Kurisu is a research member in Viktor Chondria University's Brain Research Program. Her age group matches that of third-year high schoolers, but she skipped a grade through America's educational system. She is also famous in America for writing theses papers, part of which is covered in the news. Thanks to skipping a grade in America as a girl, she was envied by people around her, and ended up building a strong personality. She does not want to show weakness to others, so she always has a stern expression. However, she is very curious, and when she builds interest, she pokes into things. Occasionally, she has views that differ from regular opinions, such as, "The experiment data is more important than the subject's privacy." Rintarou often tells her, "Hey, you've got a pretty good sense of being a Mad Scientist," but she is not one to agree to such things personally. She is a tsundere.


Milly Ashford is the granddaughter of the school superintendent, Ruben K. Ashford, and president of the Student Council. Milly enjoys teasing Shirley and is eager to discover Lelouch's weaknesses — enough so to rally the entire school into chasing after Arthur when she suspects the cat to hold something precious to him.     ~!Milly is aware of Lelouch's identity as a former prince of Britannia, her family having supported Empress Marianne. In the second picture drama special included on the DVD release, her grandfather and Nina's grandfather are said to have worked on the Io and Ganymede Knightmare Frames together. Marianne's assassination led to the family's nobility status being stripped. The Ashfords arrange for Milly to marry Earl Lloyd Asplund to restore it. After the events of the first season, Milly remains a student on campus because she failed her examinations, although it is noted that she did so on purpose to remain on campus with her friends. She eventually earns enough credits to graduate and becomes a weather forecaster on the local TV news. She also breaks off her engagement with Lloyd. !~

Karen Minazuki is one of the five main cures in *Yes! Precure 5* and *Yes! Precure 5 GoGo!*. She is a third-year student and the student council president of L'École des Cinq Lumières middle school. Karen's alter ego is Cure Aqua, the Precure of Intelligence. 

Karen is strongly admired for being calm and stoic, a mature young woman who has come to cover up her insecurities and feelings of loneliness. She dearly misses her parents as they are usually away, but out of obligation and feeling that everything rests on her shoulders she refuses to let it get to her, she has come to think she needs to do everything by herself. She was originally very enthusiastic about being class representative prior to meeting [Komachi](https://anilist.co/character/4832), but by the time it began wearing her down she was forced to keep going to be there for her. Because of her position, Karen is able to memorize all the names and faces of all the Cinq Lumières students, and also easily takes responsibility when something happens to the school. While usually calm in temperament, when pushed enough she can sometimes get to a point where she ends up saying hurtful or offensive things to other people.

Queen Nehellenia  is the leader of the Dead Moon Circus. She is named after the Teutonic goddess Nehalennia. She first appears in Episode 148 of the anime and appears in full in act 37 of the manga, though she appeared as a voice in a mirror starting in Act 35.

In the manga, she is the dark mirror image of Queen Serenity; the self-styled Queen of the dark center of the moon who first made herself known during the Silver Millennium. Queen Nehellenia arrived at the celebration of Princess Serenity's birth. Swirling with dark energy, she confronted the Queen, who used her wand, the Moon Stick, to seal Nehellenia inside a dark mirror world forever. As retaliation, Nehellenia cast a curse that the Moon Kingdom would fall and the princess would never inherit her throne. Her dark magic ultimately brought about the end of the Silver Millennium, but she lived on. However, over one thousand years later, a solar eclipse allowed her to spread her curse to the earth by way of infectious nightmares aided by her minions, the Dead Moon Circus. Nehellenia still believed that she was the rightful owner and heir of the illusory Golden Crystal; and set out to steal it.

In the anime, Nehellenia is the dark mirror of the moon who had the dream to stay young and beautiful forever. Her Kingdom was located on what she called a lonely and cold asteroid. She understood that she would never be able to attain her dream when she looked into an enchanted mirror she saw herself aged and ugly. In order to retain her beauty, she consumed the dreams of the people of her kingdom. Those subjects became Lemures, the main monsters of the day in the series, and formed the Dead Moon Circus. 

Talho Yūki is the head pilot of the Gekko. She is also best friends with Hilda. She and Holland are romantically involved throughout the series, with context suggesting that the relationship goes back at least to Holland's military service. During the early episodes she feels insecure in Holland's commitment to her, constantly reacting jealously to Eureka, as well as to the memory of Renton's sister whom Holland had dated.

