Vega (Balrog in the Japanese version), is one of the bosses of the Street Fighter fighting game series.  Vega uses his own fighting style of which is a blend of Ninjutsu and Bullfighting.     Vega was born to a noble family in Catalonia, Spain. As he matured, Vega studied Bullfighting, a cultural tradition amongst the nobles. Afterward, he went to Japan and learned Ninjutsu, a style he believed meshed well with his natural grace and agility. Returning home, Vega combined Bullfighting with Ninjutsu and went into an underground cage fighting circuit where quickly became one of the best. Tragedy struck one day when Vega witnessed the murder of his beautiful mother at the hands of his unattractive father. Her murder was punishment for disrespecting him as his father believed. Witnessing this tragic event warped Vega&#039;s mind and from then on he lived a double life; a suave nobleman by day and a narcissistic killer by night who enjoys mutilating ugly people to death using a three-pronged wrist-mounted razor-sharp claw. His very first victim was his father.    Vega&#039;s brutal fighting skills and remorseless nature impressed the criminal leader known as M. Bison so much that he came to him personally with an offer to join Shadaloo. Vega accepted Bison&#039;s offer purely to improve his own aesthetic senses. A huge Pteranodon monster who competes against Son Goku in the 21st Tenka'ichi Budokai and forfeits the match. He's very powerful for his strength, but Goku counters him eventually. In the anime, his character is built up a lot more with a bar-fight scene. (Some drunks make fun of him for ordering milk so he beats all of them). He likes introducing himself as "Kujirada." During the Piccolo Daimao arc, Giran is confronted by Tambourine due to Piccolo's order to have all past Tenkaichi Budokai competitors killed. Giran proves to be no match for Piccolo's offspring, and is quickly taken out; however he's revived thanks to the Dragon Balls at the end of the saga.

Tao Pai Pai is Tsuru-Sen&#039;nin&#039;s younger brother and a highly skilled assassin-for-hire. He is hired by the Red Ribbon Army in order to retrieve the Dragon Balls that Goku holds, and to kill him. He succeeds beating Goku and taking all, but one of his Dragon Balls, which saves Goku life from Tao&#039;s final strike. Tao Pai Pai returns three days later to retrieve the Dragon Ball. Goku, however, received special training from Karin during the three days, and proves to be far too strong for Tao. Tao tries to kill Goku with a grenade, but Goku deflects it straight back at him, greatly wounding him. Tao Pai Pai is rebuilt as a cyborg by his older brother, and competes in the 23rd Tenkaichi Bud?kai, brutally defeating Chaozu. He fights Tenshinhan next, and cuts his chest with a knife, leaving the warrior with a scar. Tenshinhan disarms and defeats him shortly after. Tao Pai Pai re-appears later in the anime during the Cell Games Saga. He also Resembles Lau Chan from Virtua Fighter

Duke David Mad-thane is the commander of Anatoray&#039;s military defending the regions of Minagith and Norkia. Claus and Lavie&#039;s attempt to cover his fleet&#039;s retreat in the battle at Minagith using only their vanship inspired Mad-thane. Seeing the potential of a vanship in battle, he sponsors the formation of vanship squadrons to act as fighter support in the assault against the Guild. He is portrayed as an optimistic character who wishes for peace, once believing &quot;[t]here is hope yet for the world&#039;s survival&quot; after meeting Disith commander Nestor Messina. Johness is a sadistic and psychotic individual, nothing gave him greater pleasure than the feel of bleeding flesh in his hands and hearing the screams of agony from his victims. Johness is commonly known by his epithet "Johness the Dissector" before his sentence in Trick Tower, the single worst mass murderer in Zaban City's history. His murder technique was characterized by the plucking of flesh from the bone with only his bare hands as weapons. He was responsible for the killing of 146 people, all of which were severely dismembered to the point where none of their bodies were left in less than 50 separate pieces. He ended up receiving a 968-year prison sentence.

A mid level politician who Mina negotiated to have Fangless vampires to attend school in Japan. He was completely against the idea, believing that all vampires should stay on the Bund. Because of that statement, Mina went as far as to have his grandson turned into a vampire and then quoted his own words on how all vampires should stay in the Bund. He later agrees to the acceptance of vampires, to where Mina gave a cure to his grandson that works on people that have been bitten within 48 hours.

The leader of a group of Ishvalan survivors, he has repeatedly cared for Scar when Scar was injured in Central. After the mercenary raids against the Ishabalan camp in Central he moves his group further south. He is never mentioned by name in the anime nor the manga, though he was identified as Rick and Leo's grandfather in the anime episode Marcoh's Notes.

