In Japanese "Sakura" means "cherry blossom." She was once a very sickly girl who suffered from a variety of ailments. Many of them were the result of spirits that infested her body. On the advice of her uncle Cherry, she tried to exorcise Ataru, during which process, the demons who inhabited her transferred themselves to the unlucky young man. The second time she attempts to exorcise him, one of the demons possessing Ataru causes him to pounce onto her and suck her breast. Now in perfect health, Sakura is the Tomobiki High school nurse and a Shinto priestess or miko. Unlike her mother (who looks exactly like Cherry), Sakura is tall, slender and physically attractive, which makes her a common target of the lecherous boys of the school and even Mr. Onsen-Mark. The boys have been known to purposely injure themselves in order to see her. Like her uncle, she possesses an enormous appetite and has been known, despite never seeming to gain an ounce, to out-eat him. Sakura is extremely powerful and can summon foul and baleful creatures from Japanese folklore, by virtue of her mystical training.

Miss Ayumi is also a member of the Volunteer Defense Force, a loose-knit organization of do-gooders who defend the city when the authorities fail. When A-ko and B-ko's brawl sparks a citywide alert in "Cinderella Rhapsody," she immediately dons an outlandish superhero costume and rides a gravity-defying cycle into action. Reine Devila is the queen of the devil world and she despises all forms of love. Reine commands her minions to go to war with the angel world. She also tells them spread hatred throughout the human world in an attempt to eradicate all the love from the human world that they can. She seems to hate the feelings of love between brides and grooms the most.

Her piloting skills are better than Ohta's, but was assigned to backup duty since acclimating the Labor to a temporary officer would be a poor decision. Kanuka was born in Hawaii but apparently moved to New York later on. When she travels back to New York, she stops in Hawaii to see her grandmother whom she loves dearly. Kanuka's piloting skills are to be feared. Goto certainly thinks so, since he called her in to assist SV2 in the first movie.

Chiyo is the grandmother of Sasori and sister to Ebizo.  She was once a powerful shinobi for the Hidden Village of Sand, but has since retired.  She was a founder of the Sand Village’s puppet division, training many disciples and developing new puppets.  Chiyo was also the one responsible for sealing the One-Tailed Shukaku inside Gaara under the orders of the Fourth Kazekage.  As well as being a puppet master, Chiyo was also a talented poison maker.  But during the last Great Ninja War, she was humiliated when Tsunade of Konoha managed to figure out and develop antidotes for every single one of her poisons.  As a result, Chiyo has had a grudge against Tsunade to this day and refers to her as “that slug woman”, referring to Tsunade’s ability to summon giant slugs.  Chiyo’s son, along with his wife, were both killed by the “White Fang of Konoha”, Kakashi Hatake’s father, during the Great Ninja War.  This left their only son, Sasori, an orphan.  Chiyo took on the responsibility of raising Sasori.  When she saw his sadness at the loss of his parents, Chiyo decided to teach him puppet jutsu in order to preoccupy him with a new interest.  Sasori proved to be a genius a puppet jutsu and even had the ability to manufacture puppets out of human bodies. His very first creations were the puppet versions of his own parents.  But unbeknownst to Chiyo, a dark hatred dwelled in Sasori’s heart.  Twenty years before the events of Naruto part II, Sasori fled the Sand Village and eventually joined Akatsuki.  Chiyo confronted his grandson in the “Rescue of Gaara” story arc and defeated him with help from Sakura.  Chiyo sacrificed her life to revive Gaara using a technique originally intended to give life to puppets at the cost of  her own.  she has Abilities like Reincarnation jutsu A technique that allows Chiyo to bring the dead back to life or even give life to a puppet.  She is the only one capable of performing the jutsu but the cost is her own life.   And even Ten Puppets of Monzaemon Chikamatsu Monzaemon Chikamatsu was the inventor of shinobi puppet jutsus. These ten puppets were his legacy and are superior than regular puppets. They are meant to work together and are capable of performing powerful jutsus when combined. 

She lives on Asuka Island and is Maya&#039;s grandmother. Despite the fact she looks short, she is actually very tall when she stands up straight.

Chiyo has a very kind and compassionate personality, where she treats everyone kindly, though she does have a strict and reproaching attitude towards those that have done something foolish. She's mostly like this with All Might for not teaching Izuku how to use his Quirk properly or with Izuku for using his Quirk recklessly.

