Andre Camel is brutish looking FBI agent. In the past, he accidentally exposed Shuichi Akai&#039;s identity as an FBI agent to the Black Organization and impeded his mission as a spy. He felt his mistake caused Akai&#039;s love interest to be killed by the Black Organization and has thus felt indebted to Akai ever since.

He first appeared in volume 2 of the novel.    ~!Also known as the Welsh Dragon or the Sekiryutei (Red Dragon Emperor). One of the Two Heavenly Dragons along with the Vanishing Dragon Albion. The two dragons, with powers rivaling to gods, started fighting a long time ago for reasons even Ddraig forgot.   At that time, the angels, devils and fallen angels were waging a war against each other. The 3 factions believed that the fight the two dragons were having could spell disaster to the whole world so they set aside their war to stop the fight and seal the two dragons.   He now resides inside Issei's Sacred Gear as a result of being sealed in it. !~


One of the Abashiri Convicts. Ushiyama is a pragmatic and serious criminal. Aiming to steal the Ainu gold, Ushiyama is focused on his mission and always threads with prudence, regularly offering reasonable advice to Hijikata.

He is also a womanizer. Ushiyama lusts after any beautiful woman he comes across and is very direct when he solicits sex. It is his main way of distracting himself. He claims that in a relationship, a man's penis is the most important factor, but says that it has to be "gentlemanly".

As a judoka, Ushiyama relishes fights and challenges. When he met Sugimoto, he was impressed favorably by his strength and befriended him. He likes to fight and had a great time clashing with Sugimoto, being disappointed when it was interrupted. Ushiyama is confident in his fighting prowess to the point he will challenge a (weakened) bear in combat and even briefly taunts it about spreading his legend among bears when he forces it to flee.

Lord Enma is a giant red oni who judges the dead. Residing in the Other World, it is his job to decide whether dead people go to Heaven or Hell. He is based on the Hindu deity Yama. He is first seen when Son Goku is killed by Piccolo during the battle with Raditz. He was until then the only person who has ever run all the way along Serpent Road, but grants Goku permission to attempt this in order to get to North Kaio's planet, which is at the end of Serpent Road. He is apparently skilled to some degree in fighting, as he claims he bested Raditz when the latter attempted to break into Heaven while passing through his realm. According to Kami, North Kaio is stronger than he is.

Org is a Sage of the Magic Council, having been the 2nd Seat of the previous Council. He used to despise Fairy Tail for its idiocy, but now seems to see them in a softer light due to their great achievements such as bringing down Oración Seis.
