Zekua Melon was a former wizard, adventure novelist, and the father of Kaby Melon. He was blackmailed by Duke Everlue to write an adventure book about the Duke, or lose his and his family&#039;s citizenship. He instead wrote a letter to Kaby, and used a spell to encode it as the aforementioned novel. 

Mizunokuchi is sadistic dentist and Euphoric user who has been given extra spider-like limbs with dental devices on them and can even turn other part of his body into drills (such as his tongue). He tortures patients by inserting all of his limbs into their mouths and polishing their teeth slowly. Apparently he removed Kagura's lower molars three years ago, but did it as slow as he could so he could see Kagura writhing in pain. He kept one of them as a crown jewel of sorts and carves it obsessively.   from wikipedia

Kaby Melon is the son of Zekua Melon. He hired Natsu, Happy, and Lucy to destroy the Daybreak book. However, they only recovered the book, which held a coded letter from Zekua, instead of destroying it, so they did not claim the reward.
