Also known as Reize (in Aliea Academy arc), Midorikawa is the former captain of Aliea Academy's send rank team. After his defeat by Endou and his team, he later joins up with them for the FFI International though he was unceremoniously left out after their Asian Prelims' final against Fire Dragon. Hanazawa Teruki is an esper who was first introduced as an antagonist, but later became Mob's friend after being defeated by him. He was the shadow leader (urabanchou) of Black Vinegar Middle School, using his psychic powers to rule over the delinquents at his own school, as well as to defeat those from other schools.

Teruki is a talented, quick-thinking, and hardworking esper. In terms of raw power, he is nowhere near Mob's level, but he compensates for this by putting in effort and training diligently. He is able to analyze other espers' techniques and their weaknesses in a short amount of time, and often incorporates said techniques in his own fights. He is constantly training to improve himself, and is remarked by various espers as possessing a keen and powerful set of skills.

Tenya may look severe, but he's actually just a very serious person, who takes everything, even the most insignificant thing, seriously. A testament to his generally hyperactive and intense behavior, Tenya often exhibits plenty of peculiar tics, such as moving his arms around in strange chopping patterns or sometimes twitching his body uncontrollably. Tenya is very humble, willing to admit to his mistakes, apologize for rude behavior, and improve in areas he lacks. Being part of the highly-esteemed Ida Family of Heroes, Tenya is proud of his lineage and works hard to meet his expectations. He greatly admires his older brother, Tensei (also known as the Turbo Hero: Ingenium), and aspires to become a similar hero.

Tenya's Quirk Engine gives him car-like engines in each of his calves, giving him incredible running speed and extreme kicking power. Tenya needs to fuel his engines by drinking orange juice. Tenya's engines have multiple gears; it is currently unknown how many, but it has been implied that there are more than three.

Kimimaro was the fifth member of the Sound Four, thus temporarily changing their group name to the Sound Five. The original four were forced to accept him against their will, as Kimimaro's combat abilities exceeded all of their skills combined. He was the sole survivor of the Kaguya clan, who could manipulate their bodies' skeletal frame. The Kaguya clan was wiped out when they attacked Kirigakure, seemingly for no reason other than the desire to kill. Having underestimated their opponent's defenses, they were slaughtered to the last man, with only Kimimaro surviving.  NOTE: Though some fans believe that his full name was Kimimaro Kaguya, the second databook only said his name as Kimimaro.  Kimimaro was referred to by Orochimaru as the most powerful member of the clan, having "abilities that even that war-loving clan feared". Because of this, he was locked away in a cage for most of his life, only released occasionally when needed to fight other clans.

Like many of Orochimaru's closest followers, Kimimaro was branded with a cursed seal, which gives him greater power at the expense of his free will. When in his level 2 form, his appearance is similar to that of a dinosaur, with dark gray skin, six large bone spines on the back of his chest, and a long bone spiked tail. He also possesses a great deal of control over his cursed seal, as he is able to control its spread throughout his body without fully activating it. Kimimaro was apparently friends with Jugo at one point, and his control over his cursed seal impressed the latter. Karin claims that Kimimaro was the only one who could stop Jugo without getting hurt.   ~! Kimimaro succumbed to his disease and died in the middle of his fight with Gaara during the Sasuke Retrieval Arc, moments before he was about to deliver the finishing blow to Gaara and Lee.!~

Chuuya is a Port Mafia member who detests Osamu Dazai for betraying the mafia and joining the Armed Detective Agency. He's also constantly teased by Dazai what makes him hate Dazai even more. Chuuya is short but he's quick and uses powerful martial arts. 

His ability, "For The Tainted Sorrow," revolves around gravity manipulation, allowing him to manipulate and alter the gravity of anything he touches, keeping it that way until a certain period of time.

Kouji's younger brother. Kouji is very protective of Shiro, as he is the only family the other has. At least, as far as he knows. Taken in by his father after Mazinger Z is defeated by Ankoku Daishogun.

Rinji (麟児, Rinji) is a shinobi, under Orochimaru, who appears in the second Naruto Shippūden filler arc.

A young warrior who serves Ayame's family as her personal bodyguard. Among warriors his sword arm is considerable. Is usually sober and honest, and he maintains his honor as a warrior.

