Count Charles Knowles is the commanding officer of the Anatoray battleship Goliath, assigned to Mad-thane&#039;s fleet at Minagith. His ship is the first to retreat from the battlefield during the surprise attack by Disith, giving it the nickname the &quot;Fleeing&quot; Goliath. Knowles is portrayed as a vain and egotistical character and orders his own face painted on the bow of the Goliath. He challenges Alex Row to a ship-to-ship duel but regrets his action after realizing he is facing the &quot;Invincible&quot; Silvana. Knowles orders his men to fire before the signal to commence is fired, expecting to destroy the Silvana in a surprise attack, but the Silvana is unharmed and sinks his ship in one volley. Jiiya is first introduced into the series as Wataru's butler, who is looking after him, since Wataru's father is always traveling. After Wataru is suddenly whisked away to the dock that will bring him to his new school, he appears as a local fisherman, and soon after various other people on the island including a realtor, teacher, a shopkeeper, and even a doctor. What's the reason behind his &quot;jack of all trades&quot; role? He may be looking out for Wataru in a sense, but he has his own reasons as well, since he seems to know a great deal about his past.    Jiiya does not appear in the games or in Sister Princess RePure except for a picture of him that sits on Aria's nightstand.    

At first,it was mistakenly thought to be Jeeves but he is different. He is a mysterious man form first from a tree whom Aria met. He helps Aria looking for her lost ribbon and finds it in the place where they first met.  He&#039;s very nice and he even cheered up Aria by the use of magic.

Samantha and Bourne are a pair of pilots who were the leaders of the Dark Forces, a bandit group who operated in the deserts outside of Blue City. They piloted a Brachiozilla(Brachio Rex) and Missile Tortoise, which had the rather unexpected ability to fuse into the Brachio Tortoise. An old friend and classmate of Kyohei who always defended him. He is found on the streets by Eiji, a Yakuza member. He takes Akio in and has a doctor convert him into a Cyberoid. He goes on a one man war against the Yakuza. Eiji agrees to a deal with the right-hand man of the Yakuza boss to kill Akio. Eiji fails and ends up being shot several times by an enraged Akio due his betrayal. He tells Kyohei what happened to him and how he became a Cyberoid. After killing off the Yakuza and the Boss, Akio battles Eiji now being converted to a Cyberoid. Akio kills Eiji though he dies in the process leaving Kyohei crying at the loss of his friend.
