Belno was a member of the Magic Council. After the misuse of the Etherion, she was forced to leave the Magic Council. Like other council members, she seems largely opposed to the actions of Fairy Tail. She seems to have a more relaxed personality compared to Org.

Shuu is Kuranosuke's half-brother and a personal assistant to their father. Due to catching his father cheating with Kuranosuke's mother at a young age, he has a phobia of women. However, after first seeing Tsukimi all dressed up, he starts becoming attracted to her, though he cannot recognize her whenever she wears her normal clothes.

~! He later recognizes Tsukimi in her usual clothes and remains in love with her, accepting her immediately and encouraging her in everything she does. He also starts to visit her and bringing cakes. When Tsukimi feels down and cries he stays by her side. In chapter 49 he confesses his feelings to her but she misinterprets and then he decides to write her a letter to propose her marriage. !~

Kanami is the owner of a roadside restaurant, Chigusa.   ~!Kanami&#039;s mother dies due to anemia and becomes a Shiki. After finding her way back to Kanami&#039;s house, the mother is too helpless to kill and survive on her own, so Kanami keeps her alive by feeding her glasses of her own blood, not wanting her mother to kill innocent people. Kanami&#039;s friend and co-worker Maeda Motoko finds out about Kanami&#039;s secret and promises not to tell anyone. However, Motoko becomes jealous of Kanami getting her mother back (while Motoko&#039;s entire family died at the hands of her father-in-law, who became a shiki) and reveals this to the villagers, who broke into Kanami&#039;s house and killed her mother. After this incident, Kanami is seen leaving the village when the Shiki extermination continues.  !~
