A Japanese singer best known for being the vocalist and guitarist [B-DASH](https://anilist.co/staff/151388/), under the stage name GONGON (formerly YUTA), from 1997 to 2017.

After the disbanding of B-DASH in 2017, Sugahara went on to start up his own personal music label, *GONGON Records*, where he published music from more than 15 different groups all featuring himself, including [Sound of Limited](https://anilist.co/staff/209084/) and [BB Equal](https://anilist.co/staff/216655/).

On July 11, 2024 it was announced that Sugahara had passed away at age 46.
