Kai appears in the series as a "bad boy". Takao and Kai hate each other at the very beginning when they meet; Kai hates Takao because he loses the battle in front of him and because he thinks Takao is very picky, annoying and immature. Takao doesn't hate Kai, as he only wants to be one of Kai's friends, but that proves difficult, because of Kai's attitude to beyblading and life in general. With time, Kai became a BladeBreaker accepting Rei, Max, Takao &amp; Kyouju as his partners.   Being a natural leader, he is the leader of the Blade Sharks (which he leaves), BladeBreakers, Demolition Boys (Neo-borg). Betraying his friends countless times, it seems that the only thing that Kai wants is power, though, later, his reasons morph into wanting to beat Takao and only him. Having a hard childhood and no social contact have made him completely cold and indifferent to other people, though he begins to open up little by little.    But mostly, he's the kind of guy that always stays cool and quiet. That proves to be hard with Takao around whom he later sees as one of his closest friends. He develops certain friendships with his other team members but all in all his best friend would have to be Takao. 

Blader DJ (Also known as DJ Jazzman) is the referee of the Beyblade manga, anime, and game series. Every Blader DJ is different in another country.   He is a cool announcer with a bandanna and appears throughout all the series of Beyblade. He calls the bladers to begin matches by saying the all important 3-second countdown phrase before saying "GO! Shoot!" in the Japanese version or "Let It Rip!" in the English version. He also comments on what's happening in the battle for the audience and viewers at home. At the end of Volume 14 of the manga, Daichi took over as the referee. Souichi Tomoe is generally referred to simply as &quot;Professor Tomoe&quot;, and the English dub refers to him as &quot;Doctor&quot; Tomoe. He first appears in Episode 90 of the anime and Act 25 of the manga.    In the manga Tomoe is outright malevolent. He joins the Death Busters of his own free will after a lab fire that killed his older wife, Keiko and seriously wounded his young daughter Hotaru Tomoe. He later turns himself into Germatoid to fight Sailor Moon but is killed after being hit by Sailor Moon's Rainbow Moon Heartache. He dies in the manga and does not come back.    In the anime he is a more sympathetic character. He displays bizarre, but hilariously over dramatic mannerisms, which are often a source of unexpected humor. It is never specified whether these are mannerisms of Germatoid or repressed aspects of his personality, since little is known of him before or after the possession. His normal personality does show through at times, however, revealing him to be a kind and loving father. At the end of S, he is shown wheelchair-bound in a hospital with no memory of any of his Death Buster activities. He has taken it upon himself to re-raise the now infant Hotaru.    Professor Tomoe makes one more appearance in the anime, namely in episode 167 (the first episode of the Sailor Stars season), when Sailor Pluto arrives to take baby Hotaru from him. In this episode, he is seen without his glasses, and no longer relies on a wheelchair, indicating that his condition is improving. He is never seen or heard of after that.

Grandpa Hino is Rei&#039;s lively and somewhat lecherous grandfather who is just as stubborn as Rei. Rei lives with him at his Shrine. He is a priest who is very skilled at martial arts. He is three feet tall, and has no hair.      ~!He is also the seventh nijizuishou carrier.!~

Hawk&#039;s Eye takes the form of a tall young man with bright, wild pink hair. He wears a bra-like toga and tights in his battle attire.    In the anime, he often gets into fights with Tiger&#039;s Eye, though their relationship is rather love-hate, and their arguments are usually playful. His attacks are fire-based, and uses a torch as his primary weapon. His targets reflect his romantic preferences, in this case older women.  Hawk&#039;s Eye is killed by the lemures &#039;Mr. Magic Pierrot&#039;, who is sent by PallaPalla to eliminate the trio. However, Pegasus revives him, and he is sent to Elysion with the others.    In the manga, Hawk&#039;s Eye deceives Sailor Jupiter pretending to be a female owner of a herb store. He is killed later, just after she powers up into her &#039;Super&#039; form. He is destroyed in the blast from her new attack, Jupiter Oak Evolution.

Cerberus, nicknamed "Kero", is the appointed guardian of the book which holds the Clow Cards. He is one of two magical creatures created by Clow Reed along with the Clow Cards. Before his death, Clow appointed Kero as the one to select the potential candidate to be the next master of the cards, Cerberus himself, and his "brother" and fellow guardian, Yue. After Sakura accidentally releases the cards, Cerberus chooses her to be the candidate and teaches her the basics of capturing the cards. Throughout the series, he displays an extensive knowledge of mysticism.

Having spent a lengthy amount of time in the book while it was in Osaka, Cerberus speaks with a pointed Osakan accent. He tends to be bossy, demanding, egotistical, and glutton, but clearly displays his affection for Sakura, especially if she is hurt or in danger. He becomes very fond of video games and is addicted to sweets. Cerberus spends most of his time in a "false form", a small figure resembling an orange-stuffed animal with wings.

