Kansuke Yamato is a police officer from Nagano Prefecture with a prominent pair of criss-crossed scars over his blinded left eye and an injured left leg due to an avalanche accident which he sustained from chasing a criminal. His name is based on the strategist Yamamoto Kansuke. Kansuke is also a childhood friend of Yui Euhara, as well as her superior in the Nagano police.

Crocodile is the leader of Baroque Works, a secret organization of assassins and spies, and a member of the Shichibukai. Utilizing Baroque Works, he incites rebellion in the kingdom of Alabasta in order to gain access to the Poneglyph hidden beneath the palace. He believes it will reveal the location of the weapon Pluton, which Crocodile wishes to gain control of in order to establish his military power. He is defeated by Monkey D. Luffy and stripped of his Shichibukai status by the World Government, after which he is imprisoned. Crocodile ate the fictional Devil Fruit Suna Suna no Mi, giving him the ability to control sand, as well as avoid damage by turning into sand.

Raoh is the eldest of the four adopted children trained by Ryuken, the previous Hokuto Shinken master. The manga and anime gives two different origins thorough the course of the story. In his first origin, Raoh and his biological younger brother Toki, were adopted by Ryuken after their real parents died. A second origin shows that a young Raoh and Toki, along with an infant Kenshiro, were actually refugees who were sent to the "Eastern Land" to be trained in the art of Hokuto Shinken by Ryuken.  Raoh trained under Ryuken along with Toki and Kenshiro, as well as another student named Jagi. In spite of his ambitions to become the greatest martial artist in the world, Raoh lost the rights to the Hokuto Shinken succession to Kenshiro. Refusing to give up the style, Raoh killed his sifu Ryuken in combat and formed his own army, taking the name of Ken-oh, King of Fist. Among his many subordinates includes his adoptive brother Jagi, the Toki impersonator Amiba, Uighur the Warden of Cassandra Dungeon, Juda of Nanto Seiken, and Ryuga of the Star of Sirius, among others. Raoh also begins to ride a large black stallion named Kokuoh-Go (黒王号, Kokuōgō).   ~!Raoh first appears in the story after Kenshiro and his allies destroys Cassandra. Raoh and his army begin to occupy Mamiya's home village afterward. Rei is the first warrior to challenge him, but he proves to be no match against Raoh and is defeated. He is then challenged by both, Ken and Toki, and managed to thwart both. In the end, Raoh fights Ken again and the battle between the two men end in a stalemate, with both too wounded to continue fighting.  After Souther's defeat, Raoh re-emerges to resume his "conquest of the heavens". He gauges the extent of his recovery by challenging Koryu, Ryuken's former rival for the Hokuto Shinken succession and defeats him. Raoh then challenges his brother Toki to a fight and defeats him, but spares his life out of sympathy due to the fact that Toki was already dying from a terminal disease.  Raoh later fights the warriors of the Five Chariots, who challenge Raoh on behalf of the Last General of Nanto Seiken. When Raoh discovers that the Last General is actually Yuria, he rushes to the Capital of Nanto to capture her only to be confronted by Kenshiro, who has now mastered the ultimate Hokuto Shinken technique of Musō Tensei, the Unconscious Transmigration of Souls. Raoh manages to escape from Ken and takes Yuria captive with him.  Vowing to overcome the fear he felt fighting Kenshiro, Raoh decides to challenge Fudoh of the Mountains, the first person who ever made him feel fear. During his confrontation with Fudoh, Raoh learns that the only way he can ever learn Musō Tensei is to experience true sorrow. Raoh decides to take Yuria's life to achieve, only to learn that she is already dying from a terminal illness as well. Feeling sympathy for her fate, Raoh is able to master Musō Tensei as well. Raoh challenges Kenshiro to a final battle at the Hokuto Renkitōza, the North Star Mind and Body Training Ground. The two brothers engage in a long grueling battle, in which Kenshiro emerges as the ultimate victor. Rudger is the leader of the Dark Signer, bearing the Spider Birthmark resembling the Nazca Line. His Earthbound God is known as Uru, the strongest of the set. He holds the power to send spiders out and possess civilians - previously displayed over Dick Pitt and Ushio. His deck consists of a spider theme to suit his Earthbound God.     ~!He is later revealed to be Rex Godwin&rsquo;s elder brother and once an assistant to Professor Fudo - Yusei&rsquo;s father. He was placed in charge of Old Momentum when Yusei&rsquo;s father attempted to end the project and claims to have deliberately caused the Zero Reverse accident that killed himself and both of Yusei&rsquo;s parents. He sets his targets on Yusei, even attempting to send Bommer after him once he was made into a Dark Signer.  In Episode 57, it&#039;s revealed that that he is, indeed, the long missing Fifth Signer bearing the Head Birthmark. The arm - in the possession of Godwin - was once his which has been replaced with an artificial replica just as his brother&rsquo;s. He visited the Nazca Lines and met a man claiming to be from Yliaster. Once he returned, he was driven mad by the negative Momentum and took over MIDS, forcing Professor Fudo to flee with the Dragon cards - losing Ancient Fairy Dragons. Rudger then severed his left arm, with the Birthmark, and handed them to Godwin, pleading that it be taken somewhere safe and that he gather the Signers before he loses himself completely to the battle of gods inside of him - the Signer and Dark Signer born inside of his soul. Godwin did so and Rudger sent the Momentum into a reversal, creating what is later known as Zero Reverse, splitting Satellite from Neo-Domino. He was killed in the process and revived as a Dark Signer as he wished in his last moments - the leader bearing the Spider Birthmark.  After explaining everything to Yusei, he fights until Yusei is standing over the brink of death, only for the Signer to fight back and destroy his Earthbound God, ending the duel.    Rudger laughs and claims that an &quot;Underworld King&quot; will be unleashed if the towers aren&#039;t sealed by sunset. Yusei asks what he means, but Rudger answers that he won&#039;t allow Yusei to leave Old Momentum and detonates his artifical arm, destroying the bridge they stand on and sending Yusei plummeting into the Momentum beneath - what he claims is the gateway to Hell that he discovered alongside Yusei&#039;s father 17 years before.  Once the Signer War is over, he and Godwin reveal to Yusei they&#039;ve learned the error of their ways and move on to the Afterlife with the gift of reviving the Dark Signers to the world of the living.!~