Appearance wise, Leo is your typical middle-aged mechanic. He is Django&#039;s mechanic and hates it when Jo plays rough with it as well as Meg annoying him when he&#039;s working. He has trouble controlling his urges to act like a child as seen when the team goes to Fortune Island Artificial Beach resort. There, he smashes a go-kart out of the raceway and down the street. Senzaemon is headmaster of Tōtsuki Academy and Erina's grandfather. Known as the "Gastric Godfather", he has the tendency of stripping his upper body when he eats a good dish. Despite his appearance and reputation, he is reasonable and gives accurate commentary and assessment for the food he tastes without being overly critical to the losers.

~!Many years previously, Senzaemon and Gin noticed Jōichirō Saiba's critical condition at the start of a tournament, and took upon themselves some of the blame for pressuring Jōichirō into becoming mentally trapped in the creation of his dishes. Feeling Jōichirō's talent was beyond the tasks of the academy, Senzaemon freed his former student to travel abroad and learn independently, a proposal Jōichirō happily accepted, as well as Gin whom Senzaemon offered him as the head of resort planner as a mean to atone their sins to ensure no one will share a similar fate as what happened to Joichiro before. For a period thereafter, Senzaemon hired Jōichirō as his private chef.!~

However, in the year Erina enrolls in the academy, Azami returns and a majority of the Elite Ten vote to support Azami as headmaster, replacing Senzaemon. In the aftermath, Senzaemon revealed to Sōma that he advised Jōichirō to have him apply to the academy. Bunji Kugashira earned the nickname &quot;Madness&quot; for his skills as a killer. He is an expert both with guns and unarmed. He also has a strange sense of morals. He deems it fine to kill others as a hitman, but he has a strong sense of loyalty to his friends and coworkers.    Bunji first meets Harry MacDowell on a job to kill him. Harry tells Bunji that he is being used, and both men confirm it. Although Harry wants to recruit Bunji for Millennion, it is actually Brandon that persuades him to join. Brandon beats Bunji in unarmed combat, and Bunji has considered Brandon a close companion ever since. Bunji calls a lot of people &quot;brother,&quot; but there is a sense that he truly means it when he calls Brandon that. It is this bond that makes facing Grave so difficult. 

In a land of idiots, surely a wizard could prove to rise above the mind numbing levels of humanity's ignorance. But in Rosario's case, calling him a brain-dead idiot would be a compliment.     Rosario is the downright wacky, weird, and in truth powerless wizard/aid to The King. Rosario is in fact the smartest out of the brainless batch of bad guys that continue to hunt after Mink and her friends. But that's not saying much considering Rosario is virtually useless.    With no magical powers whatsoever, Rosario makes himself &quot;look cool&quot; by talking deep, entering with a bucket of dry ice, and supposedly being handy with poisons and toxins. Rosario was supposed to capture Mink and hold her hostage so that Ruth would hand over his wife's dragon hand in marriage to The King, but &quot;accidentally&quot; shot her three times with poison darts, and yet Mink survived and escaped, so now Rosario and The King are after her.    Rosario was the one who suggested planting Mink into the World Killer Martial Arts Tournament, which of course The King took all the credit for. Just to make sure she lost, Rosario even tried using an ex-lax potion and a paralyzing stinger bee to finish Mink off, but the ex-lax ended up giving Dick Saucer the runs, and his stinging bee worked but Mink's luck was apparently larger than Damaramu's (her opponent) brain. Mink eventually won the tournament.    Powerless or not, Rosario's cheap brain-dead theatrical tricks are sure to give Mink a run for her money, if not to make her laugh at them. Together, Rosario and The King hope to make Mink's life a living hell, even if the same happens to their lives in the process.    (source: Absolute Anime)

He became very acquainted with the Flame Alchemist&#039;s style as the expert assigned to dissect the bodies of Ishvalans that Roy had killed. He continued practicing pathology and forensics after the war, feeling that he had lost the right to treat living people. Even after returning from the battlefield, Knox began suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder in the form of flashbacks, insomnia and nightmares of Ishval. He trained Uryū and Ryūken in Quincy abilities throughout his childhood, becoming his mentor in the process. He was a kind old man whom Uryū admired. He preached an unusual variant of Quincy philosophy advocating cooperation with the Shinigami. Sōken tried to make amends with the Shinigami by advocating a new system of response to hollow attacks: Quincy would be the first-response squad, protecting humans from hollows until the Shinigami arrived to dispatch the hollow, thus maintaining the spiritual balance between the worlds that was being destroyed by the Quincy.     However, his proposal was never accepted, despite several attempts. He was eventually killed in a hollow attack, as the Shinigami arrived to late to save his life. During the rescue of Rukia Kuchiki, Mayuri Kurotsuchi reveals to Uryū that this was his doing; he delayed the Shinigami meant to protect Sōken so that he could study Sōken's soul for his research.     According to a reflection of a photograph seen in Uryu's glasses, all that was left of him in the end was his head. His death is the primary reason Uryū hates the Shinigami, although after learning of the conspiracy Uryū's hatred has become less for Shinigami in general than for Mayuri in particular, despite the fact that the Captain saved his life during the assault on Hueco Mundo.