Janet Bhai,  also known as Greenback Jane, is a professional money counterfeiter from India. She served as the leader for her project team, which was spread around the world but was connected thanks to the internet, and is quite knowledgeable on the details of the dollar bill. Coincidentally, she falls in love with Benny after he displays his hacking skills. Janet currently seems to be having an internet romance with Benny. A student counsellor at Mato and Yomi's school. Despite claiming to offer advice to help students dealing with their personal issues, sometimes she has the habit of performing moral harassment on them to make their minds unstable for unknown reasons. She is usually seen preparing, drinking and serving different brands of coffee to her guests. After befriending Yuu in high school, Saya comes to learn of the other world from her, learning of her link to Black Gold Saw. __Original Concept__
Black Gold Saw is a girl with red eyes and long black hair. A red flame shoots out from her right eye. She has a pair of curved black horns whose color turns to red as it reaches the tip. Like Dead Master, Black Gold Saw also has skeletal claws. Her outfit is similar to Black★Rock Shooter's except for the design of her jacket and her bikini top; her jacket extends into a worn-out cape which is dyed red at the end.  Her weapon of choice is a large sword with golden blade and a black saw-edge on its reverse side. It has a long handle with a skull-like object on top and a hilt shaped like a crescent; its name is King Saw. 

__Black★Rock Shooter (OVA)__
In the OVA, her jacket is shorter, and she also wears armoured boots with pointed crescent designs. Like all of the "other selves," her eyes have a circular pattern in them. Notably, Black Gold Saw's red flame is not present at all during her appearance.  

__Black★Rock Shooter (Anime)__
Her jacket seems to bear a little bit of resemblance to MEFE's clothing. Her sleeve have a red belt attached to it along with two white line running across just above the belt's line. Her jacket is tied together with a white ribbon. Her shorts is a little bit longer and had more details to it. Her belt is also different. Unlike the OVA design, she had no black thigh-high socks although her grieves are pretty much the same, except for some changes, notably at the base of the foot. Her claws are very much the same as that of BRSB now, but, it's still more skeletal. Her King Saw has a new look as well, with a very much shorter blade and a sawblade on the hilt.  

__Abilities__
Black Gold Saw has demonstrated many abilities in the 2012 anime, more than she ever did in the OVA. She may have some time or reality-altering abilities in terms of the Otherworld, as she managed to stop the destruction of Chariot's world as if she had stopped its time and had seemingly cut reality itself when driving Dead Master into the ground. She also has the ability to create beings, as she creates the strange hooded figures from a watering can. This watering can is also able to sprinkle a mirror-like surface on the ground that shows Saya's memories. She is also able to see things far away using her giant eyes as shown in Episode 1 and Episode 4. She can also summon a massive King Saw out of the ground.

Naoko Akagi was Ritsuko's mother. She was the creator of the MAGI system and the former Gehirn head technician. Naoko was involved in a romantic relationship with the recently-widowed Gendo Ikari while working at Gehirn. However, after Rei I called her an &quot;old hag&quot; and said that Gendo himself called Naoko that frequently, she realized that he had merely been using her affections to ensure her performance for him. In a fit of rage, Naoko strangled Rei to death and then either committed suicide or was murdered by an unknown assailant. Soon afterward, Gehirn was disbanded and the organization Nerv was formed in its place.

She is the field commander for the Eva pilots, issuing orders and giving battle strategies. While she is professional and diligent in her duties, she is a slob and a drunkard while off-duty.

Cybela Kuto is mainly seen at a computer, where she can communicate with Grapearls or do analyzation tasks. Later, she joins Team Dai-Gurren, assuming a position at Super Galaxy Dai-Gurren&#039;s bridge. In the epilogue, she is seen still working there, now under Viral&#039;s command. Her name is an anagram of &quot;shirabe&quot;, which means &quot;to search&quot;.

