Needless is Gasparde&#039;s right-hand man, but despite being that Needless states that Gasparde is for him to kill, and he ignored his captain&#039;s orders not to damage the ship. Why this strained relationship is never revealed, but it may be due to Gasparde&#039;s way of treating his crew as &quot;underlings&quot;.

Vice-Admiral Onigumo was one of the five vice-admirals leading the Buster Call on Enies Lobby.  He is a tall man with a scary-looking face and his eyes are always closed. He smokes a cigarette and wears an ancient war helmet. From under the helmet, a bunch of long hair is shown.  When a soldier argued against Onigumo&#039;s order of destroying a fellow Buster Call ship and 1000 comrades just to kill Monkey D. Luffy, being a firm believer in Absolute Justice, Onigumo shot him in cold blood. Being a firm believer of Absolute Justice, Onigumo is willing to sacrifice anything to defeat what is defined as &quot;evil&quot;.  As a Marine Vice-Admiral, Onigumo is capable of commanding a Buster Call alongside four other Vice-Admirals. He also used a flintlock  to shoot a soldier for questioning the doctrine of &quot;Absolute Justice&quot;.

A rather large bodied man who's a member of "Red-Haired" Shanks' crew, he's always seen eating a piece of meat. 

He seems to be one of Shanks's most trusted crew members, as he is always seen when the Red Hair Pirates are featured, usually when something crucial happens. He shares this trait with Benn Beckman and Yasopp. He is the first person to actually kill someone in One Piece and sets the stage for the series: A pirate's life is a dangerous one.

X. Drake is a former Marine Rear Admiral turned pirate captain of the Drake Pirates. He is one of eleven pirates who have been referred to as &quot;The Eleven Supernovas&quot; on Sabaody Archipelago whose bounties are higher than 100,000,000 berries when the Straw Hats arrive in the place.     

Drake is a man who wears what appears to be a combination of a feathered cocked hat and a mask on his head. On his broad chin he has a &quot;X&quot; and on his chest and upper body he also has another large &quot;X&quot;.

When seen from above, his bicorne greatly resembles the head of a Pterodactyl. He wears armor on his legs and arms consisting of knee-high boots and gloves that go up past his elbows. On the rest of his body he wears leather pants and a leather shirt; a belt with a large ornately designed circular belt buckle secures Drake&#039;s pants. He also wears a black cape, which, from the inside, is crimson-colored, with a fur coating around the neck.    

Like his fellow Supernova, Basil Hawkins, Drake appears to be a pirate who abhors needless violence especially if he knows it would cause too much attention     Though he carries a four bladed axe as part of his weaponry, he is also known for swordsmanship. The sword he is seen wielding is a rapier-like sword. His skill is enough that he was capable of interrupting the fight of two other Supernovas with just one move.     

He has also achieved physical strength to the degree where he was able to kick aside a &quot;copy&quot; of the Warlord, Bartholomew Kuma.     

As a former Marine, Drake has a deep understanding of the workings of the World Government, and is able to use this knowledge to protect himself from danger and predict the movements of the Marines. He also is aware of the Pacifista and Vegapunk.

Lafitte is the Blackbeard pirate crew's navigator.    He used to be a policeman in West Blue, but he became a pirate after being exiled from the police force and banned from the West Blue for being excessively violent and cruel. He is incredibly pale and sickly looking, yet is very stealthy and tap-dances while he walks.

He lived in West Blue and worked as a sheriff, but was exiled because he was excessively cruel and violent. In contradiction to his past, Laffitte now seems to be a calm and affable individual that is constantly smiling. He apparently did not attempt to assist in fighting alongside his crew when Portgas D. Ace attacked, whistling as he ran away with the rest of the crew to a safe watching distance.

Capone "Gang" Bege is a mafia don-turned-pirate and the captain of the Fire Tank Pirates. He is also one of twelve pirates who are referred to as the "Worst Generation". He and his crew came from West Blue, where Bege was one of the heads of the Five Families of the West. During the timeskip, he became a subordinate of Charlotte Linlin and married Charlotte Chiffon. The two have a son named Capone Pez. While working under the Big Mom Pirates, he held a position of a rook-ranked combatant. Bege formed a temporary alliance with the Straw Hat Pirates in order to kill Big Mom.

Nobori is an old acquaintance of Dent's, having first met at a rail enthusiasts convention. Nobori is referred to as "big brother" by Kudari in the Japanese version of the anime, indicating that he is the older twin.

Bogart is a Marine Headquarters Marine and the right hand man of Vice Admiral Monkey D. Garp. He was instrumental in training Koby and Helmeppo. He seems to be very good at using a sword, as he was able to cut up Koby&#039;s guns without hurting him and later was training them using only one hand to defend himself.  He is most recently seen with Vice Admiral Garp in Water 7.   He is based off of the actor Humphrey Bogart, most notably in Casablanca in terms of appearance and name.

First Appearance: Chapter 128; Episode 79  Mr. 11's real name is unknown. He is a Frontier Agent for Baroque Works in One Piece. His partner, Miss Thursday, is not shown. He makes a very short appearance in two episodes during the Arabasta arc. In the first, he is captured by Captain Smoker in Lunas and tied to a flag post. On Smoker's ship, he unwittingly reveals some information about Baroque Works. In the second, the ship is in Arabasta.  When an unforeseen event happens that causes the crew, including Smoker, to leave their ship, Mr. 11 tries to free himself. Surprisingly, "Billions" (henchmen for Officer Agents) board the ship. Mr. 11, mistaking them for "Millions", (henchmen for Frontier Agents) yells at them to untie him. The "Billions" then reveal their rank and are hence the same level as him (agents above ranked of 10 are not much stronger than the Billions). Then Mr. 11 apologizes, but too little too late for they have no intention of freeing him. Then "Mr. Mellow" comes toward Mr. 11 and says "It's about time a post got opened." and shoots Mr. 11. Though his death isn't shown, Mr. Mellow's comment makes it a likely possibility, especially as Tashigi tells Smoker he was murdered in the same chapter/episode.  (Source: One Piece Wikia)
