Despite constantly fighting, she and Shalltear are quite close. Aura specializes in beast-taming and fights with a long, bladed whip.

This personality tick lead her to becoming th president of Shinyou Academy's moral's committee. Most claim that it's a good fit for her, and some even call her a big sister despite her short stature. Though, Kei finds her tendency to get involved troubling. It's more of a compulsion rather than any kind of lofty ideal.

She also has a crush on Keiji Takeda, Touka Miyashita's boyfriend. This, compounded with the fact that Kei knows who Touka "really is," leads to Kei having a strained relationship with Touka.

She was raised by a hunter, and knows her way around hunting rifles and blades in a fight. She is normally quite easy-going, but easily becomes emotional when the subject turns to Veronica.

Ashclad, Maria's fairy. It has the power to generate extremely high heat from its hand, such that anything it touches is reduced to ash.

Marlya has blue eyes and redish-brown hair. She wears the main Fairy Regulatory Dorothea uniform. Marlya carries a sniper on her back with her at all times. 

Cardia is a young girl with poison flowing through her veins that causes imminent death with a single touch. She was whisked away by Arsène Lupin escaping arrest by the Royal Guards after being deemed a monster and a threat to public safety. As her memory only goes back two years, she is desperate to find her father, who may hold the key to what came before.

Due to her lack of experience with the world, Cardia is very unaware of social norms, and is innocent with regards to romance. She is overall a sweet and innocent girl who wants to keep anyone from getting harmed, even those who try to harm her, and she is seen to be in sync with the emotions of those around her. Cardia is also deeply troubled by the fact that she is a Homunculus, and is often conflicted over whether or not her emotions are "real". Her primary struggle, however, is to rid her body of the poison that prevents her from touching others. Due to her condition, she is extremely cautious about human contact, and grows frightened of hurting anyone, especially her loved ones, with her own two hands.

Takimoto Hifumi is a character designer ~!(currently character team leader)!~ for Eagle Jump, a gaming studio located in Tokyo.

Hifumi is especially shy to the point of avoiding talking to people or looking at them directly. As a result, in order to not make her feel uncomfortable, the other employees interact with her through the company's computer messenger system. Although, in later seasons she becomes more lively and goes out of her way to try to improve talking to people. 

Contrary to her normal personality, she becomes very lively, outgoing, and cheerful while texting or messaging, often using emoticons in chat. She secretly enjoys cosplay and owns a pet hedgehog named Sojiro.

A romantic and dreamy girl who easily falls in love with boys. She originally has a crush on Kusuo and tried her best to appeal to Kusuo. She later develops a crush on Kaidou after he saved her from the unwanted attention of some guys at the beach.

Satou purchased her along with her younger sister, Arisa. Her great-grandfather was Japanese. She is seen as ugly due to the different beauty standards in the world of Death March even though she is extremely beautiful in the eyes of the Japanese. She was born in Kubooku Kingdom.


Asuka Kurashina is the main heroine of the Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue visual novel game and the main protagonist of the anime series. She is a transfer student who transfers into Masaya's class. 

Asuka is a strong-willed girl who prefers to fly straight on in. Asuka always speaks politely, no matter who she's talking to. She is very well-mannered. Diligent and brimming with curiosity, once she sets her mind on a goal, she'll always give it her all to achieve it.
