Shuutaro Mendo is heir to the Mendou Zaibatsu with staggering wealth and its own private army. He commutes to school in a gigantic helicopter that is more like a flying mansion. Shuutaro carries a samurai sword which he often tries to use on Ataru (who has become expert at blocking it with his bare hands). Although very handsome he is just as stupid and lecherous as Ataru (just much more sophisticated in his approach). He takes his role as heir to the vast Mendou fortune extremely seriously. Mendou is vain, narcissistic, charming, overly dramatic, claustrophobic and afraid of the dark. He loves Lum, tolerating the presence of Ataru in order to be close to her. The thirteenth generation of renegade samurai, beginning with the legendary figure Ishikawa Goemon (石川 五右衛門). He has a sword called Zantetsuken (斬鉄剣), meaning "iron-cutting sword", which can cut through almost anything. In one episode during the TV series Goemon admitted that his sword cannot cut konnyaku, which is a starch-based jelly made from yams, because the blade just gets stuck in it. The Zantetsuken is usually used to cut inanimate objects, which Goemon considers unworthy of his blade and often mutters his catchphrase "once again, I have cut a worthless object" after doing so. Objects cut by Zantetsuken will fall apart a couple of seconds after he sweeps through them with his blade. He is usually quiet and participates in Lupin's exploits less frequently than Jigen.

Jinmen is a devil with a shell like turtle. However, the shell has the faces of all the humans he's ever consumed. Instead of killing them, they remain alive as a part of him. In the manga, Sachiko, who used to be Akira's neighbor, falls victim to Jinmen. In the OAV, it is Akira's mother.

Ryo&#039;s family is descended from a Shinobi ninja clan, but very little is known about them. Ryo&#039;s mother died when he was still a baby and his wild-life photographer father, Sanada-san, makes his first official appearance in an audiocassette drama (Cassette Collection #3), in which he is possessed by a demon. Despite such traumatic events, Mr. Sanada is often on photography assignments, much to his son&#039;s dismay. Ryo has relatives on his father&#039;s side of the family, but has never met them: their personal convictions are disliked by Sanada-san, who had to abandon them to live a life of his own. Fan fiction stories often portray Ryo as an orphan.    Ryo wears the Wildfire armor (a straightfoward translation of its original Japanese name, Rekka). His Virtue is Jin (Righteousness; rendered simply as Virtue within the series). He has an elemental affinity for fire. His weapons are a twin pair of katanas, and his surekill is Wildfire Flare (Flare Up Now!) (called Sou En Zan or Twin Flame Cut, in YST). For this attack, he attaches his two katanas together to form a staff-like weapon and preforms a greatly empowered strike with it.      When Ryo gathers energy and the guiding Virtues from the four Ronin or Warlord armors, the armor of Inferno (called Shiroi Kikoutei or White Sun Emperor, in YST) (sometimes simply called the White Armor in the dub) forms around him. He gained the armor during the first battle against Talpa. During the battle Ryo is overpowered and absorbed into Talpa&#039;s armor along with the rest of the Ronin warriors and Dark Warlords. He nearly gives up, but refusing to let his friends down he breaks free, and gains the Inferno from the other Ronin&#039;s virtues and defeats Talpa. A draw for Ryo when using the Inferno armor was that it&#039;s power was so great that it damaged his swords from the wildfire armor when he used it, but Ryo later gained the Swords of Fervor, (called Gou Retsu Ken or Strong Violent Swords) and uses a different surekill: Rage of Inferno. The attack essentially the same as his Wildfire&#039;s surekill, except that he shoots a massive stream of fire instead of attacking with a his swords. The armor&#039;s power itself is legendary; at the peak of its power, it is said to be able to destroy an entire planet. When Ryo gained the armor, Talpa desired to gain to the point where he lost any interest in the other armors. With no guiding virtue of its own, the Inferno Armor must rely on 5 guiding virtues to keep it pure. Ryo&#039;s tiger, White Blaze, also has an armored form. White Blaze is entrusted with the soul of Black Blaze, who accompanies Ryo into battle and carries the Soul Swords of Fervor. In order to prevent Talpa from returning to the human world, The Ancient diffused it into nine separate suits of armor.    In the original Japanese version, each armor is infused with one of the Confucian, or Bushido, Virtues: Jin (Righteousness), Gi (Justice), Rei (Courtesy), Chi (Intellect), Shin (Faith), Chuu (Loyalty), Tei (Obedience), Kou (Reverence for elders), and Nin (To bear pain quietly). A couple of these were changed for the American version: Chi became Inouchi (Life), and Rei became Chi. Kou is translated as Piety, and Nin as Serenity.    The nine armors have a number of special properties and they can be put on in an instant by calling out an armor&#039;s name and associated Virtue. Subaru is the younger of a pair of fraternal twins, his older twin being a girl named Hokuto. Their parents (who are never seen) were members of the Sumeragi, a clan of onmyouji who have served Japan and its emperors for hundreds of years. Subaru was trained from an early age to become the 13th head of the Sumeragi clan, replacing his grandmother. At the age of nine, he was separated from his sister Hokuto for a year of intensive training in Tokyo. On the day he ascended to the head of the clan, Subaru encountered a strange young man under a cherry tree. The meeting would subsequently be expunged from his memory. Subaru's grandmother ordered him to wear gloves from that day onwards, and never to allow anyone else to see his hands. The old onmyouji cast a spell that would repel any attempts by others to remove them. Subaru never removed his gloves, and was known to wear them even when sleeping. 