A chimera that follows Greed. He was fused with a bull, making him as strong as one, as demonstrated to Al when he literally knocks Greed's head off with his hammer (Greed, naturally, recovers from this). He wields a hammer as his weapon and has an ability to transform into an enhanced version of himself with more bull-like aspects like horns and greater strength. He's the only one of the three that fought in Ishval. He cameos in the 15th volume, shown as a background soldier, after Roy Mustang's appearance in the battle ground.

A frog-like chimera who was initially one of Kimblee's bodyguards, but deserted and joined Scar instead.

An old reclusive automail master. His lifelong dream was to build automail with hidden cannons inside them, and he had the opportunity to do just that with Paninya&#039;s automail legs. Winry begs him to let her be his apprentice, but he defers her to Garfiel instead, even though Winry helped deliver his grandson.    It is noteworthy that when he found out Winry was the granddaughter of Pinako Rockbell, he flipped out, as apparently he has some memories about the &quot;Pantheress of Resembool&quot; that he would rather forget (&quot;Leopardess of Resembool&quot; in the dubbed anime).    In the anime, no mention is made of any desire to build hidden cannons, though he did build one into Paninya&#039;s right leg. He refuses to sell an automail arm to a young rich man because it is an arm for a fighter, and the young man does not really need it. At the end of the series, he is seen helping Winry train to become an even better mechanic.

Sloth is the fifth Homunculus created by Father. Appearing as a giant, muscular, but mentally slow man, Sloth spends most of the story digging the country spanning underground tunnels that make up the Father's mysterious transmutation circle. A conversation between Greed and Lust implies that Sloth have dug tunnels for at least a hundred years. Not surprisingly, he seems eager to finish his work so he can rest at last.  In the first anime, Sloth was inadvertently created in the failed human transmutation of Ed and Al, and appeared as their mother, quite the opposite of what he is characterized as in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

Occulus is the founder of the post-death arbitration system. He spends most of his time playing billiards, especially with Nona, whose presence he appreciates for discussion. Oculus is strictly opposed to the idea that referees can have human feelings because he says "humans cannot judge humans."

The lotus flower under his chin can be enlarged, allowing him to see through the memories of the people he "absorbs" with.

Eric Toga is one of the main supporting characters in B: The Beginning and a member of the Royal Investigative Service's Special Criminal Investigation Section. 

Gus is Carole and Tuesday's manager from Texas, Earth.

An Amalgam agent and the head of Amalgam's Execution Squads, Gates seems to have two personalities. He is known to be killing his subordinates whenever Gates messes up an operation, hears that an Amalgam-sponsored mission is a failure or doesn't display any regard for life, for the most part when he is angry such as pushing one of a chopper, dragging another down on the swimming pool, shooting an Amalgam terrorist in the head and even played around with Xia Yu Lan's corpse. But on the other hand, Gates showed his intelligence that he was able to note the Arbalest and the M9s that were in Balic. At one point, Gates began to sing Ave Maria while Xia Yu Lan and a group of Amalgam commandos began to kill every armed Balic soldier.One light side about Gates is that he is protective about himself, specially about being bald since the front of his head shows no hair present. Though a normal military surgeon, Knox was one of the doctors ordered into Ishval as pathologists to gather information on the effect of burns and pain on the human body by using Ishvalans as test subjects. He became very acquainted with the Flame Alchemist&#039;s style as the expert assigned to dissect the bodies of Ishvalans that Roy had killed. He continued practicing pathology and forensics after the war, feeling that he had lost the right to treat living people. Even after returning from the battlefield, Knox began suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder in the form of flashbacks, insomnia and nightmares of Ishval. Borma is Section 9's resident explosives specialist. He is the only Section 9 operative with similar height and enhanced strength to Batou, though his optics are clearly a different color and might therefore be another model with different capabilities. In most assignments, he's the only member to carry heavy weaponry. He also works as the team's resident cyberviral warfare expert, often developing vaccines for viruses within minutes of their creation. Kanon is a character with a substantial importance in the universe of Kurumada's manga, and therefore in its anime adaptation. He is directly responsible for triggering two main events :   ~!the battle of the 12 temples and the resurrection of Poseidon, Emperor of the Seas. Also, Kanon is notable for redeeming himself after all his sins in the past and wreaking havoc as the new Gemini Gold Saint against the army of the 108 Specters in the battle against Hades.!~   ~!Kanon is the younger twin brother of gold saint Gemini Saga, and later took up his position as a Gold Saint after Saga's death. Dalzollene is a leader of Neon Nostrade's bodyguards and Kurapika's direct superior. His weapon is a katana inscribed with runes that increase its power when infused Nen. In the anime, he manages to pierce Uvogin by 5 millimeters with the katana. He appears to enjoy music and is dedicated to his job. He also was not hesitant to sacrifice three of Neon's bodyguards when she predicted Troupe activity at the Yorknew Underground Auction. He had developed his Ten so that he could defend himself from ten bullets. He is later killed by Phinks, as the Phantom Troupe infiltrate a Nostrade compound in order to rescue a captured Uvogin.
