He is the Head of Personnel in the Yotsuba Corporation. He is a very paranoid person, and always keeps a close eye on others. Shimura's ability to pay attention to small details allowed him to join the Yotsuba Group meetings. He does not like his predicament whatsoever. 

Examinee #118 during the Hunter Exam. With a trained monkey that follows him wherever he goes. Somi teamed up with Tonpa to steal Leorio's number tag at during the fourth exam. However, the tables were turned on the duo when Kurapika intervened and foiled their plot, resulting in their failure at that stage.

One of the three Bomb Devils. He is used by Killua to test out his new attacks, the combination of yo-yo's and electricity, which ultimately defeats him.
