Ako is a student at Haneoka Girls' High School and Roselia's drummer. She admires Yukina and her older sister Tomoe, and is the best friend of Rinko, whom she calls "Rin-rin".

Ako has chuunibyou tendencies, and has illusions of grandeur and magical powers. Rinko suspects this is the result from her playing online games frequently. She enjoys playing the role while keeping a realistic mentality. She is very cheery and noisy, and, despite only being two years younger than the other band members, is treated like the kid sister by the other characters due to her childlike appearance and personality.

Ako often wonders how she can be a "cooler" person, and sometimes feels inadequate compared to her other band mates, especially since Yukina and Sayo occasionally ignore her or scoff at her ideas at times.

The vice student council president in the same school year as the protagonist. She's serious, hates losing, isn't honest with herself, and is a hard worker with a strong sense of justice. She loves eating and prefers working class food, even though she comes from a rich family-- high class French food gives her an upset stomach.

Her grades are kept at the top of her year level for just about every subject, except for ones related to the Japanese language where she is beaten by the main character. She secretly considers him a rival for this.

Her mother is a world-famous pianist and her father is a former violinist. Both of them are currently traveling the world, so she lives alone in their huge apartment. She had won a national piano competition, but she now strives to be a composer. The reason why she joined the Student Council was because of advice that she should broaden her experiences as a person in order to grow her talent as a composer.

Morpho is a pop star promoted by the media-owning Sumeragi Group, and is currently the most popular idol in the nation.

However, Morpho is but an avatar; a projection created by Joule’s Septimal power, which takes on an entire form of its own completely separate from Joule. Unlike Joule, she has a very strong personality and is very much a free spirit.

According to Morpho, however, this is just a manifestation of the person Joule truly wants to be.

Even though the Sumeragi Group is promoting her as a pop star, she is in fact being used to locate other adepts that resonate with her ever-powerful Muse ability. These Adepts are then found and captured by Sumeragi.
