One of the Nordic countries, and seemingly one of the most enigmatic characters in the series. His hair is pale blonde, and he possesses dull, soulless dark blue eyes (similar to Japan’s) as well as a curly ahoge that floats independently beside his head (sometimes accompanied by a small dot). This was said by Hidekaz Himaruya to be because Norway is a “whimsical” type of character, thus the reason why the hair curl is floating and unattached to his head.  He has a younger brother named Iceland whom he’s quite close with. It was confirmed by a DNA test that the two are in fact blood brothers, but even so, Iceland refuses to call Norway “Onii-chan” (Big Brother).   Norway’s self-proclaimed best friend is Denmark, whom he has known since they were children. Denmark seems to be terribly dense, for he does not realize that Norway doesn’t consider them to be close in the slightest. Often times, you can find Norway picking on Denmark, but he’s too oblivious to notice.   His personality is rather mysterious, and he doesn’t talk much or show emotion. He’s apparently very shy around strangers, and is somewhat of a recluse. According to Iceland’s pet puffin, Mr. Puffin, he’s surprisingly snarky. Like England, he is able to interact with and see supernatural creatures. It is because of this that you can sometimes see a little fairy or troll by his side. Also to note is that he speaks in a Tsugaru dialect, and is often seen sporting a barrette shaped like a Nordic Cross on the left side of his head.  Although his official human name has not been decided, Hidekaz Himaruya revealed in a blog post that he has considered “Bjørn,” “Børre,” “Kjetil,” “Knut,” “Lukas,” and “Sigurd” as possible first names with the possible surnames “Bondevik” and “Thomassen.”

Kaku is one of the five foremen of Galley-La Company's Dock One and specializes in mechanics, diagnostics, and housecalls. It was Kaku who inspected the Going Merry and informed the Straw Hat Pirates that it was broken beyond repair. ~!Later on, it was revealed that Kaku was a member of CP9, operating undercover in order to obtain the Pluton blueprints from Iceburg. Along with his colleagues, he has been dismissed from CP9 by Spandam. For unexplained reasons, he was later reinstated and promoted to CP-0. He was one of the major antagonists during the Water 7 and Enies Lobby Arcs.!~

Aizawa's hero name, Eraserhead, was coined by Present Mic when they were younger. Using the binding cloth, Aizawa has a unique fighting style that allows him to immobilize his enemies. He is known to expel students that don't meet his standards, however it should be noted that he did not expel anyone from Class 1-A. Aizawa is extremely vocal, able to voice his opinions very easily. Although seeming emotionless and reserved, he has a soft spot for his students and genuinely cares for them.

A stern merman with similar powers to Zapp, as they were both taught by the same master. Joins Libra after being abandoned in Hellsalem's Lot. A stark contrast to Zapp, Zed is a decidedly serious individual who has little patience for nonsense, particularly those of his fellow disciple.

As a merman, he has yellow eyes, blue skin with black markings adorning his head & wrist-blades that extend backwards like fins. He wears a black, sleeveless muscle-shirt, finger-less gloves & green cargo pants with metal sneakers. There is also a water breathing apparatus around his neck with a very sleek design, making them look like headphones.

He is also usually quiet and easy to get along with, going with the flow of events and tries to be agreeable. He is very well read, often seen reading books in his spare time due to the fact that in the past his creator, an unknown count, talked with him a lot about poetry and music, art and science, philosophy, astronomy etc. In addition, he feels a strong sense of loneliness as he is the only one of his kind, since he is a heteromorph who is half fish half human and is therefore not human but also not a creature from Hellsalem’s lot and as a result is rejected by both species.

Decim is the bartender of Quindecim and also the arbiter of floor 15. 

His faction deals with people who have died at the same time. He can create threads and use them to restrict rude customers from moving, or use them to hang things. They are strong enough to stop a person in their tracks and swing them hard against the wall.
