He dreams to become a professional baseball player like his idol, Arita, and emulates his techniques to improve his own performance in baseball and is shown to very dedicated to it. He also sometimes used his baseball techniques in his attempts to kill Korosensei. He has a crush on Yukiko.

Yuuki Hase is a high school student who notices that his classmate Kaori Fujimiya is always alone. He endeavors to be her friend even after learning that she loses every memory of her friends each Monday.

Hase's easily seen trait throughout the whole series is his apprehensiveness. Instances in the media have depicted Hase is hesitant and almost fearful of moving forward and taking the first step. He is also quite simple-minded, as he can be pleased and displeased by very seemingly minor details. However, he is very headstrong and bold when he finally comes to a decision, and will not rest until he has seen his decision through.

Hase can get easily jealous and mindful of certain things, such as the instance when Kaori talked about Shougo so much that Hase was beginning to get jealous. In this regard, Hase is naive and impulsive, often acting before thinking when he is aggravated. He also sometimes jumps to conclusions, further worsening the situations he gets himself in.

However, Hase is kind by nature, and likes to socialize with people as a normal high-schooler would. He treats everyone with an equal amount of respect and kindness, save for people he has gotten to know better (except in the case of Hajime, they aren't quite friends.) He tries to be considerate and polite as much as possible, though there are instances where his emotions can get the better of him and this doesn't turn out so well.

Kyosuke is [Yuusuke's](https://anilist.co/character/123622/Aoi-Yuusuke) responsible younger twin brother. As a genius playmaker and strategist, he is good at solving puzzles and thinking things through. Kyosuke is reliable and takes all of his work seriously, though he sometimes worries too much.

He really loves his brother, but can be a bit overprotective of him. He blames himself for Yusuke's knee injury despite Yusuke insisting that it wasn't his fault. There are times where he doubts himself and wishes he shared his brother's confidence. However, he learns to trust in others more and rely on them after becoming an idol. Both he and Yusuke call the Producer "coach" and their fans "supporters".

While Kyosuke is the more mature sibling, he can be just as playful as his brother and will go along with his games and mischief. The two of them also like going to convenience stores.

A member of Hope's Peak Academy's Student Council. He and the rest of the council were forced into a killing game by Junko Enoshima and Mukuro Ikusaba, an event that would later become known as the The Tragedy of Hope's Peak Academy.

Prior to the beginning of the Killing Game, Sousuke tries to act reasonable and obey Soushun Murasame's orders. He shows a somewhat aggressive demeanor, being quick to confront Ryota over his attempt to avenge Kotomi's death; additionally, he is one of the first students to grab a weapon once the killing starts.

~!After the Killing Game started, Sousuke was one of the first to grab a weapon, taking a large spear. He fled into the hallway and was pursued by Kiriko Nishizawa, forcing him to stab her in self-defense. As Kiriko bled out on the floor, Sousuke was horrified about what he had done, asking why she made him do that and confessing that he loved her, his words implying he never told her about his feelings.

Later, Sousuke killed both Tarou and Tsubasa as they attempted to commit a lovers' suicide, impaling the former with his spear. Seemingly fueled by envious rage for the couple after what happened to Kiriko, he screamed at Tsubasa to shut up before driving his spear through her by hitting it with Kiriko's shovel. He began crying uncontrollably after Tsubasa died, unaware that Karen Kisaragi was approaching behind him with a chainsaw. She proceeded to kill him offscreen.!~
