Mr. 7 is an agent and part of a sniper pair along with Miss Father&#039;s Day.  Mr. 7&#039;s body is covered with sevens, including his eyebrows, shoes, and gun. Many of his body parts, the gestures he makes with his hands, and the way he opens his mouth also resemble the number seven.   Together with his partner Miss Father&#039;s Day the two form the sniper pair of Baroque Works. His Yellow Gun (named the Kiiroi Juu) shoots dice-shaped bullets that have 7 dots on them, which he fires so they line up with Miss Father&#039;s Day&#039;s bullets, creating an explosion.  Sir Crocodile gave them the job to guard the cannon at the top of the clock tower until it went off and destroyed the people fighting in the middle of the capital city of Arabasta, Alubarna (both unaware of the fact that they&#039;ll be caught in the blast as well). He always seems to yawn or whisper to Miss Father&#039;s Day. Both he and Ms. Father&#039;s Day were defeated by Princess Vivi which is slightly ironic because in Baroque Works, they have a lower number than Vivi did (Vivi was number 9).

Moria is the captain of the world&#039;s biggest pirate ship, Thriller Bark, and has a former bounty of 320,000,000 Beli. Moria apparently has the power to turn people&#039;s shadows (including his own) into solid objects due to the power of the Kage Kage no Mi (Shadow Shadow Fruit), but the full extent of his powers are yet unknown. He is the one who stole Brook&#039;s, and various other beings&#039; shadows. The loss of a being&#039;s shadow causes them to go into a two day coma, and to be vaporized if they come in contact with sunlight. The shadow acts a second soul, duplicating its owner&#039;s movements and mannerisms. Moria creates zombies by inserting a shadow into a lifeless corpse. Coupled with physiologically enhanced bodies engineered by Hogback, he is able to create powerful and obedient zombie warriors. However, if the original owner of the shadow dies, the zombie created from that person&#039;s shadow will also die. As a result, Moria has the de-shadowed people placed on their ship and removed from Thriller Bark.

As Spike is looking for answers regarding Vincent Volaju and nano-technology, he comes to this man, he seems to know a lot about beans and shares this knowledge with Spike. However, as this makes it clear that his interest is in the terrorist attack by Vincent and his method, Rasheed Spike brings in a remote store and gives him a pitcher. He then leaves the store, leaving a slightly confused Spike.
