Tessai is the Devil responsible for killing most of the Koga ninja team with Yurimaru. His special ability is to turn his entire body into stone, making him almost totally impervious. Not to mention that he is a mammoth. Along with the impervious skin and gargantuan size he has an extremely bad disposition and he's not afraid to show it.   

A massive dark-skinned man who wielded an equally massive mace. A former miner, Pippin lent his strength to the old Band of the Hawk. He was often associated with Rickert, who he seemed to share a big-brother relationship with. 

Before joining the band, he seems to have worked in a mine, which is why he was able to divert a sudden fire in a tunnel during Griffith's rescue.

A senior military officer who oversees research into psychic abilities. He listens closely to the three Esper children, and seeks to capture Tetsuo to exploit his powers.

Boris is Balalaika's second-in-command. He can be easily identified by the large scar running from the right side of his forehead to his left cheek. He is a calm, broad-built man with a deep Russian accent. Like Balalaika, he also saw service in Afghanistan. She still refers to him as "Sergeant" rather than by his name, suggesting that he was her former platoon sergeant. He is very loyal and protective of Balalaika and often worries for her safety when she decides to fight in the field. In an omake, he used to be a weak girlish looking boy before joining the army (this is unconfirmed however, as the omakes are non-canon.)

Fritz Stanford is a member of the Aryan Socialist Union, a United States-based neo-Nazi group that accompanied their leader Ratchman on a salvage operation not far from Jakarta (originally named Batavia). The objective: salvage a painting from a minor German artist, 'The Twelve Knights Led by Brunhilda', from the sunken wreck of the U-boat U-1324. However, the group had to fight Revy and Rock for the painting (the Lagoon Company was also assigned to find the painting from the same person who hired the A.S.U. – the former SS officer Lord Alfred).  Stanford, a tall, large-framed individual, is your typical neo-Nazi – blindly obedient to his leader and extremely fanatical of his beliefs. When Revy and Dutch had boarded the group's boat to try to find the painting – as well as killing the A.S.U.'s membership during their drunken celebration – Stanford encountered Revy as her pistols ran out of ammunition. He then brashly (and stupidly) began to brag about how 'weak' she was, as well as showing her his pistol – a customized, gold-plated Luger which he claimed that someone like Revy couldn't even lift – all the while Revy was reloading her guns with new clips. She then shot Stanford in the head, mainly to kill him – but also to shut him up! 

Azuma (アズマ) is one of Section 9's new recruits in 2nd GIG. Azuma was recruited as one of the field operatives in Section 9 from JGSDF Intelligence. He was present at the shipyard battle in which fellow rookie Yano died and was pulled out of field duty prior to the Dejima confrontation. Arawaka is a butler in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Not much is known about him, but it is revealed that he is a member of the Agency and one of Koizumi&#039;s contacts. He is usually seen with Mori, another Agency member who takes on the appearance of a maid.    Arawaka is introduced as the butler of a mansion during the Lone Island Syndrome arc, but appears later on during the Lone Mountain Syndrome arc. He also helps in retrieving Mikuru from the other Agency.

The father of Bulma, Dr. Briefs is an elderly, brilliant and eccentric scientist. He is one of the smartest men in the world. Dr. Briefs is the founder of Capsule Corporation and the man responsible for the invention of the Hoi-Poi Capsules, which can shrink inanimate objects down to pocket sized capsule of namesake. He is easy-going and friendly. Dr. Briefs rarely leaves his home, even if he knows he'll die (in the Buu Saga, he and his wife refuse to leave their pets even after Capsule Corp. has been specifically targeted for destruction; they know they can always be wished back) and he can often be found tinkering on a number of complicated gadgets while surrounded by his beloved pets. His favorite pet is a small black cat, named "Tama" in the original anime and "Scratch" in the FUNimation dub.

Porunga is an Namekian magical dragon from the anime and manga series, Dragon Ball Z. His name in the Namek language translates to &#039;dragon of dreams&#039; or &#039;dragon of law&#039;.

Fire Dragon and foster father of Natsu Dragneel Igneel has been shown to be a loving parental figure towards Natsu, though leaving him to fend for himself leads one to doubt this. Despite leaving him, Igneel is shown to be incredibly protective of Natsu as he watches him from afar.   Contrary to his loving self, Igneel can also be very fierce when he wants to be. He has also shown some arrogance, referring to himself as &quot;the one and only Igneel&quot; during Grandeeney&#039;s visit.   According to Grandeeney, like Natsu, Igneel has a tendency to take things to excess. He taught Natsu how to write, speak, and how to use the fire-brand style of Magic known as &quot;Dragon Slayer Magic &quot;, an ancient form of Magic that gives the user the traits of a dragon.For some still unknown reason, Igneel disappeared one day without saying a word to Natsu on the 7th July of X777 (along with the other dragons like Grandeeney and Metalicana, Wendy Marvell&#039;s and Gajeel Redfox&#039;s foster dragon parents, respectively), leaving Natsu to fend for himself. Natsu&#039;s dream is to be able to meet with Igneel again and he searches for clues of his whereabouts.
