Luna and her partner [Artemis](https://anilist.co/character/5408/Artemis) were advisors to [Queen Serenity](https://anilist.co/character/17010/Queen-Serenity) in the Silver Millennium, and when the kingdom was ruined Serenity used the power of her Silver Crystal to send the two cats to Earth's future in order to awaken the Sailor Senshi. 

She and Artemis one day married and had a daughter named [Diana](https://anilist.co/character/11899/Diana) who became the advisor to [Chibiusa.](https://anilist.co/character/2827/Chibiusa) Chibiusa's toy Luna P was also modelled on Luna.

Three girls (known as A-Ko, B-Ko, and C-Ko), seen only in silhouette, who spend about thirty seconds per episode energetically commentating on its events in symbolic allegory. Their antics provide both comic relief and insight into the show's plot. While they function much like a Greek chorus, their primary influence is shadow puppetry.  B-ko has her hair in two funny pigtails.

Zirconia appears as an ugly, insectlike old woman with lavender skin. Secondary to Queen Nehellenia, she controls the Amazoness Quartet and the Amazon Trio. Her name is derived from the mineral zirconium dioxide, which is often called zirconia. She first appears in Episode 128 of the anime and Act 34 of the manga. In the English-language adaptation Zirconia&#039;s gender was changed from female to male.  In the anime, Zirconia looks the way Nehellenia would look if she were old, and thus she haunts the queen&#039;s dreams. Zirconia is the personification of Queen Nehellenia&#039;s nightmares, given form to lead the Dead Moon Circus to find Pegasus and carry out the Queen&#039;s revenge. She commands the Amazon Trio to go to earth and seek out those with beautiful dreams, who might have the Dream Mirror in which Pegasus is hiding. She uses Zircon, a flying eyeball that usually sits atop her staff, to gather images of those with beautiful dreams, which she gives to the Amazon Trio as their targets. She soon becomes impatient with the Amazon Trio, and allows the Amazoness Quartet to send lemures to kill them. She then sends the Amazoness Quartet to do what the Trio failed to accomplish.   In the manga, the Amazon Quartet calls her baa-san, meaning &quot;grandmother&quot; or &quot;old woman,&quot; and she acts as a mediator between them and Nehellenia. Like the other members of the Dead Moon Circus, she doesn&#039;t like light, and feels comfortable only in darkness. She speaks to Nehellenia through the mirror, complimenting her often. Little is known about her motivations, but the most important thing to her is to figure out how to make Nehellenia&#039;s plans work. Her first mission for the Quartet is to make sure that the circus is a success on Earth, and then taking over everything for the Dead Moon Circus, little by little. She tells them to proceed cautiously when dealing with the Senshi, and lets them know that she will not tolerate a failure. In order to conquer the Earth, she says, they must first destroy the Senshi by filling them with nightmares. 

Mrs. Briefs is Bulma's mother and the wife of Dr. Briefs. She is always interested in flirting with Goku and Vegeta. In the anime, she comments that she would like to go on a date with Vegeta and Goku. When Vegeta was offered a place to stay by Bulma - not long after Vegeta had tried to kill the Z Fighters - he was immediately welcomed in and taken aback by Mrs. Briefs; the shock of someone being so pleasant to him almost overwhelmed him.  Not much is known about her, but in the anime she's characterized as the archetypal blonde airhead who loves shopping and eating expensive cakes. Probably the most special feature of this woman is the fact that, as far as physical appearances go, she looks at least as young as her daughter, and unlike Bulma, she doesn't appear to age at all throughout Dragon Ball Z.  Not much is known about her, but in the anime she's perpetually happy, and is characterized as the archetypal blonde airhead who loves shopping and eating expensive cakes. Young and educated, Mrs. Stowner decided to become a governess, and tutored William and his siblings with an iron fist. Right before retiring, she met Emma, and took her in as her maid.        Kelly was the one who taught Emma to do the household chores, to read, and to write.
