Komanechi (or is it &quot;Doctor&quot; Komanechi) is the Sorceress/witch in residence at Dr. Kyoji&#039;s hospital, not much is known about her and how she managed to be there, however, her knowledge of magical potions and mixing them are top notch.    Komanechi has a pleasant disposition to Nanako and the others, however, she is the proverbial thorn in the side of Dr. Kuron as they are always arguing and trading insults, in one episode they almost traded blows. What amazes me is that inspite of the animosity between Komanechi and Kuron, they somehow live in the same residential quarters, next to each other in the hospital.

For legal reasons, her name is changed in the American version of both the game and the manga, to N-Yah Gail and Enyaba Geil respectively.  In the OVA:  ~!She is able to change her appearance from that of a young woman to an old lady at will. No explanation as to why is ever given.!~

is a pharmacist who used to operate in E-Rantel and the grandmother of Nfirea Bareare. When Nfirea was kidnapped by Zurrernorn, she made a deal with Ainz to rescue him in return for her services. Afterwards, she moved to Carne Village.
Though a seemingly old woman, Lizzie Bareare is still quite sharp for her age. Highly knowledgeable about the make-up, properties and lore of potions. She also has a demanding and fastidious personality. Her intense gaze gives other people the shivers.
Renown throughout the city of E-Rantel, Lizzie Bareare holds the title as the city's best pharmacist.

She was very pretty when she was young and worked at a restaurant. She secretly fed poor children dumplings for free, and was fired. She is a smoker. Despite constant arguments over Gintoki's general inability to pay his rent, she is confident in his defense of her. But in episode 22, she proves to be quite skilled in martial arts (or at least has above average reflexes) by dodging Ayame's flying kick simply by tilting her head to the left and catching a thrown dagger with two fingers (and then pockets it). She is apparently one of the four "emperors" that rule the Kabuki District.  Otose takes her name from a real person who kept a hotel during the Bakumatsu period, often hiding rebels from the Shinsengumi.  

Tsume Inuzuka is the mother of Hana and Kiba Inuzuka. Tsume has the same abilities as the rest of the Inuzuka Clan. She fights with her beloved companion, Kuromaru. It is currently unknown as to exactly what power she possesses, but since she is a Tokubetsu Jonin she is obviously an extremely skillful fighter. She can also use the Dual Piercing Fang as well as many more combinations with Kuromaru.
