He is a government worker associated with the Ministry of Defense. He first appeared announcing Korosensei's deal with the government and their mission to assassinate him before the end of the year. He later became the assistant teacher and P.E. instructor of class 3-E, using his lessons to train the students in assassination techniques. He is well known among militaries for his outstanding reputation and is a powerful individual, which he has proven when he easily overpowered Irina's master, who is a retired professional hitman, and even Korosensei himself is afraid upon seeing his capability for the first time. He is strict, but kind man, though he keeps a distance between himself and the students due to his status as an agent and his own professionalism. He is one of a few who is very perceptive enough to see Nagisa's talent as an assassin. He seems to know Korosensei's past, though he has no intention to indulge into it further.

An Over-Extended working as a private investigator dealing with cases related to the Extended. Due to stylizing himself after a stereotypical hard-boiled detective, he maintains a serious and collected demeanor and encourages others to solve their own problems, his motto being "_Wipe your own ass_". However, he often struggles to hide his love for cheesy one-liners, pretty women, and kitschy romance stories, the latter two often making him struggle to stay calm.

~!During the war, he was part of a group consisting of Over-Extended from the Gun Slave Unit series, designated "Number 13". At one point, he was ordered to dispose of the rest of his unit, gaining the moniker "The Brother Killer, Verrat Dreizehn" or "Traitor Thirteen".!~




Goldmine is the master of the Quatro Cerberus Guild. He apparently is friends with Fairy Tail Guild master Makarov. 

Yeagar (イエーガー Iēgā) is a Mage of the Quatro Cerberus Guild.  Yaeger seems to employ plants in battle. Yeagar has proven himself capable of summoning forth large carnivorous plant-like objects from the ground, shattering it in the process. Such seeming flytraps, which consist of four massive "petals", with a row of rounded teeth on their inner sides and massive spikes on their outer ones, are roughly the size of a human, and damage enemies by suddenly closing themselves on them, being shown sending them flying away with brute force. Foxfire Kinemon (狐火の錦えもん Kitsune-bi no Kin'emon) is a samurai from Wano Country whom the Straw Hat Pirates found in various pieces at Punk Hazard.   Kinemon seems to follow the code of bushido, claiming he would commit suicide if he could, for the disgrace of being dismembered without dying. He still tried to maintain his pride, even after being completely dismembered. He is also greatly honorable, such as bowing before Sanji (in Nami's body) for saving his torso and thanking him for helping him stating he was indebted to him.  

He is a very old fashioned samurai warrior who expects women to walk three steps behind men and talk gracefully and quietly. He on many occasions referred to Nami as a shameless, violent and obscene woman due to her careless behavior. He has a tendency to be quite perverted in spite of his old fashioned ideals. Though he seemed to be outraged at Nami's sense of fashion, he still greatly enjoyed ogling at her cleavage. He also has an extremely rude special ability of talking with his farts. He cares deeply for his son, Momonosuke, as he traveled to the dangerous Punk Hazard island and challenged one of the Shichibukai to find him. Even after being chopped to pieces, his torso and leg still attempted to look for his son, and attacked anything that got in the way. He seems to be unaware of Devil Fruits, as he said he ate a strange fruit, instead of stating the correct name.   
~!He is the leader of the Nine Red Scabbards, the husband of Tsuru, and a former thug, He is also not the real father of Momonosuke, they pretend to be father and son in order to protect Momonosuke from his enemies, the Donquixote Pirates and the Beasts Pirates. 
Despite the two not being related, the Straw Hat Pirates noted that they looked alike and shared the same perverted traits.!~

A Faerie that serves the faerie queen, Titania

Taroimo (タロイモ) is a cyborg dog from the Future Kingdom of Barjimoa on Karakuri Island. It is a cybernetically modified dog that is seen capable of launching missiles from its mouth.  It was first seen attacking Franky, who was sent flying on Karakuri by Bartholomew Kuma, because it thought he was a prey. It was then told to stop by its two owners after they realised who it was attacking. It then started dancing along with Franky and its owners.   It is numbered, just like the Battle Franky&acute;s or the Zombies of Thriller Bark. Its number is 28.
