Mutsumi is depicted having straight shaggy brown hair that is styled on either side, slanted light brown eyes, a calm expression and he is often seen with a soft, genuine smile.

A member of the notorious "Port Mafia" that operates by the harbor. Akutagawa has a black and white "survival of the fittest" view of the world, claiming that weak people should die and give way to the stronger ones. His ability is called "Rashōmon" (羅生門).

He is not afraid of pain and defeat, if only to hear a word from a "certain person". His ruthless, vicious nature makes him one of the Port Mafia's most dangerous members, feared by both ally and foe. Much of the obedience he receives from subordinates of Black Lizard , and the Mafia in general, largely stems from fear of his short temper and general intolerance of incompetence. 

In chapter 87,
~!it is revealed that Akutagawa doesn't have much time left to live, as he is suffering from a vital lung disease.!~

In chapter 88 of the manga,
~!Akutagawa turns undead, being bitten by Bram Stoker after a fatal blow which results in his death.!~

He wears a set of and covers it with a robe on top. He has short light-colored hair and also a goatee. Hendricksen is a serious man, who, like Dreyfus, appears to be willing to capture the king and enslave the citizens to prepare for the Holy War. However, he also seems to be plotting something.

Hyakutarou handles unique XB gears such as "Fire Bat." He has a strong pride in XB.


Working for Zen, Obi, is a strange (but lighthearted mostly) and unusual character in the story. His first appearance is when he tries to frighten Shirayuki by shooting an arrow to a wall next to her. He tends to hide his face under a mask, which makes many people think of him as a bad guy. He later starts showing to have feelings for Shirayuki, for she is the only person that understands him. Out of all the characters in AnS, he is the only character with unknown motives for following Zen so far which makes him a rather mysterious character.

Hon Arkraptor is a Regular and a member of Team Sweet and Sour.

~!Arkraptor married a woman from the 10 Great Families. They had a baby girl together, but his wife's family took his spouse and child from him.!~

Luca, commonly known by his nickname "Leaky-Eye Luca" due to a previous facial injury that makes his right eye tear up, is a member of Passione who antagonizes Giorno Giovanna over the tithe he must pay after swindling tourists near the airport. When he tries to smash a frog created by Gold Experience, the attack is reflected back at him. His head is bashed in and Luca is put into a coma. Later Bruno Bucciarati finishes him off and uses his remains to torture Giorno.
