Drone Rotom is a Rotom inhabiting a drone that acts as the official judge for World Coronation Series battles.

He is the self-proclaimed "greatest psychic of the century" and a member of the Sun Psychic Union led by Kirin Shoudou.

The train's chief mechanic, who's hair is styled like a 17th century wig and speaks with english phrases. Also served as narrator for each episodes' preview.