Roxanne is the adopted daughter of Mari Nikaidō and is Mantaro&#039;s love interest. She attends Shirabara (白薔薇?) Private High School, Class 2-A. In the original manga she is a kogal and debuts after the Hercules Factory Second Year Replacement Matches, but in the anime she is a more wholesome high school girl who loves wrestling and first appears during the Tel Tel Boy fight. Her two best friends are Keiko and Tamaki (Kiki and Trixie in the anime versions) and they are almost always seen with her, although lately they have been fading into the background and she has been spending more time with Jacqueline. As an ESWAT member, Deunan is a specialist in weapons handling, explosive devices manipulations, hand-to-hand combat, and an excellent Landmate pilot. According the Appleseed Databook, she is trained to be ambidextrous. In the original manga, Briareos was a cyborg before Deunan arrived at Olympus, and she managed to lose an eye in Volume 4, due to a training accident.  The following data is from the 2004 Movie adaptation.  The daughter of Carl and Dr. Gilliam Knute, Deunan, who is considered as a highly skilled warrior, has spent almost her entire life fighting in a war that was, for the most part, over. It wasn't until she was captured by an ES.W.A.T. (Especial Weapons And Tactics) team in the middle of a ruined city, led by Hitomi and her former lover Briareos, that she was finally evacuated from the Badlands. When she arrived in Olympus, the change of environment was severe, but it was a greater shock to her when she found that Briareos had lost over 75% of his original body during the last Global War and was now a cyborg.  The day after she was brought to the city of Olympus, Deunan learned that over half of the population of the city was composed of artificial humans called Bioroids. Cosmo is a kind and gentle character, though she often feels guilt because she was unable to save anyone from her home planet. She also seems to suffer from a low self-esteem issue, often calling herself &quot;unworthy&quot; or blaming herself for the hardships that she and her friends had to endure. Cosmo also dislikes violence, but acknowledges that fighting is sometimes a necessity, although she herself is unable to fight. Cosmo can be somewhat clumsy, but she is also quite resourceful; she also has a penchant of getting into trouble.    Cosmo shares similar qualities with both Maria Robotnik and Tikal the Echidna. Both Maria and Tikal sacrificed themselves to save their friends/beliefs and are pacifists, but know how to fight when necessary.       Her former home world was destroyed by the Metarex before she was born, and she was instead raised on a space colony. She lived peacefully there until the Metarex came and began to destroy her new home, including her family (including her mother, Hertia). As Cosmo was escaping, the Metarex planted a tracking device on her. Cosmo also had a device inside her brain which, when activated, allowed the Metarex to hear and see everything that she did.    After the attack, Cosmo escaped into a ship and arrived on Sonic&#039;s planet. Tails, Cream, and Amy were the first to find her, and they questioned her arrival. Cosmo told them that she was looking for the &quot;legendary hero that can use the Chaos Emeralds, Sonic the Hedgehog.&quot; However, she refused to tell them any more. Later, while in Tails&#039; ship, she spotted Sonic and hopped out to greet him. Cosmo pleaded for Sonic to help her.    Sonic agreed to help her and he, Cosmo, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Cream, Cheese and Chris Thorndyke, who recently arrived on Sonic&#039;s world, began travelling through the universe in Tails&#039; new space ship, the Blue Typhoon in search of the Chaos Emeralds which Sonic scattered through the universe during his first battle with Dark Oak.     ~!Later in the series, Shadow boarded their ship and attempted to kill Cosmo, as he believed her to be a spy for the Metarex, but Cosmo&#039;s friends managed to keep her safe. Tails especially endeavored to keep her safe, to the point of almost being knocked unconscious. Before Shadow could do Cosmo any harm, a Metarex broke in and stole the Chaos Emeralds. The Metarex called Cosmo &quot;White Seed&quot; and told her that she did a good job. Cosmo then remembered that before she escaped from her space colony, the Metarex were planning to use her as a spy.    Knuckles and Tails managed to locate an invisible signal and found that it was attached to her brain; if they had gotten rid of it, Cosmo&#039;s hearing and sight may have been lost in the process. Knuckles said that it would have been best to do that, but Tails refused to harm Cosmo.    Later, Cosmo learned that she could hear the Metarex in her head and fell into deeper despair. While she was in sorrow, Chris told Sonic that he now understood why Cosmo was able to understand the Metarex language.    In Episode 74, Cosmo ran away but was stopped by Tails. Their friends then showed up and said they were determined to defeat Dark Oak instead of risking Cosmo&#039;s hearing and sight. In Episode 77, Cosmo sacrificed herself by fusing herself with the Dark Oak planet to make it weaker so that Tails, Super Sonic and Super Shadow could destroy it and save the universe. At first, Tails refused to, but Cosmo convinced him that it was the only way to save the galaxy. Tails trusted Cosmo and ended up shooting her (in the Japanese dub, he yelled that he loved her while doing so) with the Sonic Driver (Sonic Power Cannon in the English dub), causing her to be killed in the process. In an attempt to rescue Cosmo from death, Super Sonic and Super Shadow used Chaos Regeneration, but all they managed to produce was a small seed. In episode 78, when Sonic arrived back on board the Blue Typhoon, he handed this seed to Tails, who collapsed with grief as he realized that Sonic was unable to save Cosmo. However, the seed sprouted in the end. !~