Doctor Kureha is the sole remaining doctor on Drum Island. Because of her eccentric treatment of patients (whom she will readily injure if they do not follow her orders) she also displays abnormal fighting abilities and strength (punching through a brick wall several meters thick), along with her reclusive nature, she is often called a "witch." However, she is a legitimate practitioner of medicine, and has kept herself healthy and fit at nearly 140 years old.

As Cobra&#039;s long-time partner in adventure, Lady represents the serious half of the duo. She and Cobra share an unspoken but deep trust, and each always comes through to the other&#039;s aid in times of need. Lady is a top-class Armaroid, a mechanical being whose manufacture was based on advanced technology recovered from the ancient lost civilization of Mars. She possesses superhuman strength but does not carry a weapon and is rarely involved in direct physical combat. Vice-Admiral Tsuru (つる中将 Tsuru Chūjō) the &quot;Great Tactician&quot; (大参謀 Dai-Sanbō) is one of Sengoku&#039;s direct subordinates at the base in the Sanctuary of Marie Joie. She is an elderly woman, similar in appearance to Dr. Kureha, but older-looking (and probably younger). Anemone is a soldier of the United Federation and the pilot of the Nirvash typeTheEND. She regularly suffers from painful headaches, nose bleeds, and emotional instability, most of which can be temporarily treated with a drug injected into a receptor in her neck.

[Dewey Novak](https://anilist.co/character/4005/Dewey-Novak) assigns [Dominic Sorel](https://anilist.co/character/1910/Dominic-Sorel) to be her caretaker so he can monitor her condition. At times, Dominic injects neurological stimulants into her neck, which calms her mind and brings out her more focused, blood-lusting personality. In her drugged state, Anemone is almost unbeatable in the skies with TheEND. [Renton Thurston](https://anilist.co/character/477/Renton-Thurston) and [Eureka](https://anilist.co/character/1709/Eureka) have trouble fighting her with the Nirvash typeZERO, and [Holland Novak](https://anilist.co/character/1512/Holland-Novak) in his Terminus typeR909 LFO wasn't able to stand against her for very long. Thanks in part to her more advanced LFO, Anemone can outfly most regular LFOs.

Anemone is known to be a callous, moody, and violent girl towards others, prone to violent tantrums. When not under the effects of the neurological stimulant drugs, Anemone is often prone to violent tantrums and is very fearful at times when told to carry out a mission with TheEND. She is willing to do anything to please Dewey even if it is at the cost of her own life, and treats Dominic with contempt due to her belief that he doesn't understand what she is going through. She holds an unconcealed hatred towards Eureka and is determined to defeat her, along with the Nirvash and Renton. She never hesitates to back down from a mission, no matter how dire the situation is if it is what Dewey wants.

~!Anemone was biologically modified in some way to make her more like a Coralian (hence why her eyes look similar to Eureka's), and conditioned to pilot TheEND. Anemone is the only case that ever survived the medical treatments that the doctors put her through but was damaged both mentally and physically.

Even after everything she has experienced, Anemone seems to be fine with what Dewey's men have made her become. It is unclear whether she is ignorant that Dewey made her that way, or simply knows and doesn't care. She seemingly responds to Dewey with affection and respect, though later in the series she shows that she loathes Dewey when she is seen throwing a strand of his hair from her shoulder with disgust, hinting that her earlier displays of admiration were attempts to remain useful in his eyes so he wouldn't throw her away and possibly have her killed.!~

~!Dominic eventually falls in love with Anemone, but she doesn't return his feelings until very late in the series. Anemone begins to reciprocate Dominic's feelings after he is sent to retrieve her replacement by Dewey. These feelings culminate when she is sent on a suicide mission (unbeknownst to her, but she seems somewhat aware of the fact) to enter the Scub realm and electronically tag the Scub Coral Command Cluster with a transmitter, allowing Oratorio number eight (part of an orbiting weapons system) to target and destroy it.!~

Phryne Jamil was a former member and the captain of the Ishtar Familia. Phyrne has fought against Ais Wallenstein on three occasions before the series; once when she was a new Level 2, the second time when they encountered each other in the dungeon two years after their first meeting, and the third time when Ais reached Level 5. Phryne has no loyalty at all to Ishtar and she considers herself to be more beautiful than the Goddess. She is arrogant and is hated by the other members of the Ishtar Familia. She is also possessive of men who catch her attention, such as Bell Cranel, and will disobey orders to fulfill her desires, such as when she took him to her secret room despite orders that he remain unharmed.
