After running into Nagi Kirima she also gains an interest in the supernatural occurrences in her city and through the course of the Boogiepop series she seeks to uncover the truth behind these incidents.

As a member of the Kouga clan, she has several traits that the whole clan shares. She has light brown hair and a cute face. A new recruit from Russia who is training to become a dealer. Although her dealer skills are quite good, she is rather clumsy and sometimes causes havoc in the casino.

Yakusha is a beautiful woman, with long black hair and a generally serene expression. She is slightly more muscular than the rest of the female cast, but not to the extent of, say, Utsunomiya. She rarely opens her eyes, but when she does, her clan's trademark darkened eyes can be seen.

She is married to Hanjuro, a hitman (who is 12 years older than her), and has two children: <a href="https://anilist.co/character/152232/Karura-Kure">Karla</a> and Sarla.


Minami is a second-year student at Kaibara Municipal High School and an admirer of [Yuki Souma](https://anilist.co/character/208). She hates [Tohru Honda](https://anilist.co/character/207) and calls her an "evil witch" due to her closeness with Yuki. Elizabetta is a demon and student at Babyls. She is a member of the Misfits Class.

Elizabetta can be described as calm and collected. She often likes to take the back seat in the midst of the various shenanigans of the Misfits Class, rarely instigating anything herself. However, she appears to greatly enjoy their antics, participating when her assistance is requested.

Mashiro Arisaka is one of the main heroines of the Ao no Kanata no Four Rhythm visual novel game and one of the main characters of the anime series. She is a first-year student at Kunahama Academy who admires Misaki Tobisawa greatly.

She is a cute, cheerful and lively underclassman-- she honestly expresses what she feels. She is also earnest and also strongly opinionated. At times though, she can be childish and tends to do child-like facial expressions. Mashiro is also an otaku and a gamer and is very reserved about what she feels.



Kayo Maruta is a supporting character and ex-vice-president of the student council. She is best friends with Mitsuko, who she affectionately calls Micchan. Kayo is one of the few people who dares to talk to Mitsuko casually and lives to see another day; she also is seen at Micchan's side for much of the latter half of the manga. Glasses-senpai talks formally with everybody else. While on the student council at Aihara Academy, Maruta was dedicated and very diligent at making sure people are rule-followers, even chastising Yuzu while it's her first day there. Eventually, the brunette lightens up later on and shows her softer side for Micchan and the readers, as well as the group that went on the summer trip in volume 8. During the extra in volume four of the manga, she reveals her surname and her past position in the council.

Reina Izumi is a first-year high school student who transferred to Hosea Academy in April. She has a special ability, and because of this she later joins the Phantom-Hunter club with [Haruhiko Ichijou](https://anilist.co/character/89033/Haruhiko-Ichijou) as a member of Team E. She does not get along well with her parents until some events that happen later.

Reina has a special ability to consume and seal away phantoms, hence why she was given the nickname ‘The Phantom Eater.’ This ability also satisfies her hunger. However, if she doesn’t want to eat the phantom then she won’t. She notably doesn’t require an incantation to use her ability, unlike her other teammates in Team E. Other than her sealing ability, she also has the ability to heal through mouth contact. As a practitioner of Aikido, Reina knows basic self-defense where she can easily throw people taller than her (like Haruhiko).