Yusei is a new and main character in this series. He is considered a rare duelist riding [Red D-Wheel]. Yusei is familiar with machine and computer, so he assembles D-Wheel by himself. His personality is very different from Judai in GX series but similar to Mutou Yugi. He looks cool and smart with hot heart especially in a duel and always thinks about his friends. After fighting Jack Atlas, [Dragon&#039;s Birthmark] appears on his arm and makes him become a Signer. The story mainly focuses on Yusei. As people live in gorgeous Neo Domino City, he lives with his scums in the old Satellite plant. Yusei assembles his D-Wheel from any material he can get from this junk place. This is the source of his deck&#039;s concept of Junk (ie. Junk Warrior). Yusei plans to have a decisive battle with Jack because Jack stole his D-Wheel and ace card. 

Keigo is typically a goofy and an extremely hyper-active character, often using overly-dramatic movements and words to act out his feelings. In other respects, he is the stereotypical Japanese teenager: he enjoys watching fireworks, playing role-playing-games, going to beach parties, and so forth. Originally little more than a source of comic relief, Keigo becomes a more prominent character later in the series. The Asano family consists of Keigo's mother, father, his sister Mizuho, and Keigo himself. Like Tatsuki Arisawa, he is unusual in that he lives with both of his parents, unlike many other recurring characters in the series.  A good-natured teenager, Keigo is used mainly for comical effect, usually in situations involving failed attempts to woo girls and interacting with Ichigo. He is good friends with fellow student Mizuiro Kōjima, whose calm, innocent demeanor, and success with women acts as a foil to Keigo's impulsive, wannabe personality.  Keigo appears to be a shallow character at first glance, with a passion for slacking off. Indeed, he takes great pride in not making it to the honors roster (higher than the 50th ranking) and labels those who do so "traitors" (including Ichigo and Chad, who made the 23rd and 11th ranks respectively). However, Mizuiro states that Keigo is much smarter than his bad grades show.  Later, it is revealed that Keigo can see ghosts and even soul reapers, in the Hueco Mundo/Arrancar arc. The first soul reaper Keigo ever saw was Ikkaku Madarame, who saved him from an arrancar. Volkner was first referred to by Tower Tycoon Palmer in Challenging a Towering Figure!, saying that, after seeing his battling skills, Ash would be able to give Volkner &quot;a shock.&quot;    Volkner first appeared in person in DP165. It was revealed in the episode that he had met up with Flint when they were younger and had become rivals and eventually good friends. After Volkner became a Gym Leader, he designed the walkways of Sunyshore City and other technological advancements for the city. He also designed the Sunyshore Tower which supplies electricity to the city.    However, he soon became bored with battling and resorted to giving free badges to Trainers. After witnessing Ash&#039;s battle with Flint, he became interested in battling again and decided to accept Ash&#039;s challenge for a Gym battle.

Tenjin was an Elite Magic-User and the very first member of the En Family.

After determining his opponent's strengths and weaknesses, Wakato selects an appropriate counter style, but he can and does change style mid-match.  Enjoys taunting other players, but can lose his cool if the match starts to go south.  Behind his laid-back playboy exterior is a perfectionist who spends hours practicing in secret to master his form.

When Lucci is first seen as one of the five foremen of Galley-La Company's Dock One, he appears to be a ventriloquist using his pigeon, Hattori, to speak for him. He also shows very impressive skills when he gets into a fight with Paulie and, later on, Luffy. 

~!It is soon revealed he is the unquestioned leader of the Water 7 CP9 unit which infiltrated the Galley-La company, and perfectly capable of speaking for himself. Lucci ate the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard (ネコネコの実 モデル豹(レオパルド), Cat Cat Fruit, Model: Leopard ), which allows him to turn into a huge leopard-human hybrid and a full leopard. This coupled with his mastered martial arts style of rokushiki, makes him a resilient foe, and he has been ranked as the strongest CP9 agent by far. Lucci can perform Life Return, like Kumadori, and use it to alter his body into forms that amplify his skills in a specific rokushiki ability, though only Kami-e Form, which makes his man-beast form smaller and thinner, has been seen and arguably the main villain of the Enies Lobby Arc if not the main threat to the Straw Hats at the time.!~ 

