Bertha, along with Cynthia, the champion of the Elite Four, was mentioned in An Elite Meet and Greet! by Lucian and by Officer Jenny in A Trainer and Child Reunion!.    She made her debut in DP170, where she, along with Ash and his friends, helped Yōshichi get his Magby back from Team Rocket. After chasing them on her jeep, the group battled the trio and got back Magby.    Later, Bertha battled Ash and his Torterra but managed to defeat him relatively easily. However, the alternative way of gaining one's fortune is to defeat her five &quot;other-worldly&quot; martial arts experts. She has a knack for divination skills with her crystal ball, allowing her to see any place on Earth, or even look deep into the future. She can also travel to the &quot;Other World&quot; and back.

Chiyoko is Chieko's mother. She is the owner of Amamizukan, but is rarely present as she is a groupie of Korean actor Bae Yong Joon and often travels to Korea just to see him. She decides to sell Amamizukan and use the money to move to Korea permanently and study the language.

Enya Geil is one of Dio's most loyal supporters, and the one who originally gave him the Stand Arrow, which she obtained from Diavolo. She is the mother of J. Geil. Her stand is Justice, which is able to control people through their wounds, whether alive or dead.  For legal reasons, her name is changed in the American version of both the game and the manga, to N-Yah Gail and Enyaba Geil respectively.  In the OVA:  ~!She is able to change her appearance from that of a young woman to an old lady at will. No explanation as to why is ever given.!~

Probably the most special feature of this woman is the fact that, as far as physical appearances go, she looks at least as young as her daughter, and unlike Bulma, she doesn't appear to age at all throughout Dragon Ball Z.  Not much is known about her, but in the anime she's perpetually happy, and is characterized as the archetypal blonde airhead who loves shopping and eating expensive cakes.
