Honoka Takamiya (多華宮　仄 Takamiya Honoka?) is the male protagonist of the story. He is a second year student and the new student council president of Tougetsu Academy.

A second year middle school student, and a member of the art club.  He's the main character of this series, and has a few small problems. He is mostly dense with girls but has a very close relationship with Usami.

Yuu Haruna moved to Tokyo and started high school there because his parents were moved to America for business. He lives with his 3 sisters Hibiki, Maya, and Chitose. He uses Twitter often and posts about his life whenever he gets the opportunity. On his first day he meets Fuuka on the street where she bumps into him and falls over, with the way Yuu was standing with his phone in his hand checking Twitter Fuuka believes he was attempting to take a picture of her exposed panties while she was on the ground. She takes his phone and breaks it and they later find out they're in the same home room class the next day.

He is a novelist who debuted when he was in high school; all of his novels feature younger sisters as the heroine. In the span of five years, he has published 20 books, some of which have ranked in the top 10 weekly rankings for light novels on Oricon. Despite his success, his irrational personality and writing style has led to mediocre success compared to his fellow writers.

As a child, he designed and built a functioning miniature rocket ship. Senkuu also possesses an analytical mind, being able to correctly discern the situation he is in. Even in his pre-teens, he was intelligent and sharp-minded enough to create advanced machines.

Senkuu's physical abilities are very low and he would lose against someone like [Kohaku](https://anilist.co/character/124143) in a brawl, something he himself admits.

New production assistant of Musashino Animation after Honda's departure and Tarō's subsequent promotion, although he is in truth very experienced. He is known for being easily annoyed and standoffish. His experience lends him connections to various companies and people in the show, although all of them are mediocre at what they do. When he joins Musashino, due to past "trauma," he initially believes that anime just needs to get finished and that quality does not matter.
