Hideki Ide is one of the few police officers who remains with [Souichirou Yagami](https://anilist.co/character/1927/Souichirou-Yagami) during the Kira Investigation. However, he swiftly leaves when begins to disagree with L&#039;s methods of investigation.

Boo is introduced in the series as an innocent looking, pudgy, pink genie-like creature. Later in the series, it is revealed that Boo's original form is a more sleek child form ("The Boo of Pure Evil"), however his nature and form had been altered after he'd assimilated the gentle, pudgy god (Dai Kaioshin) into his body. Boo's creator, a wizard named Bibbidi, had used Boo to wage war on the Kaioshin. Boo managed to assimilate two of the four Kaioshin, the second being the one who altered his nature to become innocent. After Bibbidi sealed Boo away, Bibbidi was killed by the fourth Kaioshin, and Boo was transported to Earth where he layed dormant for five million years until he was revived by Bibbidi's son Babbidi during the events of Dragon Ball.

Boo has numerous counterparts in the series. When he first emerges from his shell, he is tall and round, and his personality is naive and innocent. Boo's anger later manifests itself in the form of another Boo ("The Boo of Pure Wrath").  After a battle with the Boo of Pure Wrath, Boo is absorbed and the two combined create Super Boo, who tracks down the protagonists of the series Piccolo and Gotenks. He later reverts to his purest form, the original state called "The Boo of Pure Evil".

Dr. Gero (ドクター・ゲロ, Dokutā Gero?) made himself into a cyborg by implanting his brain into a robot body. He first appeared with Android #19 to kill Goku. After #19 was destroyed by Vegeta, he fled out of fear and with the intention of activating Android #17 and #18. Once he activated them, they quickly rebelled on their creator. #17 kicked his head off and crushed it. In Dragon Ball GT, he helped Dr. Myu create Super 17, who later went on to kill both of them.

Garma Zabi is the youngest son of Degwin Sodo Zabi, commander of Zeon forces in North America, and academy classmate and friend of Char Aznable. Heine Westenfluss is a ZAFT pilot who originally piloted the orange mobile suit Blaze ZAKU Phantom, and later the orange mobile suit ZGMF-X2000 GOUF Ignited. He's is considered an ace pilot of ZAFT, not only wearing the ZAFT red uniform, given to pilots who have graduated at the top of their class, but also with the FAITH insignia on his uniform, indicating that he's of the FAITH detachment and reports directly to Chairman Gilbert Durandal.

Heine is decidedly an optimistic, but realistic, soldier who didn't stand too much on ceremony, and is also quite talkative and earnest in his attempts to raise the morale of his fellow pilots. Despite considering himself an elite, Heine is respected by both superiors and subordinates as a capable pilot and officer. Although Heine is part of Athrun's squad after his transfer to the Minerva, Heine is treated almost as a superior to Athrun by his peers, even by Athrun himself.

An ambitious retainer who seeks to gain more power. He excels at both leadership and combat with a lance.

Red Alert (Alert in Japan) is the Autobot security director. He has enhanced senses and is usually depicted as a friend of the Autobot Inferno. Red Alert first appeared in the episode &quot;Dinobot Island, Part 1&quot; and last appeared in the U.S. in episode 63 - &quot;The Revenge of Bruticus&quot;.    Red Alert did not appear again after season 2 of the G1 television series. Storyboards for The Transformers: The Movie include a dropped sequence depicting the death of Red Alert though - shot in the back by Scavenger. It is speculated that he survived, because that scene did not make it to the movie.    In Transformers Armada Red Alert was one of the Autobots who originally came to Earth with Optimus Prime. He acted as their chief medic, and was primarily responsible for rebuilding Smokescreen into Hoist.    Red Alert (the same character as Armada Red Alert) reappeared in Transformers: Cybertron as one of those trying to contain the black hole created by the collapse of the energon sun. He failed, and joined Prime's team of Autobots on Earth (picking up a slight English accent in the process), where he battled Megatron's Decepticons on numerous occasions. After Galvatron's final defeat, Red Alert joined Optimus Prime's new Space Bridge Project.  Although named Red Alert in the U.S., this character is named First Aid in Japan, yet another homage to another Generation 1 Autobot ambulance. In Japan he is an original character, but in the U.S., the toy's identity follows the original plan of being the Armada character upgraded.

"Groovy Guy" Russel is a middle-aged American man who works for the Florida crime syndicate that's tracking Jane. He is quite distinguishable, since he dresses like a cowboy: he has the trademark hat, boots with spurs, a revolver at the hip, bandoleer belt, tan shirt and jeans. He is not taken serious by the other bounty hunters because he is an outsider. Even Shenhua says, "Cowboy, this no Florida", meaning that he is in over his head.   However, his skills are shown to be more than everyone thought, when he is the last bounty hunter left in the hunt for Jane and he duels Eda onboard the Lagoon. It is then later revealed that he and Eda have met previously in the United States, but Eda says they have never met. Shortly before killing him, she confesses to him to be from the CIA.

Sakharov was teamed with Menshov, and is an ex-Russian soldier.

He is Neighbor from Aftokrator, and the head of House Veltiston. He is a Black Trigger user and the captain of the group that invaded Earth.

Hairein is a tall neighbor with long, messy blue hair and neat blue eyes. Like all other Aftokrator Neighbors, he has two horns on his head. In the anime, he is portrayed with light blue-gray hair. 
According to Ashihara sensei's comment, his image of design is dragon.

Hairein has a careful and calculating personality, and is also shown to be a good strategist. He seems to be intent on fulfilling his group's goal. Despite this, he is a pacifist and fears Mira due to her sadistic personality. He appears to have a sense of ethics as he chose tactics which divided enemy forces and concentrated on capturing C-rank agents only.

A scientist who works in Blue City, Dr. Wolfgang Pierce is the leading expert in Zoid technology and Fuzors. He provides assistance to the Mach Storm team on several occasions.

Dr Pierce is secretly working for Alpha, developing new Zoids for him. He created the Energy Liger and Gorilla Tron (Ray Kong in the Japanese version) as the "ultimate Zoids". However, Alpha discarded them in favour of the Seismosaurus. Embittered, Pierce used the Zoids to undermine Alpha's plans.
