He is an assassin and is one of the strongest swordsmen of the Kiheitai, an extremist Joui faction bent on causing world destruction. He regularly keeps his headphones on, as well as sun glasses even while others are talking to him.  Bansai is shown to have an extremely calm demeanor, which covers up the fact that he has a vicious, almost cruel personality which actively seeks out conflict. 

He carries and is skilled at playing a shamisen, which also doubles as a tool for tying others up or as a weapon similar to a garrote. On top of being famous as a skilled swordsman, Bansai is also a talented songwriter. He works as a music producer under the name &quot;Tsunpo&quot;, and Otsu&#039;s newer songs are written by him.

Bansai&#039;s name is roughly based on that of a hitokiri of the Bakumatsu era, Kawakami Gensai, while his stage name is based on the musician Tsunku.

The popular and charismatic leader of the newly established Company 8. His goal is to investigate the other companies and uncover the truth about spontaneous human combustion. He has no powers, but uses his finely-honed muscles as a weapon in a battle style that's on even par with Benimaru's. Loves bodybuilding to an almost creepy extent.

Despite not being a Pyrokinetic like most other known Battalion Commanders, Akitaru has a very fit physique, which allows him to face Infernals. In battle, he is seen using different weapons, suitable for the situation, like the Core Annihilating Pile Bunker or a fire fighting axe, which he can veil in white steam and thrust at the opponent. His weapons appear to be designed in order to impale an Infernal's core with low difficulty. He is able to carry up to 30kg of equipment each time he is on a mission to fight an Infernal. As a fire fighter, Akitaru was recognized enough to be decorated twice, though both were revoked due to actions prioritising saving citizens lives at the expense of defying orders.

Dalzollene is a leader of Neon Nostrade's bodyguards and Kurapika's direct superior. His weapon is a katana inscribed with runes that increase its power when infused Nen. In the anime, he manages to pierce Uvogin by 5 millimeters with the katana. He appears to enjoy music and is dedicated to his job. He also was not hesitant to sacrifice three of Neon's bodyguards when she predicted Troupe activity at the Yorknew Underground Auction. He had developed his Ten so that he could defend himself from ten bullets. He is later killed by Phinks, as the Phantom Troupe infiltrate a Nostrade compound in order to rescue a captured Uvogin. According to Taiju, Tsukasa has the reputation as "The Strongest High School Primate" due to his tremendous fighting abilities.

Tsukasa is essentially violent, but extremely careful and aware of his actions. He is a very kind, thoughtful, and polite man outside of his pessimistic ideals towards humanity. He offers help in the beginning to Senku and Taiju after they revive him and becomes their hunter for food, using his skills as a prominent athlete to aid them. It’s revealed later that Tsukasa plans to purge humanity of adults who hurt the young and weak, then thinks Senku will go along with him, but instead Senku rejects him. After this point, Tsukasa becomes fairly determined in carrying out his plans even to the point of leaving their group.

He is one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji Gang and its former third divisions captain.  

~!He ends up getting sentenced to one year in jail after he stabbed Osanai during the Toman and Moebius confrontation in the hangar or garage.  His arrest led to internal conflicts in Toman and the gang getting split in two.  !~

Kogou is the commander of Demon Lord Ariel's Third Demon Army. 

He is massive skeletal humanoid male who that was previously human, his hair is red and his eyes are will-o'-wisp.

One of the Four Divine Kings of the Dark Rebel Armies. Gara is a ninja master who wields the Murasame Blade and leads an army of thousands of dark ninjas. Though tough and free-spirited, he is manly and takes good care of others.

Yuuya Fungami is a minor character in Diamond is Unbreakable. He is featured as an antagonist in Highway Star, and as an ally in Enigma Boy.

Yuuya is a motorcycle gang member who was made into a Stand User by Yoshihiro Kira and prompted into attacking the Joestar Group. Selfishly attacking Rohan and Jousuke in a high-speed road chase with his Highway Star, Yuuya later assists Josuke in the fight against Terunosuke.

The last of the four dukes. Rufus is known as the longest living duke (at 67 years old) and is a very knowledgeable person. He holds information on almost all topics and even knows people's personalities and is thus able to predict their reactions. He absolutely detests people changing without him knowing as then he would not have the most updated information.  

Oz and co. approach Rufus to seek information about the Tragedy of Sabrié. Rufus first appears as a round man with a big mustache wearing a big teacup shaped hat. Later, after getting destroyed by Break, it is revealed that the real Rufus created that illusion. The real Rufus has long red hair, tired looking eyes and speaks in an old fashioned style. He was sought by Oz in order to learn more about the Tragedy of Sabrié, but instead, they learned about Break's past. Sheryl Rainsworth, Shalon's grandmother, is a childhood friend of Rufus. In one of the omakes, it is revealed that she was in fact his first love, though she coldly rejected him.
