She is also a popular idol, being able to sing and dance at the same time, and has many fans. Ruka has a determined and hardworking personality, shown when she insisted on returning for work despite her injuries, and when she told Chiharu that she would take care of her own bad luck.    ~!According to Chiharu, Ruka has a similar past to Hayate, having been abandoned with a large amount of debt, namely, 150,281,000 yen. She aspires to be a professional mangaka.  Ruka's pen name, Fly Dolphin, was originally the name of the performance office her parents used to own.!~   ~!In chapter 382 of the manga she realizes that she is in love with Hayate and kisses him. In 383 she confesses to Hayate. She ends up being rejected by him, because he is working as a butler for Nagi, thus Ruka challenges Nagi who will sell more copies of their doujinshi. A sum the height of Hayate's dept will be the prize.!~

Tomoyo Kanzaki is one of the main characters of Ino Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de. She has the superpower to manipulate time, "Closed Clock," and she is also part of the Literature Club.

Meroune Lorelei, or Mero for short, is a mermaid bound to a wheelchair. While she is the the fourth girl to officially move in with Kimihito, she is technically the fifth girl to move in with him because Suu is supposed to be the fourth, but she lives there illegally so she doesn't count. Mero has a very warm personality. According to Centaurea, she gets a vibe of royalty from her. As a young girl she had a fascination with the "tragic love" story of Hans Andersen's "The Little Mermaid", and wants to experience it in real life, even to the point of turning into sea foam (She wants to be a lover instead of a bride). She is Koyuki Himekawa's friend from middle school and later enrolls in the same high school.

A stray cat, adopted by Subaru. Her life prior to being adopted was rough; she struggled to feed herself and her siblings, few of whom died. She and Subaru rarely understand each other, but their misunderstandings lead to a common goal. Part of the story is shown from her point of view. She initially believes that her name is a sign for food as that's the name of the girl who once gave her food.

The younger sister of Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu and a Reserve Course Student at Hope's Peak Academy. She is a key subject in the Twilight Syndrome Murder Case featured in _Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair_ and later in _Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School - Despair Arc_.

Natsumi is described as mean, arrogant, smug, and egotistical, but with a subtle way of making people do what she wants. Her family, including Fuyuhiko, believes Natsumi to be more worthy of being the Yakuza heiress than her brother, and she is said by her parents to be more violent than him as well. The Clan even believes that Natsumi is the reincarnation of her deceased uncle, the strongest Kuzuryuu in history. She was given the chance to take her brother's place, but she declined; she doesn't wish to lead the Clan, as she believes she's so amazing because she's Fuyuhiko's sister.

In spite of how she acts, Natsumi is rather insecure, and while she can threaten people, it's implied she isn't truly serious about it. After Fuyuhiko began attending Hope's Peak Academy, Natsumi felt left behind and began calling herself the "Ultimate Little Sister". Even though she wasn't scouted for the Main Course, she never gave up hope and convinced herself that if she just works hard enough, she can be scouted and join her brother one day— even though she knew that's basically impossible.

~!Natsumi had been bullying Mahiru Koizumi since they were in the photography club together at their old school, and still did at the academy. As the conflict escalated, Mahiru's close friend and previous fellow club member, Satou, finally went to confront Natsumi. Satou claimed that she was just going to talk to her, but before she knew it, she strangled Natsumi until she lost consciousness; so before the situation could get worse, Satou killed her.

Natsumi's death was later avenged by Fuyuhiko, who killed Satou in revenge.!~

Full of energy, and a tad bit dense, Mirai is the center of MILLIONSTARS, taking a similar role to Haruka in the original iDOLM@STER series.

She's not a smart girl, as she tends to forget to do her homework, she didn't know who Oda Nobunaga (one of the most, if not the most famous warlord in wartime Japan) was, and she always speaks before thinking. She also seems to be a terrible cook since her homemade special drink caused the Producer to make a really scary face.

Her path to become an idol started when her friend took her to a live idol concert (in the manga, it is Shizuka who she met and the concert in question was 765PRO’s theater show, which Shizuka is also part of) and she became so impressed that she instantly quit her club to become an idol. She is also a rather innocent girl who is embarrassed to be in a swimsuit, and isn't sure whether her feelings for the Producer are love or just respect.

The main character and a first year high school student. He aims to attend medical school after graduating from high school. Eita is very smart and always places at the top of the class during term exams. He doesn't like romance and love, as he calls himself "anti-romance." However, there is a reason for this: his parents divorced to search for 'the real one' and left him alone, never appearing before him again. This is why he lives with his aunt, Saeko-san.
