Miko is the representative of the Werebeasts and rules over the Eastern Union. She lost her real name during the formation of the country when placing it as a wager. She looked down on Immanity at first, but after forming a truce with Sora and joining the Commonwealth of Elkia, she starts to have faith in the siblings who represent Immanity. She contains the rare Werebeast ability, Blood Break. Also, being a Blood Break capable individual, she ages very slowly.
Sora had hypothesized Miko's age to be at least 58 years old, but her true age remains unknown. Despite her true age, Miko holds the appearance of a woman in her 20's.

~!Miko had to spend at least 50 years to unite the various Werebeast tribes into what is currently the Eastern Union, in which she lost her original name in a bet and gained her title as she contacted a certain Old Deus.!~

Pakunoda exudes an air of self-confidence that can be intimidating to others. She is fully loyal to Chrollo. She is one of the original Phantom Troupe from Meteor City. Her physical strength is 11th in the Troupe. 

She has the ability to read the conscious thoughts of any person she is in physical contact with and can extract memories by asking specific questions. Attempting to create false information is impossible, since she can extract her target's purest memories. The information she collects is highly useful in exposing weaknesses and secrets, especially in finding out the opponent's nen ability or in situations requiring some form of extortion or blackmail. Her ability can also be used to see the recent past of an object. 

She also has the ability to share her memories by shooting them into another person's head using a revolver and conjured nen bullets called "Memory Bombs". This is not a combat ability, and does no damage. If she shoots a Memory Bomb into the person from whom the memories were read, those memories are erased permanently.

Shizuka is [Hachiman](https://anilist.co/character/67065)'s teacher, a language teacher who serves as his futures advisor/counselor. She is aware of Hachiman's supposed "problems", and takes steps to ensure he is freed from them, her first move being to force him into joining the Service Club. However, she appears to have some quirks of her own: she is a young smoker, she is very sensitive about her age, and she is often prone to quoting or copying scenes from popular shounen manga. She also never remembers to knock before entering the Service Club's classroom, much to [Yukino](https://anilist.co/character/67067)'s chagrin.


A fake spirit medium with a gyaru fashion sense who lives in Room 202 of Korai House. Her family has been mediums for generations so she followed the same path but she actually doesn't believe in ghosts. She has a pet turtle and is a friend of [Yuuta's](https://anilist.co/character/88902/Yuuta-Iridatsu) sister.

Isane Kotetsu, is the lieutenant of the 4th Division, the medical and supply relief division, in Gotei 13 under Captain Retsu Unohana. Isane is the older sister of Kiyone Kotetsu, one of the two 3rd seats in the 13th Division. Unlike Kiyone, she is generally quiet and observant, though she shares her sister&#039;s sense of loyalty. She looks to Unohana as a mentor and mother figure. It is noted by Unohana that Isane suffers from frequent and recurring nightmares.

An ex-mechanized jäger major of the Finnish Rapid Deployment Force who is skilled with knives. She is in love with Koko, but it is unknown whether Koko returns her feelings. Her real name is Sofia Velmer. Valmet comes from a military family and served as a UN peacekeeping officer in Africa. Her entire Finnish-led UN squad was annihilated by Chen Guoming and she herself lost an eye in that attack. Since then Valmet feels uneasy and even frightened whenever she sets foot on African soil. She is a young lady who lived in a small cottage which Dororo and Hyakkimaru encountered along their journey. She initially appeared to be a kind, compassionate individual, allowing the two to stay in her cottage for shelter. However, she was, in truth, the spirit of a Buddha Statue carver who lived a very long time ago