Unlike Yue, Cerberus draws his life energy from the sun and is not dependent on the magical power of his master. However, his master must have control of the Firey and Light cards in order to power his true form, a large-winged cat. In the anime adaptation, the Firey card is changed to the Earthy card to avoid delaying his obtaining his true form. Cerberus' name is taken from the Greek mythological figure, Cerberus, a large three-headed beast who was assigned to guard the gates of Hades.

Lucemon was a Digimon who believed others could not think for themselves, and that the world would be a better place if he had absolute power and made all the decisions. Lucemon appeared during the war between Human-type and Beast-type Digimon that occurred in the ancient past of the Digimon Frontier timeline. Lucemon was able to stop the war, and created the rules for a peaceful society where he had been the ultimate sovereign. However, he was corrupted by his own power and became oppressive towards all other Digimon.  His power made him unbeatable until the first Legendary Warriors appeared and stopped him by sealing him inside the Dark Area. The governing of the Digital World was handed over to the three Celestial Digimon - Ophanimon, Seraphimon and Cherubimon. Lucemon was able to corrupt Cherubimon, and had him and, later, the Royal Knights collect the data that would be needed to revive him. They were successful, and Lucemon was reawakened. While he never did any fighting on screen in his original form, while he was imprisoned he was able to send out a burst of power that defeated a relativity unhurt EmperorGreymon and MagnaGarurumon and blast them away with his Grand Cross attack when he appeared on the moon. Lucemon Chaos Mode is Lucemon's ultimate form. Sharpner attends Orange Star High School with Gohan. He torments Son Gohan for a bit in school, but later befriends him after witnessing his athletic prowess. Sharpner likes Videl who also attends Orange High School. He is very athletic and likes to work out, yet it seems he does not do any martial arts practice. Early on Sharpner devotes most of his time to finding out who the Great Saiyaman is during the 25th Tenka-ichi Bud�kai. He later discovers that Gohan is the Great Saiyaman and is disappointed that the answer was right under his nose. Like Erasa, his fate is unknown after the Buu saga. Also like Erasa, he was named after school supplies, with Sharpner&#039;s name coming from the word &quot;sharpener&quot;.

Lee is a ninja affiliated with the village of Konohagakure, and is a member of Team Guy, which consists of himself, Neji Hyuga, Tenten, and Might Guy—the team's leader. Unable to use most ninja techniques, Lee dedicates himself to using solely taijutsu, ninja techniques similar to martial arts. Lee dreams of becoming a "splendid ninja" despite his inabilities.

A Chunin level ninja, Mizuki was a former teacher at the Ninja Academy. After Naruto fails to graduate from the Academy, Mizuki tells Naruto that there is another way to graduate, and tricks him into stealing the forbidden scroll of sealings for him.  But as fate would have it, Mizuki shows up and pins Iruka to the wooden shack behind him. Mizuki then tells Naruto the truth about his past, the fact that he is the Demon Fox. Mizuki then attempts to kill both Naruto and Iruka, but luckily, Naruto uses the skill he learned from the scroll, Shadow Clone Jutsu, to create clones of himself which defeat Mizuki easily.  After that incident, Mizuki was imprisoned in the Konoha Strict Correctional Facility. Mizuki later on leads a prison revolt and sends the brothers, Fuujin and Raijin, to Orochimaru. During his escape, Mizuki remembers back to when Orochimaru gave him a cursed seal after a mission in which he killed his comrade. He was defeated by Naruto's Rasengan.  Mizuki is from the Village Hidden in the Leaves, and his technique is the Transformation Jutsu.

Anime: Todd first appeared in Pok&eacute;mon Paparazzi. He had recently become famous after he took a picture of a supposedly extinct Aerodactyl (coincidentally the same one that tried to eat Ash, who was also on the photo, albeit blurred). He was hailed for being able to &quot;capture any Pok&eacute;mon on film&quot;. After seeing the article in a magazine, Meowth misunderstood the wording, not seeing the &quot;on film&quot; part. Team Rocket disguised themselves and hired Todd to capture Pikachu.    Todd set out to capture the perfect picture of Pikachu, which irritated Ash - the two boys eventually settled their differences, however. Todd traveled with the group for a short time, but left at the end of The Breeding Center Secret before Ash, Misty, and Brock boarded the ship for Cinnabar Island.    Later, Todd showed up again in Moving Pictures up in the mountains of Johto, trying to capture a picture of the legendary bird, Articuno. After successfully photographing the Legendary Pok&eacute;mon in Freeze Frame, Todd went his own way once again.     Manga: In Pok&eacute;mon Adventures, Todd is a reporter and photographer on assignment at the Battle Frontier. There, he encountered the eccentric young Emerald - the strange young man ended up saving Todd from a wild Sudowoodo. He then followed the events in the Battle Frontier, aiding Emerald along with Latias and Latios during the crisis. At the end, Professor Oak asked him if he could work with him and if he could go to an island where there are lots of Pok&eacute;mon, and take pictures of them. 

Hun (Japanese: バショウ Bashō) is a member of Team Rocket. He appeared along with his partner, Attila, in The Legend of Thunder! His Japanese voice actor is 森川智之 Toshiyuki Morikawa and his English voice actress is Veronica Taylor and his Brazilian Portuguese voice actress is Cl&aacute;udia Carli.    Like the other Rocket duos, his and his partner's names together form the name of a famous historical villain, in this case, Attila the Hun. 

