Lieutenant Commander Brandnew is a Marine who appears at a base while Luffy and crew are en route to Loguetown. He is the officer who announces Luffy&#039;s first bounty of 30,000,000 Beli.  According to the Grand Line Times, it is his job to assign bounties to criminals.

Kadar is a Marine rear admiral at the G-2 Marine base from fifteen years ago. Kadar was given orders to locate the Sun Pirates and then report back on their position. Upon locating them, his ship was attacked. He told Fisher Tiger to return all the ex-slaves he liberated. Since he did not appear during the G-2 officers' meeting after Ace's intrusion in the base, his current status is unknown.

The Symmetrical-Docked form of HyoRyu and EnRyu, formed when their &quot;SympaRate&quot;, a measure of their synchronization and unity of purpose, reaches 100%. ChoRyuJin is a defensive specialist with his Mirror-Coating Chestplate (which he uses at the risk of his life) and ability to use the Eraser Head tool. He also possesses HyoRyu and EnRyu&#039;s Gun, Rifle, and Tonfa attacks, usually used in &quot;Double&quot; form firing from both sides at once. He can also fire both guns and both rifles at once for a full-burst-style attack. After the initial Primeval attack, ChoRyuJin is retrofitted with the ability to fire Ul-Tech beams in place of heat or cold, which appear similar to most beam weapons in anime.

RaiRyuu's vehicle form is a dump truck, and he attacks with lightning (when he does so, he shouts "Lei!", the pronounciation of the character for "lightning" in Chinese, 雷). In robot form, he uses the dump truck's scoop as a shield. RaiRyuu can also use the scoop as a hoverboard for flight. Unfortunately, he has the same unfortunate habit as EnRyuu does: the inability to land correctly after aerial deployment. Has a similar personality to EnRyuu, and is considered the younger "brother".

FuuRyuu's vehicle form is a cement mixer; In humanoid form, the mixing drum is back-mounted, but can be angled up over the shoulders. He attacks with missiles and wind blasts fired from the mixer. Has a similar personality to HyouRyuu , and is considered the older brother.