A Japanese pilot who was supposed to be employed at Yamato Air Lines (YAL), Shin was tricked into fighting for the Asranian air force in the country&#039;s civil war by his friend, Satoru Kanzaki, by letting him place his signature in an Asranian military sign up sheet after getting him drunk at a local bar. Shin became the top ace at Area 88, though he gradually felt his humanity slipping as his time at the Area passed.     Because of this, he was cold to most of the people inside Area 88; he would make friends with Mickey Simon, Kim Aoba, Kitori Palvanaff, Roundell and his commanding officer, Saki Vashtal. Fiore (フィオレ, Fiore, Lit. Flower (Italian)) is one of the main antagonists in Sailor Moon R: The Movie.     Fiore is a lonely alien who takes great strength from his friendship with Mamoru Chiba, spending many years searching for a worthy flower for Mamoru. He had arrived on Earth at around the same time that Mamoru's parents had died. The two boys became close friends at this time, but Earth's atmosphere was unsuitable for Fiore to breathe, so he had to leave Earth.   Mamoru gives him the gift of a rose, and Fiore resolves to return some day with a worthy flower for Mamoru. This quest for a flower puts him in the path of the Xenian flower.    Fiore's character was similar to Ail and Ann, the Makaiju children from the first arc of Sailor Moon R. His clothing, which changes several times during the course of the movie, greatly resembles that of the afforementioned characters and he shares a similar history as well as an aversion to the environment on Earth.

Mr. Popo is an immortal djinn who lives with Kami in Kami's Lookout and is bound there eternally as the gardener and caretaker. He has served every other Kami (God/Guardian) of the Earth since the beginning of time. He was trained by the recent Kami himself and trained Goku for 3 years in order to fight Piccolo.

Nicky is one of Garlic Jr.'s henchmen.  Nicky first appears when he and Ginger kidnap Gohan.  Afterwards, Nicky was assigned to watch over Gohan. It proved to be a daunting task. When Gohan ate a piece of fruit from a tree that was in the courtyard, he became delusional and started to see unusual things, much to Nicky's dismay.  When Goku arrives to Garlic Jr.'s hideout with the intention of saving Gohan, Nicky prepares to fight Goku along with fellow henchmen Ginger and Sansho. After powering up, they became more than a match for him. But Sansho was separated from his comrades, leaving just Nicky and Ginger to deal with Goku.  As they fight, Nicky pulled a sword out of his leg to fight Goku. Despite this, Goku used his Power Pole to knock Nicky into a nearby tower. He was then killed by a Kamehameha that also destroyed Ginger.  Nicky's technique of using the sword pulled out of his leg is called Katana Kogeki. This technique is shared with Ginger.  Nicky can also fire energy waves from his palm.  Nicky's battle phrase is "Tutti Frutti" in the Funimation dub and Ocean dub. In Japanese, the phrase is "Nodoame". The phrase allowed Nikki to get bigger and faster, allowing him to get the upper hand against Goku. Joshua (Japanese: ジョシュウ Joshū) Joshua is Professor Birch&#039;s assistant. His Japanese voice actor is Akira Ishida and his English voice actor is Michael Sinterniklaas .     He first appeared in Get the Show on the Road. He was watching the lab while the Professor and Ash went to go look for Pikachu. When May arrived to receive her first Pok&eacute;mon, Joshua informed her that the Professor was busy. May then went off to look for him.     Joshua also appeared in A Six Pack Attack, where he was taking care of the Hoenn starters for Professor Birch  