An intelligent but worrisome teen who always carries a &quot;dictionary/encyclopedia/compendium of all human knowledge&quot;, and has a sixth sense, meaning he can see supernatural beings, even though he is not a Shaman. He is very expressive and a bit panicky. His rather abnormal height has gotten him into trouble numerous times, once having been mistaken for one of the shy nature spirits, and being cut open and used as a hostage of sorts during Yoh Asakura&#039;s match with Faust VIII. In the anime, during the final battle with Hao, he actually becomes a Shaman and is able to merge with a spirit.

Tokagero is a 600 year old spirit from the same time as Amidamaru. He was a thief who was eventually killed by Amidamaru and because he wanted revenge he was not able to pass on. Because of his hatred he eventually turned his skin lizard green. During his life time he became infamous and even gained his own fighting style called Tokage Kenpo (Lizard Style). He always calls himself a nasty villain but is in reality a big softie who only misses the comfort of a mother&#039;s care.    

When he was alive, Tokagero was a thief that was born into poverty. Tokagero was forced to eat his own dead mother to survive. He then became a thief ambushing people. An ancient bandit, he stole everything--money, food, lives and even more so. He led a horde of bandits who terrorized the area 600 years ago.    

There was a hill Tokagero and his group used as a hideout, but one day Amidamaru passed by and was ambushed by them. However, being the stronger one, Amidamaru killed Tokagero and his group.     

In the modern age Tokagero attacks Asakura Yoh and his friends in order to get revenge on Amidamaru, who does not recall him at all. Through Kyoyama Anna research, they learn that he is an obscure historical figure who was killed by Amidamaru. Tokagero possesses Yoh&#039;s friend Umemiya Ryunosuke &quot;Wooden Sword&quot; Ryu and uses him to steal the Harusame (Sword of Light) from the museum and attack Yoh and Amidamaru. The fight that ensues forces Yoh and Amidamaru to break the Harusame in order to save Ryu&#039;s life.    

Yoh appeals to Tokagero and allows him to possess him instead of Ryu, who is just an innocent bystander, because Yoh believes that Tokagero is not as evil as he claims. Togakero does so, with the supposed intention of killing Yoh in the process, but finds he does not have the heart to and leaves Yoh&#039;s body peacefully.

Christopher Thorndyke, also known as Chris, was first introduced into Sonic X during the first episode when he rescued Sonic after having fallen into their pool. He lives in a large mansion and both his parents work, his mother a movie star and his father the owner of a large company, they are hardly ever at home, but when emergency strikes they&#039;ll rush home. Chris&#039; parents are very overprotective of him.    During Sonic X, Chris develops a very strong bond with Sonic, seeing him as one of his very best friends. He tends to be a bit of a crybaby, but he still tries to be strong. 

Luka is one of the main antagonists of Tai Chi Chasers, a member of the Dragonoid race and arch enemy of Rai. When the Tai Chi Chasers came to Earth to try and escape the Dragonoid&#039;s pursuit, Luka was drawn towards Rai&#039;s home and destroyed it, aiming to take out all Tigeroids he comes across. Moomintroll (Mumintrollet) - a spirited troll teen with a keen sense of adventure and fun and a generous spirit. Moomin lives life fully, and views the world with a feeling of wonderment for such simple pleasures as collecting stones and shells. As gullible as he is enthusiastic, he is also naive and extremely good-natured.    He is Snufkin&#039;s best friend, and often feels sad when Snufkin leaves the Moomin Valley during the winter. Hehas a crush on the Snork Maiden and although the two sometimes are called, or call themselves a couple, he expresses his emotions to her discreetly, and their crush seems to be kind of a secret.

Jolt is a member of the Recon Mini-Con Team, alongside Six Speed and Reverb. The three were found drifting through space in a ship by Vector Prime ( Jolt explains that he and his team got lost playing hide-and-seek). The three Mini-Cons traveled to Earth with Vector Prime and eventually met up with the Autobots and three humans named Coby, Bud, and Lori. Since Jolt is the only member of his team that can speak human languages, he introduces himself and his team to the three humans and they form a close friendship. Jolt is generally very cheerful and is highly interested in human culture. He has a special ability that allows him to create portals for quick traveling. His alternate mode is a personal helicopter.

The other Build Team Autobots look to Wedge as their leader, even though he&#039;s young. A natural leader-in-the-making. Can be reckless and make mistakes but will never jeapordize his friends. He carries a double beam guns.    In addition to their use of elemental-based attacks, each &quot;adult&quot; member of the Build Team provides a specific style of attack which each member bring to his specific version (based on who becomes the arms) of Landfill. Hightower/Build Cyclone&#039;s strength is powerful offensive attacks. Heavy Load/Build Typhoon brings martial arts and strong defenses, while Grimlock/Build Hurricane provides an even mix of offense and defense.    (From Wikipedia)
