese version) of Dartz' group (Doma in the Japanese version) also harbors a grudge towards Kaiba, believing that Gozaburo funded a military attack on his town (he later realizes that the attack was instead ordered by Dartz, disguised as Gozaburo.) Finally, in the Grand Championship arc, Gozaburo Kaiba makes a brief appearance in two flashbacks concerning a party where he and Mr.Schroeder discuss acompanied by Seto Kaiba and Zigfried von Schroeder. Mr.Schroeder tells him about a deal he is about to make, a deal which was unfortunately made by Gozaburo first.!~  In the Japanese versions, Gozaburo is voiced by Unsho Ishizuka in the first series and by Tetsuo Komura in the second series. In the English dub of the second series, he is voiced by David Willis. 

Super Shen Long is the Eternal Dragon who appears when the Super Dragon Balls are gathered. He was formed when the Dragon God, Zalama, formed the Super Dragon Balls.

An assassin working for the US. He possesses an iron body and is almost invulnerable to anything. He and Yujiro crossed paths while he was sent to assassinate a drug cartel leader. He also has one bizarre technique in which he curls into a perfect sphere of muscle in which he is impervious to attacks, but can uncurl and seize his opponents, &#039;eating&#039; them &quot;like Pac-Man&quot;. He then crushes them with his muscles. His appearance and name are based on former Mr. Universe and three-time Mr. Olympia Sergio Oliva.

Otaki is the chief inspector of the Osaka police district, and good friends with [Heizo Hattori](https://anilist.co/character/30367/Heizo-Hattori) and [Ginshiro Toyama](https://anilist.co/character/30375/Ginshiro-Tooyama). Otaki is also close friends with Heizo's son, [Heiji](https://anilist.co/character/1745/Heiji-Hattori), whom often calls Otaki when he needs to find information for an important case. Sometimes, Otaki even assists Heiji, and has a few times before lent a big helping hand in helping Heiji and [Conan](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) solve cases.

Wattson resides in Mauville City and is an expert on Electric-type Pok&eacute;mon; defeating Wattson will earn the trainer the Dynamo Badge. His English name is derived from watt, while his Japanese name is likely a reference toward Nikola Tesla. An old man, Wattson is almost always seen smiling.    Inside his gym includes several electrical doors and trainers. Each door can be opened by stepping on a switch. His puzzle isn't very difficult, much less than the next Gym Leader, Flannery. After his defeat, he hands you TM34: Shockwave, an electric attack that is sure to hit.    As shown in the Pok&eacute;mon anime, Wattson always likes a good joke, as any visitors (gym challengers or not) take a roller coaster ride, ending up against a mechanical Raikou. Ash surprisingly defeats Wattson easily with just his Pikachu, which is unusual as Electric-type moves are not very effective against Electric-type Pok&eacute;mon. Wattson then dejectedly plans to retire from his Gym Leader post but regains his fighting spirit after helping to defeat Team Rocket. It is revealed that Pikachu's electric attacks had been temporarily supercharged when he destroyed the mechanical Raikou, which allowed him to overwhelm Wattson's Pok&eacute;mon. Ash, hoping to get a fair rematch, tries to return his Dynamo Badge and earn it back fairly, but Wattson asks him to keep it because Wattson realizes that he also needs to continue training. His training pays off, because he and Ash meet again later in the series and have a rematch, in which Wattson's Manectric defeats Ash's Torkaoal.

Captain Morgan, called "Axe-Hand Morgan" since he literally has an axe for a right arm, is the first Marine officer of significant rank to be seen in the series.   Morgan is a very tall, intimidating man with white-blond hair and a steel jaw. As his nickname suggests, his right hand is replaced by a huge steel axe, the handle of which seems to go right through his forearm. Like most marines of high rank in the series, he wears a large, billowing coat like a cape. He can also normally be seen smoking a cigar.   Three years ago, Morgan looks much like he does in the present storyline, except without the axe hand and the metal jaw. He was also of a slimmer build than in the present storyline.   Prior to "capturing" Kuro, Morgan seemed to be a brave man who was not afraid of death. After his promotion, Morgan was corrupted by his power and became who he is today.   When Morgan is first introduced, he is governing over the small island of Shell Town, where his Naval base is located. Yet he is ruling by fear, abusing his rank to make people pay taxes, and even going as far as killing his own men if they do not obey his commands. He has a very spoiled son named Helmeppo, who is just as bad at using his father's rank to get what he wants from the island's inhabitants. Morgan shows no sort of fatherly love for Helmeppo, even stating that Helmeppo was a worthless son not even worth hitting.   Morgan's obsession with rank is proven in his battle against Luffy, where, despite not being able to to land a single blow on the rubberman (and having taken several), he would not accept defeat.  Lugia is a dual-type Psychic/Flying legendary Pokémon.  It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon.  It is often considered to be closely related to Ho-Oh, even sometimes as its polar opposite. Silver represents Lugia as "guardian of the seas", and Gold represents Ho-Oh as "guardian of the skies." Lugia (Japanese: ルギア Lugia) is the main character of the movie, The Power of One. Its Japanese voice actor is 山寺宏一 Koichi Yamadera and its English voice actor is Eric Rath.  In the movie, Lawrence III wanted to capture Lugia. In order to accomplish his goal, he set out to enrage and capture the legendary birds. By doing this, Lugia was prophesied to appear to calm them. His plan was then to capture Lugia for his "collection".  Although he ended up injuring it, Lawrence III did not succeed in capturing it. With the help of Ash, Lugia was able to stop Lawrence III and calm the birds before the unbalance caused destroyed the world.  Lugia was briefly mentioned in The Mystery is History by Ash and James when they encounter Silver for the first time. Whether this makes the movie canon is unknown.  Lugia communicated with humans through telepathy, much like Mewtwo.  In The Mastermind of The Mirage Pokémon, it was seen in Pikachu's memories.   Bulbapedia

Ghastel is the leader of Lucifer&#039;s demons.     Ghastel can fly by creating a dark clouds beneath both his feet. He attacks Krillin and Goku and eventually chases them through the cavernous area, but is killed when they trick him into being eaten by a swamp monster.     Dragon Ball Wiki

Android #14 is a large grayish/bluish android with a braided ponytail. He is almost completely silent; the only word he utters is &quot;Goku&quot;, presumably to emphasize the fact that his sole purpose is to kill Goku. However in, the English dub of the movie, he does have a few more lines than in the original Japanese dub. One instance is his fight with Trunks where he says &quot;Little boys shouldn't play with knives...&quot;(meaning Trunks' sword). He was sliced in half by Future Trunks, which caused him to explode. After his defeat, two of his parts were absorbed by #13. Only the fact that an Android #14 was created and subsequently destroyed was mentioned in the manga.  

The father of Brolly, when Freeza destroyed Planet Vegeta, Brolly used a sphere of his own power to protect himself and Paragus, and transport them to another planet. Paragus raised Brolly, and eventually had a scientist create a crown capable of restraining, and controlling Brolly&#039;s rage and power. Paragus later came up with a plan to get revenge on Vegeta, but failed due to Brolly breaking the crown and going berserk. He was killed by Brolly who threw his escape pod into a comet. Paragus also makes a cameo appearance in Movie 12 as a villain in the background behind Freeza after they escape from hell.    *Wikipedia