Mr. Sukizo (Japanese: スキゾーさん Mr. Sukizō) is the president of the Pok&eacute;mon Fan Club and one of the judges for Pok&eacute;mon Contests along with Mr. Contesta and Nurse Joy.    His appearance resembles that of a male Pok&eacute;Fan, which may have served as inspiration for his design. Anime: Scott first appeared in The Scheme Team. After observing Ash&#039;s battle against Agatha, Scott recommended that Ash go to the Battle Frontier. He next appeared in Numero Uno Articuno to observe Ash&#039;s battle against Noland. After that, Scott appeared at every battle facility to observe Ash&#039;s battle against the resident Frontier Brain. He hasn&#039;t been seen since Ash defeated Brandon.    In Gathering the Gang of Four!, it was revealed that Scott is the owner of the Battle Frontier. According to him, he created the Battle Facilities to expand the art of Pok&eacute;mon battle.    In Pace - The Final Frontier!, Scott asked Ash to be a Frontier Brain after he defeated Pyramid King Brandon, the last Frontier Brain. Ash declined.    Due to the fact that he wears sunglasses often, his eyes are almost never seen.    Scott is also known for reckless driving. He drives rather fast, regardless of what kind of terrain he is on.    Manga: In correspondence with Pok&eacute;mon Emerald version, Scott appears as the founder of the Battle Frontier in the Emerald chapter of Pok&eacute;mon Adventures. He also makes a cameo in the Ruby and Sapphire chapter during the fight between Groudon and Kyogre.

Sagitta Maya is one of Silver Saints. He appeared in the first Saint Seiya movie (The Battle with Eris) were he was a part of a group of revived Saints called "Ghost Five". Hashirama Senju was a member of the famed Senju clan. He himself was hailed as the "God of Shinobi" for his unmatched ninja prowess. Hashirama sought peace for the shinobi world, and to that end founded Konohagakure with his clan. In his early years, after they and their clans had been fighting constantly, he had his clan allied with Uchiha Madara, and the two of them, with their clans, founded Konoha. Later on, Madara left the village over the policies of the village and his clan. This conflict resulted in battle with Uchiha Madara and the nine-tailed fox at the Valley of the End. To commemorate the battle, two statues of Madara and Hashirama were carved into the earth around the waterfall. However the war still waged on, and unsure of the title of Hokage he would not only appoint his brother as his successor as the Second Hokage (Nidaime Hokage), but in a common decision with his brother they also decided that one of their students Sarutobi should become the Third Hokage (Sandaime Hokage), which in turn seemed like a wise decision as both brothers would eventually die during the wars. 

He was most famous for his unique Wood Release techniques, a kekkei genkai that is a mixture of earth and water-natured chakra that creates this new element. By converting chakra into the source of life, he was able to create trees, causing them to grow to great sizes and manipulate them to diverse shapes and battle uses at will. In an instant, he could shape the entire battlefield for his own uses.

Pell is one of the commanders of the Alabastan guard and the strongest fighter in Alabasta. He ate the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Falcon and thus can transform into a falcon, and has earned him the kickname &quot;Peregrine Falcon Pell&quot; due to his bird powers. The fruit is apparently one of five that have been discovered that give the user the ability to fly. Since the fruit is a Zoan type, he has 3 types of transformations meaning that he can turn into a falcon or a man/falcon hybrid, as well as maintain his natural human form.      Attacks        * Tobizune (Flying Talon) - Pell takes flight in his half human/half falcon form, swoops down on his opponent, and attacks with the bird talons of his hands, when using this attack Pell flies so fast that he appears to be invisible.

Friend and follower of Mukuro, Ken broke out of prison with him. He has a scar that stretches across his face. Like Mukuro and Chikusa, Ken was also experimented on by the Estraneo Famiglia. The experimentations done on Ken involved giving him attributes of certain animals when he changes to different sets of teeth. He decided to follow Mukuro when the boy killed their captors, and offered them to come with him. He was Chikusa's cellmate in jail and often calls him "Kakipi".  When Ken changes to a different set of teeth, he could adopt the abilities of various animals, like wolves, lions, cheetahs, gorillas and even rhinoceros. He dubs his various forms "channels", comparing it to changing game cartridges. With them, his agility, strength, and senses increase. He was defeated by Yamamoto and was later defeated once again by an injured Kyoya Hibari. Despite his injured body being used by Mukuro during the latter's battle against Tsuna, he remains extremely loyal to Mukuro. He, along with the rest of the gang, was taken away by the Vendicare, but later escaped.  Ken often mocks and berates Chrome every chance he gets, showing his evident dislike for the girl.
