A senator in the Illinois State Assembly, Edward Haints is running for mayor of Chicago. His campaign style has him wrapping himself in a &quot;All American&quot; theme, which favors heavily on protecting the city's citizens by instituting stricter gun-access laws.   The truth of the matter is that Haints is also running one of the biggest gun-running operations in the state, and the strict gun laws he plans to enact will enable him to raise the prices of his own illicit operations.
