The main villain of the series who seeks to destroy Kirby by any cost. He has ruled Dream Land for 300 years (so he claims), and is still going strong, but is not regarded actually as a king. Despite the fact Dedede is greedy, scheming, and even outright sadistic- even going as far as to say that people’s suffering amuses him- no one has ever tried to dethrone him, despite the fact that he also threatens the children. He's actually harmless for the most part, but his intense dislike of Kirby compels to purchase monsters from Nightmare Enterprises and cause mayhem for the people of Dream Land.  He loves buying new 'toys' and acts like a spoiled child despite his age. He's jealous of the attention Kirby gets, and while at first he even wanted to kill Kirby, later he focuses more on trying to kick him out or just make him look bad. Of course he has a kinder, gentler side, but it only shows in the most extreme of circumstances. (like in the De-appreciation-day episode where he played a prank on Kirby which blew him up which made Dedede upset that he thought he actually killed Kirby, and in the episode where a meteorite was going to hit Pop Star, so he built a playground to make up for his mistakes.)  

He is Hashizo&#039;s cat, his pet and also best friend. Juliano is very intelligent and faithful, although grumpy and diffident of strangers. He provides comic relief throughout the story. (Wikipedia)

Guru is the oldest and wisest remaining Namekian in existence and is one of three of the only survivors of a cataclysmic climate shift several hundred years prior to the events in the series.

Daigoro Kurigashira is a teacher at Penguin Village high school. He has a very large, chestnut-shaped head and usually wears a green suit and red tie.  He appears in the third chapter as a news reporter on Television that Jaco is watching.

Daigoro moves to Penguin Village to teach high school when Arale, Akane, and Peasuke entered their first year and became their teacher. Later on, Tsukutsun Tsun and Obotchaman joined his class. The Gatchans and Turbo sometimes accompanied Arale in his class as well. 

In the Dragon Ball manga, Daigoro is seen in the background with several other Penguin Village residents making the peace sign. In the Dragon Ball anime, Goku asks him if he saw General Blue close by, but he just nods his head. 
Daigoro Kurigashira is later seen in the audience of the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament during the match between Yamcha and Tien Shinhan.

Techniques: Headbutt of Love – Daigoro often uses this technique to discipline misbehaving students. 

Daigoro Kurigashira is one of the few Dr. Slump characters, along with Tori-Bot and Frankenstein, to make an appearance outside of Penguin Village in Dragon Ball.

Not much is known about the CEO, but he appears uncomfortable confronting his employees about their inappropriate workplace behaviors. Because of that, Washimi is easily able to keep him in line with his "new age business ideas" which are often times childish and largely a waste of company money.

Ganryu was banned from the sumo ring after he was caught fixing fights in his favor. Blackballed from the only sport that he was capable of fighting in, Ganryu ended up being employed by Heihachi Mishima in Tekken. He fights Yoshimitsu who defeats him and steals his ill-gotten money. Later, he works for Kazuya Mishima in Tekken 2. Entering the second King of Iron Fist Tournament, Ganryu ended up falling in love with Michelle Chang - a love that Michelle was oblivious to, believing Ganryu to be a disgusting, woman-crazed madman.