~!In the anime, Lucci&#039;s backstory to his admission in CP9 is revealed by a Vice Admiral during the Buster Call on Enies Lobby. Fifteen years prior, a kingdom had 500 of its soldiers and its king taken hostage by a pirate crew, with the captain demanding to be made the new king of the kingdom. As the government saw the king beginning to admit defeat, they sent in the then thirteen year-old Rob Lucci, who mercilessly killed all 500 hostages to get to the captain, whom he killed without mercy. During this incident, he gained a back full of scars from the pirate crew&#039;s guns, vaguely scarred in the shape of the World Government&#039;s symbol. Shortly after that he became a CP9 member, and gained the reputation of being the group&#039;s most cold-hearted and efficient assassin in its entire history. As such, he is a very valuable asset to the World Government, almost to the point of legend; the other vice admirals believe that he can even survive a Buster Call attack.    At the Galley-La headquarters in Water 7, Lucci effortlessly defeated Luffy in a relatively short fight. Later in Enies Lobby, Luffy chased after Lucci and initiated a second fight with him. The two engaged in an extremely long, hectic and boisterous fight in which Luffy eventually emerged victorius. Lucci respectively bested, withstood and survived Luffy&#039;s attacks and various states until he was defeated. However, it took Luffy&#039;s last bits of energy to defeat him, as Luffy was in the floor and couldn&#039;t even move. This proves how much of a monster Lucci was, but also how much stronger Luffy has become.!~

~!Lucci comes off as the most cold and collected member of CP9, almost never displaying any emotions. An example is the brutal assault on his friend of five years, Paulie, whom he even tried to kill after the CP9&#039;s identities have been revealed. He also states that he feels no real bond with the city he&#039;s lived in for those five years. He also seems to have no feelings for his fellow CP9 colleagues, least of all Spandam. His emotionless nature includes anger and distress (he&#039;s &quot;kept together&quot; all through his fight with Luffy, unlike all the previous villains). Even while taunting or demoralizing Luffy, he keeps a passive face, and refrains from the classic &quot;villain laugh&quot;. However, during the final moments of his fight with Luffy, he expresses surprise and anger prior to being defeated.  He seems to derive amusement and gratification from inflicting physical and emotional pain on others, making him a typical sadist. These scenes, along with when he anticipates battle, are the only times where he smirks. In Enies Lobby, he reveals that he works so he could be legally allowed to kill people. An example of Lucci&#039;s lust for violence is when he compromised the mission of bringing Robin to the Gates of Justice by allowing Luffy to tail him, for the sole purpose of having a battle. Lucci&#039;s violent and predatory nature is also shown when he goes into full-beast mode during battle, in order to attack Luffy more violently.  However, while Lucci does love the benefits of his job (killing people), he seems to be completely devoted to the government he serves as a tool from the shadows. He speaks of pirates as &quot;evil&quot;, and sees it as his duty to hunt down and eliminate Nico Robin. All this is revealed towards the end of his battle with Luffy, and is a sudden departure from his &quot;care for nothing but blood&quot; attitude. This may be because he was dominating the fight at the time, and his bloodlust, which otherwise overshadows his better judgement, had worn off since Luffy was no longer fun to fight. However, as his flashback in the anime shows, this moral isn&#039;t just limited to pirates. If Lucci sees anybody that he believes faulters in the face of justice, they have &quot;sinned&quot; in his eyes and must be eliminated. This is his own sense of justice which he calls &quot;dark justice&quot;. Lucci also appears to exhibit a rather high level of intelligence. It was he who deduced the connection between Iceburg and Franky, figured out the principles behind Luffy&#039;s Gear 2nd &quot;upgrade&quot;, and showed extensive knowledge about Devil Fruit. On Enies Lobby, he even effortlessly jeopardized the lives of Luffy&#039;s crewmembers and friends, as well as their mission to save Robin, by flooding the underwater passageway to the Gates of Justice. Although this might just as well be yet another display of sadism, where he removes Luffy&#039;s chances of &quot;having everything&quot; just for the sake of angering him. Lucci has a complete mastery of Rokushiki, having not only used at least one or more moves from each of the different forms with ease, but to such an extent that he can mix two or more forms together to great effect. He demonstrates this when he unveils the Rokushiki hidden technique, Rokuougan, during his fight with Luffy. The massively powerful technique, usable only by one who has literally mastered all six forms as stated by Lucci himself, is so strong that it causes severe internal injury to Luffy&#039;s body; no small feat considering he has a rubber body. Luffy described it as if an &#039;Impact Dial&#039; with much more greatly amplified power went off inside his chest. Not much is known about Hattori, the pigeon that is constantly seen perched on Lucci&#039;s shoulder. It appears to have no special significance. While acting as Lucci&#039;s voice Hattori expresses human body language, matching the behavior of a professional shipwright: constantly insulting and lecturing Paulie because of his reckless lifestyle. After the CP9 reveal their identities, Hattori loses many of his human characteristics, although he is seen wearing a coat and drinking from a cocktail glass.!~
